There are 2 men sitting down on the edge of trailers on there phone approx 150 feet South of the entrance with a office that appears to be a small tan mobil office trailer. 1st appearances are everything for a business . Not good so far. One of the gentleman finally looks up and runs over to where we are in our car. He says " are you our 10:15 appointment"? I say " No I'm not" . 1st words out of his mouth quote " We only show by appointment only so we can't help you look around and you cannot buy A trailer today" it's by appointment only". My wife and I look at each other puzzled. I then say " okay I will go buy somewhere else". The gentleman looks shocked as we back away and leave. My wife and I went straight to "Utah Trailer Pros" of Draper Utah and had a great experience buying a black 2023 Criterion trailer. I highly, recommend "Utah Trailer Pros" . Nice facility, building, parking lot and Staff I previously owned a brand new Trailers Plus 8x10 2020 model I bought in Tulsa Ok from Trailers plus in Tulsa Ok to move to Utah..The trailers plus trailers experience now has unfortunately became build them cheap, the business model of trailers plus has became cheap, the facilities of Trailers Plus has became cheap and after texting on their website to ask to talk to a Supervisor who finally called 2 hours later was no help on the phone after listening to his message left in my voice mail. guess a District Manager should give me a call? The Criterion trailers are a little more money but much better built , fit and finish. I also don't need the huge decals advertising of trailers plus.com on another trailer. Take a hint. Trailers plus also plays with pricing between Ogden and American Fork. Yes it says appointment only on the trailers plus website but before it's never been a problem of looking before buying. I believe Trailers Plus employees need far more customer etiquette training in American Fork. Just my opinion. It just cost them a possible 6,000 dollars in a trailer sale and more bad reviews on Yelp, Facebook and Twitter.

He was hoping he could diagnose and quickly fix my boat so I wouldn't have to wait the three weeks for an open spot. Within 20 mins he had determined my problem was a bad relay. He didn't have one in stock so he sent me to a local automotive parts store to get one, which I did and installed it myself. Everything is now back to normal. Aaron didn't win my business that day as he already had, but he further solidified my opinion that Premier Marine is one of the best, highest quality, and honest boat repair places I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend them. One thing that was different from the last time I had an issue and needed Premier Marines services, is email communication. When I called I got a VM message that directed me to send an email rather than leaving a VM. I did and it was promptly answered. We had an exchange of five or six emails over the course of a couple hours. Easy and convenient to communicate with and a nice way to have a record of all that was discussed.

Bish's folks were patient, kind, knowledgeable and very fair throughout the process. At no point were we pressured. Easton Bitter (Sales) was our salesman and he answered all our questions, did research when we called with follow-up questions, measured things for us and helped us know our new trailer quite well before we even took it home. Jeff Andersen (Sales Manager) and Mark Black (General Manager) introduced themselves and offered any support we needed. Ryan Morris (Finance) went above and beyond to get us a good rate on our loan and explained the process so there were no surprises. When we picked up the trailer, Mike (Service) was very in depth explaining how to use the features of our trailer, inside and out. The overall process was very easy with no pressure. We felt comfortable that we got a good deal, but more importantly, we were very well taken care of with the time we needed to make decisions. We were told we were absolutely required to sign up for Bish Fix and provide them with our credit card or we couldn't have our trainer's warranty work done. Bish Fix requires you to be on the phone with a technician, whose schedule you at the mercy of, to diagnose your own problems and needed repairs instead of taking your unit to their location for problem solving and repair. This includes getting down on the ground or opening panels to access electrical and other areas. Whatever happened to good old fashioned customer service. We will never buy another trainer from Bish and we will not take our trailer there for future maintenance or repair needs.

Once he took a look at it he said it needed a new hitch and he could have it done by early afternoon. He went and got the parts and welded a new hitch on just like he said. He got us back on the road quickly as we were just passing through Sandy on a road trip. Very impressed. The new hitch is heavy duty and has worked flawlessly.
