Probably one of the worst experiences and vehicle purchase ever made. I was working with James Brusnahan and agreed to buy a 2021 Ram 2500 from Ohio based on dealer description and photos. When I arrived at Labrum Ford and test drove the truck the check engine light was on and had to be reset. All four tires were dry rotted. I agreed to a price based on everything being in good order. They would not negotiate on price as I had to drive 2000 miles back to Ohio and had to buy new tires. Halfway home in the morning the truck was dead. I had to buy a new battery ($420). Once home the truck was dead again (parasitic draw somewhere). This stealership KNEW there was an electrical problem and sold it to me without disclosing or fixing the issue. I now have to take it in to a repuatable dealership and pay out of pocket to have it repaired. Very dishonest and unethical dealership. I would advise to stay away from this dealership. read more

Did a large repair on a Ford raptor. Ended up stranded on the Idaho border and had to tow into an Idaho dealer that said the repair was completely botched by labrum Ford. I posted a negative review six years ago on their service department and an employee and their service manager disclosed on Google as simply ME as the name. Posted a one star review with no comments as retaliation, even though he has never done business with my business. Six years later that still exist on Google. Do not do business with this company. If they botch your repair and you post a negative review, they will retaliate against all of your businesses anywhere on the planet Earth, very dishonest people. !! read more

My wife and were leaving our campground when the dash selector transfer switch for the 4 wheel broke. On a Friday afternoon I stopped by and spoke with Blaine. Parts was able to have the part sent in and Blaine fit us in so we could get back to our travels. Labrum Ford in Heber City, UT Installed a warranty transmission in my F350 6.7 diesel in October 2021. In June of 2022 I had problems with the transmission not shifting into drive after it was warmed up. After the service department looked at the truck I was told because I had deleted the emissions system, because it failed 3 times before, the warranty on the transmission was void AND the delete was what caused the the transmission to fail! This was not true and Labrum Ford was not only wrong about the warranty, but the transmission failed do to the main pump and control valve being bad. Another dealer tore the transmission down and fixed it under the Ford warranty! I would seriously caution anyone trust Labrum Ford with service on their vehicle. Because not only do they lie, but don't know what they're talking about! read more

I took my car in on Tuesday they had my car for 7 hours. Tire rotation, alignment, oil change, tuneup And then called me and said my car had a recall so they were going to fix that. Picked up my car at 6pm they said they didn't have time for the alignment or the recall. Got home they didn't even rotate my tires so it makes me wonder if they even did anything. read more

Really poor experience. I have known one of the family members for a long time ( he no longer works at the dealership) and they told me that I was in good hands with skylar. I let them know that I am ready to move forward with a truck. With my current truck, they lowballed me at 41k when 3 other dealers came in at 50k. They stated that is " Utah Pricing"......KBB and NADA came out at 51k. This dealership could be one of the worst experiences that I have had. We have bought cars off them in the past as well. Tried calling the parts department and after four attempts with no answer we called the Ford in Park City when we couldn't get ahold of Labrum via phone to see if they had the battery we needed in stock and to get a price. They did and it was $140. Before driving all the way to PC we stopped in to Labrum hoping for better luck. They had two people in the parts department who helped us right away and were friendly but labrum's price for the same battery was $169 and they would not do a price match. I had heard before their prices were extremely inflated but we were hoping it wasn't that bad. It appears it is. read more

I live in my motorhome and tow a 2013 Ford Focus. I pulled in to an RV Resort in Heber City, unhooked my car, headed to the grocery store , and my car just died. Had it towed to Labrum and the service manager, Jesse, didn't think he could get to it for a week. But low and behold, he squeezed me in and had me back on the road in 3 days! I had them check my brakes. They did the rear pads and rotors. I drove away and 9 miles away from their shop my calipers locked up. I know because my truck was smoking on flat ground. I never even tapped the brakes. Took it back in and they said it just happens. They think they did me a favor by only charging me this time for one hour labor(110hr) and charged me for new pads again. Like i burnt out the pads from 18 miles ago. Now driving away ($1200 and 2 visits just for rear brakes) my pedal is pumping to the floor. I'll bleed myself on my time off. No thanks to Labrum mechanics and i cant believe the service team hasnt called me back about my spongy brakes. Thats why we go the professionals and they don't seem to be read more

Exceptional diesel mechanic! Great service folks! It is difficult to find a good diesel mechanic-- Chris at Labrum Ford was a blessing. We have been using our F350 for 4+ years to pull an 18,000 pound 5th wheel through 46 states. We are faithful about scheduled services, so have had considerable experience with Ford diesel mechanics. God ones are rare, so some of our services were sketchy. Our truck needed some scheduled work done and we had some symptoms to look into. We chose this service shop because of good reviews. Labrum Ford's service shop lived up to their high ratings. The folks at the service desk responded promptly, took detailed notes of our descriptions and requests, and once their shop had looked at the truck, they had their mechanic, Chris, come talk to us about the truck. After talking with him, we knew Chris is a brilliant mechanic. (Labrum Ford would be smart to do what it takes to keep him, raises, nice shop, whatever!) We had a couple of unexpected repairs needed, and they worked with our short time here, to overnight the parts needed and get the repairs done on time. Our 5th wheel was parked 15 minutes away at a state park, and Labrum Ford shuttled us back and forth as needed. Our final bill was lower than we estimated. So we're happy all the way around! The final bill for fixing my 2017 Ford Raptor fixed prior by Labrum Ford and Service King Parker City at a original repair cost over $6,500 NOW after another 21 days was $2,800 about 2/3 Labrum's poor quality repair and 1/3 Service King Park City.......just terrible quality work from both companies!! I would not EVER recommend either of these companies for service!! Still have 8-10 scratches from Labrum's long handle brush job on my paint and still have $800 in damages window trim from Labrum's poor quality install of window appliqués. They are still not accepting responsibility for the damage......save yourself major headaches and don't repair or service here!! read more

The whole run around process was absolutely ridiculous. Oh you need a bigger down payment. Okay how much. And than it was you need a co-signer with a better credit score. Okay got that. Than it was you need both. The service sucked. My sales person was Marco and instead of contacting me which was the person trying to get the vehicle he contacted my fiancé which is BS. I WANTED THE VEHICLE NOT HIM. Instead of putting him as a co-signer he put him as a coapplicant. Which that's not what we asked fot at all. Kept trying to get me into a 7 seater vehicle when I NEED 8. My needs went unnoticed and no care was given. Tried to contact them and got no response. i will never recommend anyone to try to get a vehicle from this location. Terrible sales people and terrible finance people. I was going to put 3 grand down on a vehicle and Marco kept doing a whole run around thing because the vehicle has 150 thousand miles on it. That's cool dude I'm asking for this vehicle not a different one. Only one person the whole time we were there was wearing a mask nothing was sanitized. Way to spread covid bud! These guys are running a first rate scam and should be reported to the BBB. I have to believe that any positive reviews on here were created internally or by people associated with Labrum Ford. They charge you a $50 diagnostic fee per issue, which I've never seen from an auto repair shop before. And then they quote you an exorbitant rate for the work, which may or may not be accurately diagnosed. At this point, you can eat the $50 per issue fee, which gets expensive real quick, or bend over and pay inflated prices for the service. Case in point: When I took my truck in to have the transmission and headlights looked at, I was quoted nearly $1,200 for the work - $600 to change a seal and nearly $700 to have the headlight assembly replaced. First off, I've changed my headlight assembly before (which was not needed). This is about a $100 part at most, and takes about an hour. Secondly, the behavior my transmission was demonstrating led me to believe it was not a seal, and even if it was, it certainly shouldn't cost what they were quoting to have it replaced. At which point I decided to cut my losses with the BS diagnosis and associated fees and take the truck elsewhere, where I ended up paying 1/2 of what Ford quoted me to have the transmission serviced and the issue resolved (which, as suspected, had nothing to do with a leak or bad seal). Do yourself a favor and avoid the Labrum Ford Service Dept at all costs. read more

While travelling in Utah I experienced a problem with my Ford Escape. Being a loyal Ford customer and always wanting to take my car to a dealer, I immediately went to Labrum. The service manager said that they were booked and could not get to me until the next week. I understand their appointment process but he was almost belligerent about my asking him to maybe help me out. I asked if there was somewhere else I could go and he was mostly dismissive telling me to take it to Park City. So, if you experience car problems stay away from dealers such as this. Again, I understand the appointment process but he could have been a bit more helpful since I am sure he knew who else in town I could go to. I was able to get the car repaired at a local shop within 24 hours. read more

I would take my vehicle here for every oil change since I purchased my car. I trusted them and that stopped after the service department wanted to tell me my car needed almost 2k worth of repairs 98% of the cost was just in labor! They told me about 5 things needed to get replaced from a oil leak! That same morning when I called they were booked for a few days and probably weren't gonna be able to take my car in until the following week to fix. As soon as they told me how much the repairs would cost they were more than willing to start the job right away(are you kidding me how convinient). Something seemed off to me so I took it to a recommended mechanic who later called me telling me he just replaced one tiny little part that cost me less than $50. Our mechanic told me ford probably just looked at the car passively without inspecting it right because nothing they mentioned needed to be replaced if they would have cleaned it properly they would have seen that! What a scam seriously and they didn't even fill my radiator fluid like their suppose to when I get the "at works" deal. Service department is horrible and one of the main guys who I always liked said he would see what they could do after speaking with them about the whole ordeal(never followed up with me) their goes my $57 to diagnose something incorrectly!
