When I arrived at Labrum Ford and test drove the truck the check engine light was on and had to be reset. All four tires were dry rotted. I agreed to a price based on everything being in good order. They would not negotiate on price as I had to drive 2000 miles back to Ohio and had to buy new tires. Halfway home in the morning the truck was dead. I had to buy a new battery ($420). Once home the truck was dead again (parasitic draw somewhere). This stealership KNEW there was an electrical problem and sold it to me without disclosing or fixing the issue. I now have to take it in to a repuatable dealership and pay out of pocket to have it repaired. Very dishonest and unethical dealership. I would advise to stay away from this dealership.

I posted a negative review six years ago on their service department and an employee and their service manager disclosed on Google as simply ME as the name. If they botch your repair and you post a negative review, they will retaliate against all of your businesses anywhere on the planet Earth, very dishonest people. !!

I was delivering a brand new Toyota Sienna from Colorado to California and I accidentally scratched the driver's side (about 8-10 scratches). Since the condition of the vehicle is my personal responsibility, you can imagine how upset and worried I was. Clay is simply a magician. All scratches 100% removed. It's as if they never existed. I was glad I drove the 35 miles out of my way to go to them. My guess is that you would feel the same way too. They're great: reasonably priced and meticulous in quality. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Little did I know the car would require an oil change 2 months later. Keep in mind this dealership is an hour drive each way from my home. So I made the appointment for 10AM a few days in advance and was there at 9:50 AM. They had no idea I had made the appointment, but said it was not a problem. One hour goes by, the car had not moved. 2 hours and still it has not moved. A salesman finally went and inquired and shortly after that the car was finally taken back to the service area. Another hour and we were finally done. I should have just paid the money and had it serviced by the dealership that is 3 miles from my home. I give them 4 stars because the initial sale went smoothly. I deduct a star for the painfully slow service. If you take reservations for service time slots, the work should be started somewhere close to that time. I certainly won't drive that far again for service. Hi

We were towing our trailer when the rear air shocks failed and we became quite unsteady on the road. Our Yukon Denali was riding very low while we tried to tow, and we were about a thousand miles from home with another two thousand miles to go. We walked into Labrum Chevrolet in Heber City, Utah. Everyone was so kind and understanding. Although they were already quite busy, they took the time to listen and understand our dilemma, and presented me with options on different parts. Then they hustled to have the parts shipped over as quickly as possible and they repaired the car later that same day. I was overly impressed with the service we received, especially since we were "out of towners" looking for a small miracle. They delivered!! Thank you Labrum of Heber City!!! It's so hard to get time off from work and travel across the country with the whole family and you saved our vacation!!

I asked if they would consider scrubbing the budget to see if they might be more in line with other estimates for the same work. They did not reply.
