I was delivering a brand new Toyota Sienna from Colorado to California and I accidentally scratched the driver's side (about 8-10 scratches). Since the condition of the vehicle is my personal responsibility, you can imagine how upset and worried I was. Clay is simply a magician. All scratches 100% removed. It's as if they never existed. I was glad I drove the 35 miles out of my way to go to them. My guess is that you would feel the same way too. They're great: reasonably priced and meticulous in quality. Long story short we were able to recover the vehicle with the help of GPS and the police. But the interior was trashed... Luckily we found Mike. He made our vehicle look brand new again! The detail itself took about 3 hours (I camped at home during that time), but the interior and exterior were spotless! I also added wax service for $20. He runs a pretty busy schedule despite the challenges we all face as a nation and as global citizens... if you like his work, give this man a tip!

Car owners beware!!! I took my car here to wash on a weekend and while I was washing, I realized…read morethat there were over a dozen NAILS on the ground in the car washing station UNDER AND AROUND MY CAR! I finished washing as usual and prayed and hoped that none of the nails got into my tires... 3 weeks later, I had routine maintenance for 25k on my car and the dealership called me at work to tell me that THERE WAS A NAIL IN MY TIRE and that the location of it made it irreparable, and given that my tires were 2 years old at that point, I wasn't able to just replace one tire; I had to replace ALL 4 TIRES for a total of $1200. I guess I even had to count myself lucky that with my daily commute on the freeway to and from work, I didn't experience a blowout or car accident! I tried contacting the owner of this car wash to tell him about what happened. I didn't even request him to cover part of the cost of the damage, nor did I threaten him in any way. I simply wanted to make him aware of what happened. However, no response after over 2 months, and this is why I'm writing this review. I understand that someone other than the owner was the person who dumped all those nails on the ground, BUT I expected at least a text back from the owner saying sorry or that he went and fixed the issue at the car wash by inspecting the facility more often. Still nothing back from him, and I am now terrified to bring my car back to Timpview Car Wash. It's really too bad, because I really liked the concept of hand-washing my car; I don't like automated car washes due to the scratches they put on my last car.
