Ryan informed me that they are now working on March orders. I asked if he could give me a update on my order specifically and he sharply replied "we are working on March orders now is what I said." When I arrived at Labrum Ford and test drove the truck the check engine light was on and had to be reset. All four tires were dry rotted. I agreed to a price based on everything being in good order. They would not negotiate on price as I had to drive 2000 miles back to Ohio and had to buy new tires. Halfway home in the morning the truck was dead. I had to buy a new battery ($420). Once home the truck was dead again (parasitic draw somewhere). This stealership KNEW there was an electrical problem and sold it to me without disclosing or fixing the issue. I now have to take it in to a repuatable dealership and pay out of pocket to have it repaired. Very dishonest and unethical dealership. I would advise to stay away from this dealership.
