Once they arrived, I had my sliders installed on-site, which was incredibly painless and absolutely worth the extra cost. The entire team was warm, pleasant, and definitely knew their stuff. The parts are solid, and the install looks great! Look. I've read a lot of the other reviews, both good and bad. There may legitimate complaints people have, but let's face it: Rocky Road knows off-roading. I'd take that 10 times out of 10 over a company that excels at "excellent customer service" but sucks at the off-roading part (customer service ain't doing jack when you're grinding on rocks in the back-country). If you want a solid product from people who know their stuff, this is the place to go.

When I arrived at Labrum Ford and test drove the truck the check engine light was on and had to be reset. All four tires were dry rotted. I agreed to a price based on everything being in good order. They would not negotiate on price as I had to drive 2000 miles back to Ohio and had to buy new tires. Halfway home in the morning the truck was dead. I had to buy a new battery ($420). Once home the truck was dead again (parasitic draw somewhere). This stealership KNEW there was an electrical problem and sold it to me without disclosing or fixing the issue. I now have to take it in to a repuatable dealership and pay out of pocket to have it repaired. Very dishonest and unethical dealership. I would advise to stay away from this dealership.
