R1 Industries is completely an online scam. They send no confirmation emails or any other notice of purchase, then they simply don't send any product at all. They just charge your card and claim they sent you the product, so that you have no written documents to contest their theft. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! read more

I strongly agree with the poor rating comments on this page. This place is absolutely a joke! They truly misrepresent what their products and when you don't get what you actually bought, they won't provide refund. I reviewed this page too late to find out that they are indeed an unreputable company and have learned the hard way. Absolute garbage. I ordered 2 parts from their website, they emailed and told me one of them wasn't in stock and that I could get a refund, choose a different option, or wait until it came back in stock. I told them I would wait, but then they said they couldn't give me any estimate of when it would be back in stock. I reached out to these guys multiple times inquiring about some service for my CanAm and they responded once with a question that I answered and then they never got back to me. I've called and left multiple messages since no one answers the phone, but never got a call back. That's super unprofessional and I'd discourage anyone from taking their expensive toys to anyone that is that unprofessional. read more
