The silver metallic paint on my 2016 Mustang is not easily matched. They did a superb job painting all panels (both fenders,new bumper and hood) The shine and sheen are correct. 2. The wheel was refreshed by a guy they had come in, and he got it wrong both times. Johnathan was so good in getting a brand new wheel quickly. 3. I was dealing with a third part who was paying out of pocket to repair my car and the Valet team did an amazing job on dealing with the paperwork! 4. They did a super job detailing the vehicle before I got it back. The not so good. 1.The headlights were both replaced and they failed to adjust them. When I drove home they were pointing in completely different directions and not even close to correctly. 2. The bumper assembly was replaced and they didn't detail before painting. There are literally tabs and rough mold markings on the ends that should have been ground before painting. Small detail to some people but noticed by me. 3. Overspray on the windshield and gasket...should have been caught while detailing Overall as I said a 4.5. If heaven forbid I ever need another body shop, Valet will be my choice!

I told him I'd want to bring whatever I purchased in for them to service. He assured me they work most major brands, including BMW. Well, I purchased said BMW and called Rusty's to make an appointment and was told, "We don't work on anything older than 2000." What? Really? Yup, really. Now, I'm not inferring that Lincoln told me what kind of bike to buy--that was purely my choice--but he surely had ample opportunity to tell me they don't service older bikes. Very poor form.

We stopped in last week to get an estimate for repairing our vehicle after we rear-ended another…read morecar, causing a few thousand dollars damage to the other car and resulting in bumper scratches and apparent asymmetry around the headlight on ours. Manager Danny evaluated our car and noted the scratches were minor, but would be expensive to repair and, just using his fist on the plastic part of the bumper, completely fixed the asymmetry around the headlight - after that, even a with a close look at the front end, the damage was virtually invisible. He also carefully inspected under the hood and front end with a flashlight and said he could not see any evidence of structural damage - bottom line: due to the damage to the other car, we were expecting and ready for a big bill to fix ours - Danny not only fixed the most visible result of the accident for no charge, he talked us out of doing more repairs and saved us a bundle. That is integrity! If we ever have another need (hopefully not), this will be our "go to" shop and we'll ask for Danny!

I hired Marcus Williamson with Valhalla Vans to do a custom build for our brand new Mercedes…read moreSprinter Van. We gave it to him in mid May. He promised a finish date of June 25th. When it wasn't done by the beginning of July, or the end of July, or the beginning of August, we finally went to pick up our van that is not even remotely done. Marcus avoided our phone calls, texts, was always taking days to respond back while posting videos of him on vacation on social media... He broke every promise and deadline he made to us. We want our deposit back!!! The poor quality spray on insulation he put inside our van was cheap and dangerous and we have been advised that we must remove the poor work he did inside of our van before we can have a new builder start on it. We have lost thousands of dollars, and an entire summer with our van that we wanted to use to make memories with our 3 children. I would NOT recommend this van builder unless you want poor quality, missed deadlines, and ignored phone calls and texts. VERY poor communication skills.

I have found a few people with this same exact story doing business with him. I promise you. Take your business elsewhere or else you're going to regret it
