im just putting this review up so people know about my experience here. to this day half a year…read morelater i havent gotten a response (left on delivered) from the guy who tuned my car when i sent his tune to the parts company they saw he didnt adjust anything for air compensation. when i asked him to bring my tune up and send it to me he claimed he would then never responded to me again. for a port and polish intake job and tune i was quoted around 300, originally the owner apparently thought i was going to bring my manifold in alone (even though i was talking to him about tuning with it, so obviously i was bringing my car in). walked out with a 700+ dollar bill, which i couldve so much rather spent that on a race manifold over my factory rbc. guy didnt bother to give me a call explaining that he thought differently before starting on it. i got 130 bucks back, there was nothing more they wanted to do so i just agreed and moved on, but that still doesnt make up for the big fat loss of 300 bucks for their mistake. theres a reason their tunes are cheap and honestly if you have the money and you're near the orem/provo area just go over to turbo labs, its more expensive but you get quality work and work with genuine people. dont make the mistake of cheaping out like i did. im not putting this review up for compensation either, im putting it up so people are aware.
