When it wasn't done by the beginning of July, or the end of July, or the beginning of August, we finally went to pick up our van that is not even remotely done. Marcus avoided our phone calls, texts, was always taking days to respond back while posting videos of him on vacation on social media... He broke every promise and deadline he made to us. We want our deposit back!!! The poor quality spray on insulation he put inside our van was cheap and dangerous and we have been advised that we must remove the poor work he did inside of our van before we can have a new builder start on it. We have lost thousands of dollars, and an entire summer with our van that we wanted to use to make memories with our 3 children. I would NOT recommend this van builder unless you want poor quality, missed deadlines, and ignored phone calls and texts. VERY poor communication skills.
