WOW!! This was our first time coming here. It was fantastic! The service was so quick we hadn't even finished our chips yet. The white dip is such a nice addition to the salsa (which was amazing)!! Sat at the bar and was promptly ignored. Looked at the menu while being ignored and determined between the sterile atmosphere, lack of service and what i considered a so-so menu (no ceviche?) it was enough to walk out. Customer service was none. My 1st time there didn't know the process. I had to fly down a host to be seated. I want seated I think they forgot about me and my party. I think one of the workers is solves me starting to get frustrated and telling my party let's go cuz we have been sitting there for 20 minutes and nobody came by to offers water and chips or anything, then he flagged over the guy to bring us some chips and salsa. I am vegetarian so I was asking the waitress how some of the food was prepared so I could order it or not, she kind of frowned her face and acted like I was supposed to know how I was prepared. I ordered cheese enchiladas and a chile relleno with rice and beans. The food was a solid C- maybe even a D. The best thing about the place was the outside. It is a nice looking location, but once you get inside it starts to go downhill from there. I did leave a small tip only because my party made me. I wanted to leave a note to the waitress on how horrible her service was as her tip. She did make sure that my water was refilled every now and then. read more

This is a very good Mexican restaraunt for the size of Princeton. The owners have really put a lot of effort in to making their establishment feel cleaner and more inviting than the usual Mexican fare. The food is very good and the prices are fair. There is a decent size bar as well. My only disappointment was that I ordered some "bean dip" and expected some really well thought out. What I got was some refried beans on a plate covered with the typical queso. My main course was very good and visually appealing. The drinks were good and didnt seem watered down. read more

Nice Mexican restaurant. The food arrives superfast. Generous portions. Free chips and salsa. They also serve a white dip which seams to be like a ranch dressing I am not a fan of ranch so it did not appeal to me I was hoping for quesso. I had the combo plate with a tamale and a poblamo pepper. The reason I am only awarding 4 stars is because the oil in which they fried the poblamo was old. It imparted a bad carnival type taste. The pepper itself was delicious. The coating however was not. I order these all the time so I am familiar with how they should taste. Delicious tamales! Went for a lunch meeting and was surprised being a spoiled Mexican foodie from Texas and Guadelajara, Mexico. The salsa of course was way too mild for me but I used it was my dressing with the house salad that was served with my fish tacos.
