honestly the worst manicure I've ever had due to the fact that my manicurist cut one of my cuticles to the point where it wouldn't stop bleeding. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that it happened, and it hurt! The manicure itself was nothing like the inspo picture. Cuticles we're not cut evenly. Sadly a truly terrible experience. The place is not well kept and the assuming manager is not polite at all. Very dismissive and expressive with her attitude. She seemed unhappy at my requests for services (that show available online). She also made the other employees uncomfortable as when they tried to make small talk with customers, myself included, she would snare at them and you could see the disappointment in their faces. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. They also cut my toes and fingers when filing. And did not perform proper manicures or pedicures. The manager who did my eyebrows also did not listen to my request at a clean up only and took off my eyebrows! Would not recommend going and will not ever go back myself. read more

I took a chance on a small, local nail salon. Never again. Sloppy work, crooked, unevenly cut toe nails, that will take months to grow out. Finger nails streaky and sloppy, top coat smeared over all the cuticles and skin. Workers rush from person to person, and the tools don't look cleaned in betweeen. So I will say they were very nice and got me in immediately for a gel set. However when she started filing my nails I noticed she was shaving down the tops pretty far, I've had gels done many times and have never had anyone file the tops of my nails quite so much and when she was done they were very thin. After painting and drying the nails I noticed I had polish left on my cuticles and fingers. Now it hasn't even been a week and my nails are starting to chip off. I've never had gels chip off so quickly and typically with gel my nails won't break at all but I've been getting hangnails left and right. I'm assuming this is due to her filing them so much. Either way I was very unhappy with the results and the fact that I have to get them redone after less than a week. Would not recommend and definitely will not be returning. read more

I left very unhappy , but thought since they are busy they cant pay full attention . They both were chatting , no attention paid to my pedicure . The woman doing my pedicure was not listening to what I wanted. My demand was to not cut my tips so I can get a french tip on my toes , she didn't listen and kept talking and cut my toes . After 5 mins of scrubbing my feet ( more like chatting ) she is done with the pedicure! Since i have always had been coming here i just let it go . Long story short I was not happy with my pedicure. On my way out the owner ask me to pay tips for 2 people because 2 people helped me . I respected them enough to not start a thing , when the place was full of customers and walked away . I was extremely upset that the owner ask me to pay more tip because 2 people helped or I should say chatted and didn't follow my directions. And I always tip $15-$20 but this one time I did not , because they didn't provide me a great service. Never ever coming back here ! I have been coming to Camino Nails in Tiburon for seven years; even when they were in Mill Valley. What I like best is their friendliness, eager to please their clients and the hygiene which is super important since I bring my young daughter here too. Everyone I have recommended live coming here. Tutu and Lili are amazing. I always have Tutu do my manicure (better make an appointment because she is popular) weekly and then Lili does my pedicure.
