Aesthetic: cute! Everything else: not it. Honestly I'm trying to save you your money. Don't go. I do not care for giving a place a bad review but this was truly unforgivable. I only give it 2 stars because it really is a beautiful spot and the guac was pretty good Anyways back to the review: I got tacos which were ok... nothing special to note. Tried my friends Caesar chicken and it actually tasted like seasoned rubber. One of my other friends hardly touched her Caesar (I don't blame her) and the waiter didn't even ask about it He likely knows lol Service was the craziest part though!! Slow AND our waiter had major "why are you still here" energy from the moment we sat lol. We were celebrating two birthdays and got absolutely nothing, not even an acknowledgement... so we just laughed our way through it bc what else were we gonna do. Cute place, too bad it sucks. Comical we spent a birthday dinner here Unfortunately will not be back

I really really like this kind of new place. I think it's the same group that does the Mercer next door, and I really like the Mercer too. The decor here is spot on. From the zebra striped booths to the White blossom trees there's something to see everywhere you turn. There's a lot of pink neon and large potted plants and the aesthetic is pretty dang cool. We received it immediately and our server was right there. She was super attentive and made sure that we didn't have any questions about the menu. We ordered: *Sandia Sucia (cocktail) *Guacamole *Salmon tacos *Carmelo shrimp ceviche *Churros Everything was really delicious. The guacamole was very good and was a pretty decent size serving. The salmon in the tacos was perfectly cooked--so yummy. The ceviche was loaded with shrimp and also super good. But, I must say, the churros, which was stuffed with caramel and served with chocolate and vanilla dipping sauces, were the star of the meal. There's really nothing negative to say about this place - it was really very good! Can't wait to go back!

Vibes were spot on, and great location. The good: every dish hit the spot, great cocktail and atmosphere was great. The okay: reservations meant nothing. We did snag a seat at the bar and stayed there for our meal. The terrible: our bartender forgot almost everything. Our app never came and we had to remind him, a shot I order never came, and the food we ordered to go only half our order came out. The other bartender that wasnt taking care of us Emilio stepped in and turned it around. I want to give more stars due to him but was so disappointed in the other bartender.

Wanted to love this place but it fell short. Came here after seeing them in the InKind app. We had cocktails nearby at Thea and wanted end our night here. Probably should did cocktails here and went to Thea for dinner. Anyway our server was nice but not really attentive. We ordered drinks as soon as we sat down and discussed appetizers but then he said he had to check his other tables. Ok. Mind you many of the appetizers including guacamole was unavailable. Then the queso comes out, in which we did not order. Discussed but did not order because I would have requested no mushrooms. We sent it back because the it lacked meat and we didn't order it. If you are looking for a robust chorizo under all that cheese, you will be underwhelmed. For drinks we Mezcal Old Fashion and Spicy Tequlia Cocktail. Those were delicious. The food came out and it was good. No complaints on the food. As soon as the food came out, we put in more drinks. After finishing all our food, still no drinks. We tried to cancel and was told they were making them. The bar wasn't. So after 5 more minutes, we went up to the bar and cancelled them. I will say that that the churros were good. Waitstaff friendly. But wanted more for my husband's birthday dinner. Walked away feeling a little like I let him down. The venue is gorgeous and they validate parking for the garage. Decor was nice and music was popping. I can't say that I won't try this place again but cannot recommend at this time. They are new so maybe when they get settled it will be a better experience.

Really cute spot with great decor and vibes. We came in for happy hour and the apps were great and a decent price. I thought we were ordering the happy hour drinks but when we got our bill we realized we were served the full price drinks, so be sure to specify if you're there for happy hour. The service was good and the drinks and food were all tasty, but I don't know that I'd go again if it was not happy hour - the regular menu seemed a bit pricey to me.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing. My friends and I were the only customers in the restaurant and were having a great time. Our server was wonderful friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, everything changed when the owner arrived. His son came over to chat with us and was incredibly kind and personable, but the owner had the complete opposite attitude. He came across as rude, unwelcoming, and made us feel like we weren't wanted there. It completely changed the atmosphere and left a bad impression. It's a shame because the staff was great, but the owner's behavior is enough that I wouldn't choose to come back. I would leave 0 starts the 2 are for our server kieren!! He's the best.

Came here for my birthday dinner in mid-February. I've been holding off on the review because I wanted to reflect a bit on my experience here objectively. We had a party of 8, reservation at 7. The ambiance is sick- the pink and Miami feel is so awesome and beautiful! What a fun place. They told us it would be a minute and they will seat us. Alright it took about 20 min to be seated and the high top table (all of us in dresses). The service was incredibly slow but I will blame that on growing pains as the restaurant had just opened about a week (I think) beforehand. The table came to a consensus that all of our drinks were pretty average, but my enchiladas were good! Finally, my friends had wanted to surprise me with a beautiful cake. They knew it was a surprise and they brought the plates out far before the cake came out, completely ruining the surprise. And then- they cut the cake in the back and brought it out sliced already on plates, so the plates they originally gave us were wasted. Just kinda unnecessary I guess. I'd be willing to come back here but definitely would like to give it some time. Would also like to try the Mercer since it's a sister restaurant next door.

Super cutely decorated and ambiance was chill on a Friday night. Not too busy. I can see why as the food is overpriced for the quality. The tuna tostada was not what I was expecting after seeing a completely different photo of it on their social media. It was not worth $22 and tasted fine. Drinks were basic and decent, at $16 I would expect higher quality as well. Service was pretty good.

Went pretty early to the opening of this place, now it could be 5 when I return. I'm giving a solid 4. Shout out to LC on the recovery ! She is an absolute rockstar keeping this place moving. All the food we tried was amazing 12/10 couldn't ask for more. Fun place and great designs inside ! I would come back ! Thank you for letting me celebrate my birthday here !

Very excited to welcome this new restaurant and lounge to my neighborhood. If you like bold colors, zebra prints, disco ball energy and cool decor, you'll love this gem. Lots of pink, all the way down to the wait staff's jackets, for the perfect Miami vibes. Everything is beautifully curated inside, with two bars and ample seating, and they have a nice outdoor patio with fire pits if you prefer to dine outside. I had the Oaxacan cocktail, which was perfectly tasty with hints of smokiness. The food is elevated Mexican cuisine. If your meal comes with tortillas, you'll love them, they're delicious. The veggie bowl was delicious. They'll open for brunch, lunch and happy hour soon. Wait staff was extremely friendly. A special nod to Siena - couldn't have asked for friendlier, more attentive service on my first visit! You can park at the Biltmore Fashion Park and walk over (use the tunnel to cross over Camelback), or if you park in the Esplanade's parking structure, just remember to have the restaurant validate your parking ticket.

Super girly and cute place. However, a lot of the drinks and food we tried to order were not available! All there frozen drinks they said they didn't have. Then I ordered a margarita with a tajin rim dip and they left the rim out just gave me a plain margarita. They completely missed about 3 drinks from our table and our server said one of the other servers had taken our drinks. They took FOR EVER to take our order. The food is okay, not worth the prices. Luckily our server was a sweetheart and you could tell he was trying his best. The place is super cute for pictures and the music list was amazing! They are pretty new so I'm sure it will get better so give them a chance.

I enjoyed this place's outside patio on a beautiful evening. The place is gorgeous and has an amazing ambiance. It's like chill and intimate but romantic if you want it to be. My friend and I came for drinks and sat outside . We only had one drink because it literally took 25 minutes for our drink to come for some reason. I ordered the pina y lime with vodka which was really good and my friend had red wine. It wasn't busy but for some reason we also had to wait at the hostess stand because no one was there to welcome us. We eventually was greeted by a nice man and he was assisting us until the actual hostess came over. There was also no toilet paper in the restroom but we did tell them about it. I will come and visit again.

Cute spot in the Biltmore area! Enjoyed drinks and apps with a professional group of friends. Love all the pink decorations and details and Mexico City vibes. Bit disappointed that so many items on their drink menu were unavailable, but otherwise had a great time and our server was very friendly.

I was happy about the little purse hooks on the table (iykyk). The outside area, not so much. It's on the corner of a strip mall, there was some etched graffiti on the outside windows, which made you aware of the area you were in. (That's the reason for the 1 star deduction.) The place is very small! So yes, you WILL want to make a reservation. We went around 3:30 on a Friday and I would say 3/4 of the tables had reserved signs on them starting at 5pm on up. The receptionist was constantly back and forth looking at them and moving them around to make space for walk-ins. I would skip bringing your kids here. I didn't use the restroom so idk if that was nice or not. The food was fantastic! And the portions were big. The price matched the portions and quality in our opinion. It's hard to find quality food that's worth the cost lately. We enjoyed the chips and salsa. And hubby ordered a Mexican coke, and the server brought him a frosty glass for it. Everyone around us looked like they were enjoying their food. Our server was great. He chatted with us for a while when we told him about seeing the place on IG. He was grateful for the customers. But admitted, it's caused an influx of people and the 'regulars' have become annoyed. Which is understandable. We'd definitely come back if we're in the area but probably not drive that far out of our way again.

There's something so cozy and welcoming about this spot that makes it feel familiar every time we walk through the door. One of my favorite things to order here is the chilaquiles. I usually switch up the meat depending on what I'm craving, and this visit I went with chorizo. The tortilla chips have that perfect balance of crisp edges and just enough sauce to soften them without turning soggy. The chorizo adds a savory, slightly smoky richness, while the toppings bring everything together with fresh, bright flavors. It's the kind of breakfast where every bite has a little crunch, a little spice, and plenty of flavor. I also love ordering a fresh orange juice alongside my coffee--it's become part of my usual routine here. There's something about fresh OJ with a comforting plate of chilaquiles that just makes breakfast feel extra special. I think I just found my new favorite Mexican restaurant!…read more The ambience here is charming. It's located in what looks like an old house, painted on the outside in a dark red paint. There are roses hanging from the ceiling, exposed brick, and colored lighting (would you notice more as the sun goes down). The wood ceilings really make this place special. There is a small bar in the corner. Don't forget to look up because there is a little door above with the guardian angel and children painted on it, and a couple of stained glass windows. From the minute we walked in, we were meeting with smiling faces. When you first walk in, you are inside the kitchen or at least right next to it. We started with a couple of drinks - a Corona and a Diablito, a sotol cocktail with lots of pureed mango. A basket of chips and a bowl of Green dip or brought to the table, and we were directed to the salsa bar back near the entrance. The salsa bar is fantastic, with several different kinds of salsa. We grabbed what tasted like a creamy tomatillo salsa, a pineapple salsa, a pico de gallo, and a creamy Serrano salsa. They were all so good that we couldn't say which was our favorite. I know that pineapple salsa just sent me over the moon! For an entree, hubby ordered a Sonoran burrito. He said the burrito was delicious, and kept pointing out how good the guacamole and side was. It wasn't especially big or small. I ordered the fajitas (steak and chicken combo) and the minute they came to the table sizzling, both my husband and I were surprised at how large this portion was. It was served with tortillas (you get your choice of corn or flour), black beans, and rice. The black beans were good - - I suppose they just tasted like black beans. I was surprised at how delicious the rice was because it's white and I expected it just to taste like white rice. But there was a creaminess to it and a flavor that I couldn't put my finger on but that I know was really yummy (butter, maybe? Cheese, maybe?? Idk). Good meat in my fajitas was super tender and the veggies were grilled just right. This was a really common really delicious meal. This place had been on my list for a long time and now that I finally been here, I'm kicking myself for not coming here sooner. The food was fantastic, the prices super reasonable, and it's set in a cozy, romantic setting. This place is going to be on a regular rotation for us!

Sometimes the best meals happen because your original plan falls through. That was exactly the case…read morehere, and honestly... I'm not even a little mad about it. I ordered the veggie tacos with roasted sweet potatoes (skin on, which was absolutely the right call), pepitas, feta, and all the right toppings. Whoever prepped those sweet potatoes deserves a raise because they were cut into the perfect sized pieces. Every bite had a little sweetness, a little crunch, a little saltiness... it just worked. My dining partner ordered the barbacoa tacos, and I didn't even have to ask if they were good. The involuntary "Mmm..." after the first bite answered that question. Four tacos disappeared in record time, followed by, "I could've eaten two more." That's about as glowing of a review as you're going to get. Now let's talk about these tortillas. Handmade. Corn. Tortillas. Are you kidding me? They're the kind of tortillas that had me question every tortilla I've ever eaten. Soft, fresh, and somehow they manage to steal the spotlight even with everything else on the plate being so good. The chips and guacamole were excellent, too. The chips have to be made in-house and they disappeared at an alarming rate. The salsa that came with them had this smoky, fire-roasted, chipotle flavor that kept me reaching for another chip... and then another... and then suddenly I realized I'd eaten way more chips than I intended. The bottled table salsas deserve their own paragraph because they completely confused me... in the best way. They bring three to the table... a green, a red, and a darker red. I kept tasting them individually thinking, "Okay, these are alright." Then I started mixing them. Game over. On their own, each one was solid. Mixed together? That was the magic. I don't know if that's what they intended or if I accidentally stumbled onto the perfect combination, but from that point on, every taco got the salsa trio treatment. The only tiny hiccup was when we first walked in. We were greeted, asked if we wanted menus, and sat ourselves. We waited for a bit thinking someone would come take our order, only to realize it's actually counter service. Once we figured that out, everything was smooth sailing. Not a big deal at all... just something first-time visitors might want to know. Follow the sign "order here" I also loved the layout. You can actually watch them making the food, which somehow makes the wait even harder because everything smells incredible. Two tacos ended up being the perfect light meal for me. Could I have eaten ten? Absolutely. Those two statements can both be true. Meanwhile, my dining partner polished off four barbacoa tacos and was talking about ordering two more. We only ended up here because another place happened to be closed, and honestly, I'm glad it worked out that way. This ended up being one of those meals we keep talked about on the drive home. Oh and the bathrooms?. I walked in and immediately thought, "Whoa... this is a cool bathroom" The lighting had this pinkish-purple glow that made me feel like I'd accidentally wandered into a trendy lounge instead of a taco shop. I honestly wasn't even sure there was regular lighting in there and I didn't look... because the vibe seemed so intentional. Finally, the music. .. upbeat, dance-worthy, the kind that had me bouncing in my seat while waiting for my food. Between the atmosphere, the lighting, and the music, the whole place had me want to hang out a little longer. Zero regrets. I'll absolutely be back... and next time I'm ordering more tacos.

Insert the most fire drinks we've scene in a while and they all can be made NonAlcoholic!
