Lol, at first I thought maybe there was no more as it was an in store only item but at last, I was able to get one at the cash register! I'd probably come back again sometime in the future! I called another repair shop shortly after and they said they would take the job no problem and were able to essentially diagnose the problem over the phone (a solution consistent with that I explained over the phone). He was a bit tricky to track down, but once we connected, Joel St. Jean (their service manager and the gent who ultimately repaired out TV) was a real pleasure to work with. He not only correctly diagnosed the source and nature of our problem, but found and fixed 2 others we didn't know were there. He patiently explained what he was doing at all times, and exhibited a degree of patience and thoroughness rarely seen these days.= The prevailing attitude is that TVs and the like are disposable, but this isn't always the case. If your TV goes on the fritz and replacing it means hundreds of dollars you don't have, give these guys a shot, we're very glad we did.
