Communication is consistent and great, any issues I can directly communicate with someone and it will be handled right away. I'm a big guy so in my head I'm thinking the portion size wouldnt be enough, but I was surprised to find I felt satisfied and full the rest of the work day. Pickup is pretty straight forward! This is my second pick up both of which were huge issues but the first one was my fault so I thought it would somehow be better. AFTER I get a text on a different thread saying "Sorry for the inconvenience. Customers pull up to suite N on Sundays and we bring the food out or they text the business line" which is NOT on any texts from the "business line" and they never replied once on that line. The food is not worth this trouble.
