There are no hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is behind the establishment, and it's shared with other businesses. The lot rarely ever gets full though. So don't worry. Each parking spot is pretty wide. You can also do street parking. Take your pick. Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is one of my go to post offices in my area. I enjoy coming here because everyone who works here are super reliable, efficient, kind, and helpful.

Unprofessional and poor customer service supervisor. Today…read more6/9/2026, I went to this USPS office to inquire about "no mails" for past few days. The woman staff told me that mails to my residence have been stopped, and forwarded where else because a family member had submitted an address change form without "clicking" on "Individual" or "Family", so USPS assumed "Family". Obviously USPS do not consider delivery of mails to correct address is a serious duty. The family member insisted that she did select the Individual option. So I requested to see a copy or image of that form, the woman said she doesn't have it if it was done online. Usually there would be the form either online or paper, and filing it would not be complete or go through if the important information is missing. USPS should not just make their assumption and cause headaches and financial damage for customers. And the problem will continue for the next few days. She also stubbornly told me that USPS operates without a financial support from government and the mail address change is a free service, so USPS is not required to do a good job. She probably lied just to defeat an elder minority person.

Wow, what can I say? Not a pleasant experience at all, unfortunately. And this was two days before…read moreChristmas. My cousin needed a box for a white elephant exchange and an Apple gift card. This post office had both items, fortunately. There was only one other person ahead of us and the lady working at the counter was exchanging familiar holiday pleasantries with her, maybe taking just a tad bit too long. But whatever. When it was finally our turn, her tone and attitude did a complete 180. This seemed really odd to me, but then again, this is the post office. And I figured it would be a quick in and out; at least that's what I thought it was going to be. Every answer and sentence from this woman was curt and just super impersonal, like she didn't like the fact that we were there in the first place. No holiday pleasantries for us, I guess. And all we did was walk in. Things got worse after that. Apparently the Apple gift card he wanted to buy wasn't working and accepting money for whatever reason. And so she asked us to grab another one. That one didn't work as well. But she had already charged his card. 15 minutes later, after some computer keyboard magicianry, she ended up having to give only partial cash back from the total gift card amount since they didn't have enough cash on-hand in the register. The rest came in a money order that she had to process as well. So now we're being inconvenienced with having to carry around money orders because - for reasons that were really never made sense - the gift cards wouldn't take any money. Another staffer was there, maybe a manager, who had to put in his code in the computer to authorize these transactions. I told him maybe they should pull all the Apple gift cards from the shelves since they don't apparently work. He completely ignored me. Didn't even look my way. In the end, his colleague could barely muster up an apology for a 15-minute interaction that should've taken a couple minutes. I think I may have heard a whispered or muttered "sorry about that" at the very end. LAME!

The staff friendliness is a hit or miss but they are always helpful and efficient. I've always only seen 2-3 people behind the counter and are usually bilingual in Chinese or Spanish. What I got in return was, 2 pick ups with no response, as in they just took the phone off the hook, and one pick up with a promise to get a call back from a supervisor, Oscar or Nora? which never happened. At this point, they have overcharged my high school student son by $455. That was on May 11, today is May 27 and they still cannot rectify it. I have worked in customer service for years and this is the most inept thought process and management I have ever witnessed. If you see that you clearly are the reason for the gross error, and you can take out the money so easily in one day, clearly you can return it the same way which would of course take up to three business days, but not 16. At this point, we have been in there a total of three times and yesterday they had the nerve to tell us to come back to bring the receipt that they have in their freaking system. Like what????LOL it just keeps getting worse. We had pictures of the dates, times and receipt numbers. Are you kidding me? I want to work here too, so I don't have to practice accountability or professionalism. Ignore the phones, don't call customers back, don't give a shit if I messed up, this job must be great!

Well, right when I looked up and turned to my right, I saw United States Post Office Pasadena LOL. I was like no way... the universe just answered my question or perhaps I did subconsciously LOL. Anyway, during my break time, I walked over here to drop off an Amazon return item that I had to package and seal which wasn't too bad. It's a small post office that has maybe 2 or 3 stations and some P.O. boxes available. The line was short with two people ahead of me, however, it was about a 10 minutes wait before it was my turn. There was only one person working behind the counter. Once I got up to the counter, it was scan bam thank you mam... 10 secs and I was done and out LOL. The staff was pleasant and nice. I'll be back to use this post office in the future. Funny, I've walked on that side of the street before and never noticed this post office. I guess we don't see it until we're looking for it. So start looking around your surroundings... it may surprise you and answer your questions LOL.

As I was driving to my next destination, I thought that I should have purchased more stamps. Just then, I saw this post office in Arcadia and made a quick left into the driveway - after the post office - because there was a van coming out of the driveway closest to the post office. Turns out that what I did was correct. The driveway closest to the post office is one-way out only. I read the reviews about the older Asian female worker. She was scolding the customer in front of me. Oh wow. When it was my turn, I wondered if she was going to yell at me for paying in coins. Haha! I took a chance and unloaded what felt like five pounds worth of nickels, dimes, and quarters! It's good to put them back into circulation, right? ... because two international stamps are only $2.90 right now. It's a great time to use coins as payment for this small amount of currency! I thought I counted correctly, but all she said was, "You need ten more cents." That was my cue to give her ten pennies... LOL! Anyway, that's my way of risk-taking. I'll play it safe the rest of the day... Hopefully...
