To say that this place is good would be an insult because this place is greatness and needed in an overindulged carnivorous society. My son and I stopped off here yesterday because he's vegan and we were on our way out of town and it was sort of in route. I always have a weakness for houses turned businesses and that already set the tone for me. The workers were extremely nice and helpful and the food was epic!! We tried the street corn pasta salad, super bar, and some peanut butter balls concoction and everything was AMAZING!! This is probably one of the best vegan places I've had in the Greater Houston area and tomball should be proud and embrace this place to the fullest. I wish that they had a location closer in the city because it would definitely thrive and be a top contender in the vegan world. Will definitely return many times soon. They have so many options even gluten free pastry's . Gluten free brownie over the moon yum , I'll be a regular now . it's Amazing I can't explain how good there food is . I think I'm spending my whole check here but so worth it! This is a delicious food temple filled with all sorts of gems and in my opinion the BEST restaurant in Tomball if your into healthy, whole food, organic, clean eating. My go to is the Grande Eggplant Tacos and Golden Milk Latte BUT I've recently gotten hooked on their cinnamon rolls. Oh and I mustn't forget anything that comes with their vegan biscuits or eggplant sausage. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it . I do hope they grow into taking over the phone orders so I can call ahead for lunch pick up. SUPPORT this local restaurant! I try to go to Callie's once a week -- more if I can! She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and what she does with food is nothing short of amazing. If you're vegan or vegetarian, this place is a godsend. Even if you're not, go anyway because I guarantee you you'll find something you like. All of the food is so fresh and the majority of it is local -- Callie goes to great pains to find only the best ingredients for her culinary creations. I can't really say I have favorite menu items because everything I've had has been delicious. I've been plant-based since Aug 2020 and was thrilled to find out about a plant-based restaurant so close in downtown Tomball. The food at Callie's is amazing and extremely healthy. They also offer many healthy drink options such as chlorophyll and golden milk lattes (caffeine free). They also offer a lot of pre-made to-go meals. The atmosphere is very Zen, located in a beautiful neighborhood in Tomball, just a few doors down from Main St with indoor or covered patio seating. The menu has a few staples with a couple of options that change from week to week. Down sides are: the food takes a while to come, they are working on expanding their kitchen so hopefully this gets better (I go early so I don't mind waiting on the food but if you are planning on your lunch hour, you will be late so get a pre-made meal); they have no call/website option to order ahead; they close early (5pm) and are closed on Sunday & Monday. They are waiting on a beer & wine license and will expand hours then. I'm here just about every week since finding this place a few months ago and have never had a bad experience. Callie & her husband run the place and are very nice. I recommend the jackfruit tacos or the avocado toast with eggplant sausage. This is my absolute favorite restaurant that is locally owned and operated! Love to support small businesses. read more

They say it's vegan but I don't know how they make the eggplant sausage and the jackfruit pulled "pork" tast so crazy amazing. It seriously tastes exactly like sausage and pulled pork. This place is awesome. My wife and I recently switched to a more plant based diet. No doctor ever said, "You need to eat less fruit and vegetables!" The best meals we have had so far all came from here. We tried three different meals and each was great. The meals are pre-made and portioned, so you can just grab and go or have them warm it up for you. We took our meals home and followed the instructions, and the meals were warmed perfectly. I was in the Tomball area with my friend, who is vegan, so we decided to stop by Callie's kitchen. I'm definitely happy that I did. The parking situation is kind of strange, but we were able to park at a local church and walk over to the restaurant. The restaurant is located inside of a renovated house, so you might not see it off of the street. You kind of have to be looking for it. All of the meals are prepared, and you can pick one out of the fridge or hot bar and the owner will heat it up for you. I had the Jackfruit and quinoa tacos, which was a bit outside of my comfort zone, but it tasted amazing. The Jackfruit was very tender and flavorful. It also came with the Great green sauce that tasted great. They have a small section where they sell health foods. They also have some cold brew coffees and some other interesting drinks such s a chlorophyll latte. The drinks are a tad expensive, with a cold brew being $10 and the other drinks ranging from $6 to $8. Overall, good homemade food. read more

Stopped here because of the pre-packaged vegan meals. They were great for snacks and meals while we were at the Renaissance Festival. The eggplant sausage that is used in one of the quinoa dishes is incredibly delicious and I wasn't sure it was vegan at first because the texture and taste are spot on. Also the quinoa salad had a beautiful blend of flavors that delighted our pallets and was probably our most favorite snack. The place is cozy and quaint. I absolutely LOVE this place! It is the best vegan restaurant I have ever been to. All her food is whole-foods based and organic. Callie cares so much about this place and making all of her customers feel welcome. Every time I come I feel as though I'm eating in a place where I'm fueling my body well and the employees genuinely care about me. I love everything I've eaten here, including Jackfruit and Quinoa Street Tacos, Macaroni with Eggplant Sausage, Eggplant Sausage Tacos, etc. I could NEVER pick a favorite entre, but I can tell you that my favorite desert-type foods are the sunflower seed brownie and vegan hot chocolate. I have eaten here 3 times with my family and everyone I have ever taken has been shocked at how wonderful vegan foods can taste! I really think that Callie's can help reach so many people and show them that we don't live off of plain, flavorless foods, like plain tofu, pasta, and salad.
