We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. My wife and I and Johnny had a great conversation all the way back to Walnut Creek where he unloaded our car I hope they never need a towing service again in Tracy, but if I do, I will absolutely call Johnny at KB.

I also submitted a written request through the company's website for the tow authorization and related records, and have not received a response. I am separately reviewing the 5% credit-card fee for compliance with applicable rules. Absolutely terrible experience. My car was towed from my building over the weekend by this company, even though they were supposedly closed. I then had to wait a ridiculous amount of time just for someone to open the gate so I could get my own car back. What made it even worse was the owner bragging about how many cars he had towed from my building, as if that was something to be proud of. He also kept giving me unsolicited advice that I neither asked for nor wanted. The entire situation felt unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult. Having my car towed on a weekend while the business was supposedly closed also made me seriously question whether the timing was being used to rack up additional fees. Awful customer service and an extremely frustrating experience. I would avoid this company if you have any choice at all.
