The Owner of that vehicle very kindly left me a note under the windshield wiper indicating his contact information. I hoped that I could remove the mark myself thus saving him the cost of restoration. I soon realized that in so doing, I could ruin the paint finish. That is when I took the vehicle to Unlimited and met Paul and Ginger who own the shop. As I chatted with Ginger, Paul took a look at the vehicle which I thought would be for an estimate. Ten minutes later, he came back and replied, "All Done". The long black streak was gone and the doors looked as good as new. Very gtatefully I asked,"What do I owe you?". "Nothing", he replied. Wow , was I impressed! I notified the gentleman whose car hit mine and he was ecstatic since Paul had now saved him a considerable amount of money for a paint repair.Besides meeting two very nice people and learned that they have been in business for 30 years, I will now know whom to call should I ever need and body repairs for any of my vehicles. After having the truck 3 weeks came back w additional finds of almost 40% more than original. We have had work from this company when"Rick " the founder was running the company and NEVER had issues of ANY kind such as poor communication , requiring deposits , only excepting bank checks or incur 3.5 % surcharge on credit cards ! All in all 3rd and last time !

We chose Waterloo Motors as it's right in town plus Geico agent knew them as well, which i felt was good. I owed the deductible and another $175 for labor fees that Geico didn't quite cover. Seems Waterloo Motors service is a bit higher on the labor. But people need to be paid for their service and mechanics are in need. They did a great job on my son's car. They had good communication and we're happy to have the car back. It does look nice. They did a good job.

Than gave me a funny look and said "we go by the book here" ...??? Like what? He knew that was ridiculous and probably instantly remembered the year before they passed my old car which externally was in far worst ship including both headlights cracked from some dummy loosing trash out of his pickup while flying down the highway. To top it off quoted a replacement at $7000. When I looked after that I couldn't find one for $7000 but only the most expensive still $4000 less than that and the only replacements I could find was the entire light assembly at that. Still expensive but 7000 naw not buyin it and regardless I still wouldn't even spend 1000 on a plastic light cover. I spoke to several other businesses that has not seen it themselves at that time but said if it's how I described it than waterloo is just being ridiculous for no reason. Glenn Buck is the owner and was recommended by Don at DentMasters He works out of the Toyota Warrenton shop and does an excellent job at a very reasonable price. He has a mobile unit and will come to you if you make advance arrangements. He's been doing paint work for 15 years and really knows what he's doing. The color match was perfect, there was no way to tell there was any damage. He's very friendly and professional and does great work.

I…read morehad booked an appointment two weeks ago, with today being the first available slot available. I needed three very small things done, and told them that, since I had no one to drive me home, I would be waiting on the work to be done. I got there at the appointment time (2:00pm)... and waited THREE HOURS for them to finish. They couldn't even do one of the things (they have to order a part), so the two remaining small things took three hours, apparently. The waiting area was FREEZING cold, so I sat there shivering for all three hours, with no one bothering to check on me, offer me a coffee.... etc. A very unpleasant way for me to spend my afternoon. I won't be coming back.
