Waterloo Motors - Doesn't look like a lot but it made the door not open and damaged the hood.

First time I've used Waterloo services. A deer hit my son's car. Right passenger side quarter panel…read morewas damaged. Poked though the wiper fluid container. Hit so hard it crumpled the hood a bit and passenger door wouldn't open. Not happy time at my house. We called Geico and they took care of it. We chose Waterloo Motors as it's right in town plus Geico agent knew them as well, which i felt was good. I owed the deductible and another $175 for labor fees that Geico didn't quite cover. Seems Waterloo Motors service is a bit higher on the labor. But people need to be paid for their service and mechanics are in need. They did a great job on my son's car. They had good communication and we're happy to have the car back. It does look nice. They did a good job.

Than gave me a funny look and said "we go by the book here" ...??? Like what? He knew that was ridiculous and probably instantly remembered the year before they passed my old car which externally was in far worst ship including both headlights cracked from some dummy loosing trash out of his pickup while flying down the highway. To top it off quoted a replacement at $7000. When I looked after that I couldn't find one for $7000 but only the most expensive still $4000 less than that and the only replacements I could find was the entire light assembly at that. Still expensive but 7000 naw not buyin it and regardless I still wouldn't even spend 1000 on a plastic light cover. I spoke to several other businesses that has not seen it themselves at that time but said if it's how I described it than waterloo is just being ridiculous for no reason. In saying all that they won't be getting my business again.

The best kept secret in Warrenton, VA. An excellent shop with superior customer service…read morecommunication and repair skills. I dealt with Mr. Benner who was unsurpassed in customer service and industry knowledge as my estimator. When I went to pick up my car it was evident that the auto body men/women were professionals in very sense of the word. I can not say enough good things about the customer service and professional results. If it were possible to give this organization 10 stars I would. However the shop was hard to find and signs on the major thoroughfare (Hwy 29) and the cross intersection to the shop would aid tremendously in letting people know the shop exists and make it much easier to find but even that did not distract from the superior customer service and skillful repair work. A big THANK YOU to the men and women of Caliber Collision in Warrenton for a job well done.

I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy I experienced. I was…read moresimply waiting for my cousin to finish speaking with the front desk receptionist when I went to get some popcorn, since I know he likes it. While pouring it into the bag, I dropped a single piece and immediately noticed old crispy popcorn already sitting on the floor, which clearly showed that area hadn't been cleaned properly for days. Even the seasoning station was messy and uneven, something that should've been corrected instead of ignored. While waiting, I heard someone say, "We're done with your Highlander." I didn't respond because it wasn't my vehicle, and I already knew where that conversation was heading. I'm on vacation, but the cameras will show exactly what happened. As I continued waiting for the person who supposedly repaired the car, I noticed he was standing in front of the left headlight, talking excessively instead of focusing on the actual issue, which was the sensors. I expected basic professionalism at minimum, a direct acknowledgment, a handshake, and respect for the customer. Instead, he puffed his cheeks, blew his bubble gum, and used peripheral vision while walking away rather than addressing things directly like a grown man. That kind of behavior doesn't make someone look important it makes them look immature and inferior. Yes, I already know Mexican people are native but I am personally not of Mexican descent. When I finally inspected the vehicle myself, I ran my finger along the lines on the left side and immediately noticed gaps around the left headlight and the back right taillight. The repair job was poorly done. I don't blame the workplace alone. This kind of lack of communication, respect, and courtesy reflects poor upbringing their parents gave them . People are a reflection of what they were taught, and this experience showed a serious lack of standards.
