That's when I met Dawn and Jason in the parking lot. I explained that we wouldn't be in town for long, and without hesitation, they made us a priority so we could get the truck repaired in time to drive it back to Ohio--no need to leave it behind in Virginia. The next morning, Dawn called to let me know the truck was already fixed and ready for pickup. I was blown away by their honesty, speed, and incredible customer service. At no point during that conversation was it mentioned that the cost would increase significantly, yet there was no problem telling me they found another problem that needed fixed. When I went to pick up my car, I was shocked to find the total was over $1,800. That's a major increase that should have been clearly communicated beforehand. If I had been informed, I could have decided whether to move forward with the repair. Instead, I was put in a position where I had no choice but to pay in order to get my car back. On top of that, after looking up the cost of the parts, it appears they mark them up by at least 40%. Proceed with caution. People don't write bad reviews for absolutely no reason.
