Waterloo Motors - Doesn't look like a lot but it made the door not open and damaged the hood.

First time I've used Waterloo services. A deer hit my son's car. Right passenger side quarter panel…read morewas damaged. Poked though the wiper fluid container. Hit so hard it crumpled the hood a bit and passenger door wouldn't open. Not happy time at my house. We called Geico and they took care of it. We chose Waterloo Motors as it's right in town plus Geico agent knew them as well, which i felt was good. I owed the deductible and another $175 for labor fees that Geico didn't quite cover. Seems Waterloo Motors service is a bit higher on the labor. But people need to be paid for their service and mechanics are in need. They did a great job on my son's car. They had good communication and we're happy to have the car back. It does look nice. They did a good job.

Idk what stick got up there butt that day but they failed my nearly brand new. Was a showroom car…read moreonly, hardly any miles for my rear tires which was understandable but my problem with them is because one of my headlights the plastic outer cover is chipped in the back corner was the main reason i was failed...??? Than gave me a funny look and said "we go by the book here" ...??? Like what? He knew that was ridiculous and probably instantly remembered the year before they passed my old car which externally was in far worst ship including both headlights cracked from some dummy loosing trash out of his pickup while flying down the highway. To top it off quoted a replacement at $7000. When I looked after that I couldn't find one for $7000 but only the most expensive still $4000 less than that and the only replacements I could find was the entire light assembly at that. Still expensive but 7000 naw not buyin it and regardless I still wouldn't even spend 1000 on a plastic light cover. I spoke to several other businesses that has not seen it themselves at that time but said if it's how I described it than waterloo is just being ridiculous for no reason. In saying all that they won't be getting my business again.

I had the unfortunate experience of having my brand new truck broken into, multiple windows…read moreshattered, damage to interior panels and more. Originally I was trying to work with a Toyota Certified body shop since my truck was brand new and I wanted the best work possible but found they had bad reviews online. Then found out they didn't want to take on my repair work unless I was willing to let them repaint the doors as well, since there was a little scratch, but I was on the fence about having the door painted - what that told me is they only wanted higher profit margins (looking at you Ourisman collision center!). That was enough to get me searching for highly rated body shops and that's when I found Caliber Collision in Warrenton - they have great reviews online and I can attest they did an awesome job. They even let me bring my own glass because I had jumped the gun and had the dealer order the glass for me (typically they will order the glass). In particular, I worked with Tony and he took care of me from start to finish. He didn't pressure me to paint the doors and they did good work on the glass and trim panel repairs. My one critique would be that my truck was left a little dirty from the work, it would have been nice to have the glass and trim panels wiped down to get the dirt off from install but it was no biggie for me to wipe everything down when I got hom. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here and ask to work with Tony, you won't be disappointed!!

Horrible Experience. Do not take your luxury car to this repair SHOP. I had my car at Caliber…read moreCollision in Warrenton, VA and 24 hours after picking it up, r my car was completely dead. The doors would not open or unlock. I picked up my car on a Friday 3/29/24. 5 months prior, I just purchased a brand-new Mercedes Benz battery that had a 2-year warranty and let Caliber know that before they had my car jump-stated and towed back to Caliber. Caliber informed me that they replaced the battery that I purchased with a new battery. After they could not figure out what was wrong with my car, because I was receiving low-battery alerts on my Mercedes app, they finally sent it to Mercedes Benz. Mercedez Benz replaced the battery Caliber Collision put in because they out in a battery that was too small for the car. After 24 hours of the battery replacement, I started receiving low-battery alerts again, and the car was completely dead. It is now 4/9/2024, and I finally called Mercedes-Benz to find out what is going on with my car and to give more details to ensure that my car was repaired accurately. Caliber gave very little information when they dropped off the car. They did not know that they needed to look for something that drained 3 batteries. They are now researching the problem. I do not specialize in cars, that is why I sent it to a professional. My experience with Caliber Collision Warrenton, has been a nightmare!
