I have trusted the work needed on my vehicles to Charles at VAB for many years now. I was originally referred to him by a good friend who is a very well respected gentleman that has lived in that area almost all of his life and knows everybody who is anybody in OT Manassas. Charles has even done work on other vehicles for my friends and family with good results time after time. I have 2 Acura's (MDX & RL) and a GMC Sierra Denali that Charles at VAB has kept running strong and looking good for me and my family. The RL was hit by an uninsured driver. T-boned right in the middle of the rear door. Luckily no one was hurt, but finding out soon afterwards that I not only had wrecked car to deal with (which obviously wasn't my fault) I was more than likely going to be paying to fix it with my hard earned dollars right out of my own pocket. Charles made the process of doing so as painless and reasonably cost effective as possible. My RL now looks better than it ever has during my time as its owner. When I got it back several of my neighbors commented on how good it really looks. One of them just bought a brand new bimmer and he said my RL looks just as nice as his 2018 5 series. If you want excellent results from a very seasoned body shop in NoVa, then see Charles at VAB. You'll be happy you did. read more

I live in Centreville, and bought my 2015 Subaru Impreza from Brown's in Manassas, who have taken outstanding care of my car from the time of purchase. My car got crushed by a huge cement truck this past January, when I was in Queens, NY. I was very grateful to be able to drive it home. I called Subaru, who recommended Virginia auto body shop, which is right behind the dealership. Eric, who works there, called my landline and left a very reassuring, considerate message that he took care of getting me my rental, and that I could drop the car off in the morning. When I got to the shop, Enterprise was there with my rental car, everything went very smoothly, and Eric was wonderful. I just picked my car up, after a couple of weeks in the shop. It looks brand new! They did an outstanding job of repairing it, and it's immaculate inside and out. I had so much damage I had to enter the car from the passenger front door- the back driver side door window was completely shattered, and the side of the car looked like a dented soda can. I haven't had an accident in over 30 years, and what a change in the way everything was taken care of! I have a feeling Virginia Auto Body is still probably the exception. Either way, I'd like to thank Eric and the team that did such an excellent job on my car. read more

I recently had some repairs done at Virginia Auto Body Inc after my car was damaged, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Charles handled the work, and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. The repairs were done with great attention to detail, and my car looks as good as new. They also detailed the inside of the car for free! A great part of the process was Charles's communication--he kept me informed at every stage of the repair, which gave me complete peace of mind. He also goes above and beyond to find the best parts at the best prices, and he's even willing to offer discounts or complimentary services when he can. On top of that, he worked directly with my insurance company, making the payment process seamless and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend Virginia Auto Body Inc, and especially Charles, for anyone in need of quality repair work. Professional, reliable, and customer-focused service all around! read more

My experience with Kim's Auto Body Shop was extremely disappointing. I brought my car in for repairs, but it came back in worse condition than before. The air conditioning system wasn't working, and the radiator pipe popped off as I was picking up the car. Despite repeatedly reminding Kim, the repairs took over three months to complete. To top it off, I was charged extra for unauthorized labor and parts. Even after specifically requesting Mercedes-recommended coolant, standard coolant was used instead. The bodywork was incomplete, with cracks left untouched and essential components omitted. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor quality of work, and disregard for customer satisfaction make this shop one to avoid. read more

I highly recommend Virginia auto body to anyone in need of top-quality body work or mechanical . This team goes above and beyond. read more

I have been using VA Auto Body for both of my cars for over 6 years now. From major damage to rock chip and general car questions, Charles and his team have been great to work with and have done superior work. I am extremely pleased and will continue to do business with them. Unfortunately, not less than a week after getting my Mustang back after rock chip repair, I was rear-ended. My immediate thought was to contact Charles for this repair as well as I know I can trust Charles to do another amazing job. If only the insurance company would be as great to work with. read more

This auto body shop is awesome! My first visit was years ago, to repair my car after an accident. When Mr. Kim delivered my car, it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor! The finished job was immaculate. I recently returned to Virginia Auto Body to have some elective body work done and once again, the job was perfect! Mr. Kim provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend using his shop for all of your auto body needs. I promise, he will exceed your expectations and you will not be disappointed! read more

I was hit by someone who contacted me and requested that we not go through their insurance. Virginia Auto Body gave me a free estimate and called me about a week later to confirm that I still needed their services. When I told them that I was waiting for the other party's check to clear, they said that was no problem and explained what the process would be, how much time I needed to allow them to get the required parts, etc. Their process was very easy and the bill was exactly what they quoted in their estimate. read more

I have been bringing both my cars to Charles for body work ever since I bought them. From minor scrapes and scratches to major body repairs, Charles has alway done excellent work and makes the cars look great. IhHighly recommend him for any body repair. My wife had found you all from a friend, she took it to your shop. From there it was handled between your shop and Insurance company. It was finished when promised. When I came home from work, I was amazed as to the Quality of the work performed. I know that Ruby Red is a three stage paint, that is difficult to match. Yet the car looks beautiful, not like it was just painted, thanks to all you guys at Virginia Auto Body. Tim Rohall read more

Great auto body shop! They helped me out when I was in a pinch for a fair price. Staff was friendly and professional, everyone in the NoVa area should go to them for all auto needs! I really appreciate their help and kindness during a stressful time. They also got me in within 15 minutes of me calling about my car trouble, typically unheard of in the area. The staff were so willing to help and just all around great people. Thank you! read more

Virginia Auto Body recently did some work on my 1979 Chevrolet Blazer which was involved in a front end crash. The damage was extensive and because the vehicle is 46 years old, there were many challenges with finding parts etc. Charles and his team stayed on top of the work and got it back on the road looking good. I would highly recommend Virginia Auto Body for any work on your classic and new vehicles. read more

Dropped off a Jetta with front bumper damage. Fasteners and rivets tore away leaving the bumper unsecured and hanging off on one side. The shop was able to heat and shape the bumper back to normal and secure it with new mounts. Touched up the paint and buffed it out. Very satisfied with the work and even more satisfied with the price. Highly recommend this shop. read more
