My husbands car was side swiped and damaged. Our insurance company referred us to caliber collision river road. They wouldn't answer the phone or anything. So we called the Canyon Road location and they were open and easily helped us reached with their location. They gave my husband a great estimate and a time frame. Did an inspection on the car. Communicated throughout the entire process and made things so smooth. The damage required a lot of repair as the entire bumper was off. Even with the delay in shipment of products they still made time to get the repairs done quickly. We had no issues with the insurance company claim and they handled everything on their end. I had a unique issue that needed to be fixed asap. My rear passenger window needed a new regulator installed so i could roll it up.. Not from an accident. I called and they looked at it & gave me an estimate, that was definitely OK. I called back to get it fixed and they had it in the next day. Put in the new regulator, all worked good. This place hands down the best even thought it was minor damage they managed to get part and have it repaired in under 8hrs and in that time got a detailed inside the car as well which was unexpected and amazing, during the time they had the car they kept you informed of every process from starting assessment, to getting part to install, parts to come get your car, all the staff there was nice and friendly would highly recommend this place no question asked, nice work read more

Extremely disappointing with the time of the repair. My vehicle has been with them since Nov 10, 2021. It is now Dec 13, 2021 and no time frame when I will be getting my vehicle back. The repair was one fender so I thought I shouldn't take that long. They keep telling me that parts are back order. They should of told me that since the beginning. I would of hold on on repairing my vehicle. They never said it was going to take this long. I take my wife for cancer treatments almost everyday and need my car back. Just so frustrating to be paying to borrow a vehicle from a friend. Which is cheaper then renting a vehicle Renting a vehicle right now is very expensive for me as I am not working. I should of read the last review and been aware of the service I was about to get. read more

Extremely disappointed in the process done by caliber. They were extremely unclear about a form I signed that allows them to move forward with vehicle repairs without contacting me about the estimate. I did not intend to have my vehicle repaired, but just get the estimate done from the insurance. However, when presented with this form I was not told this and unfortunately on my end I assumed they would call before moving forward with repairs. Not a good experience at all. read more

I left my car with this store to get the outside body repaired through my insurance, bad choice. They painted the outside part of my car and told me if there were any issues to contact them and they would fix it well, I tried calling 3x, emailed and sent a contact form through their website and nothing lol. The entire inside of my car was covered in a white powder which I still can't completely get out of the fabric of my seats and the floors which I asked my mechanic friends what it was and its the sealant for the paint and on the paperwork they have that they removed my front windshield so when they were doing all this work they did not cover or protect the inside of my car while doing so. Im a clean freak and left my car in perfect condition and received complete trash back. There is a huge smear on my back window that I cant get off I have no idea what it is. I am extremely pissed about the condition my car was returned to me in and will never use or recommend this place to anybody, my car is literally ruined. Thanks Justin, dont appreciate it. read more

Damage to my car. Went here to get damage fixed. Everyone was professional from the lady at the front desk to Dell the estimator who assisted me. He advised me and tried to get me steered in the right direction. Got a bid and Dell even gave me a worse case scenario so I knew all the costs. Went to another shop to get another bid but all they did was look at the car and say it would be $1500 and to call the insurance. Dell was able to get it done for $860 as I was not going to turn into the insurance as o have a $1000 deductible. This place is honest and made a bad situation good. When I got my car back it was washed outside and even detailed inside. Dell and caliber collision are the best and honest. Thank you read more
