Caliber Collision was accepted by our insurance company and by the insurance company of the driver at fault for damages. Acceptance by both companies was reassuring. There are many locations in San Diego which made it easy to find a shop. Vern Brow, Service Advisor and other Caliber Collision employees were great. They provided an estimate quickly. I wanted tail light covers replaced in addition to insured damages. Vern checked the availability of used auto parts. The price difference was minimal so I chose new parts. Vern offered to get all parts in-shop before we scheduled the work. I wanted the work to start on a Monday so I would not need a weekend rental. Vern kept in touch by email - my preference. The work started on a Monday as I had requested and was complete by Thursday. Vern told me not to have the car washed for a certain period to allow all paint time to set.
