I used calibre a couple of months ago and they are absolutely wonderful at repairing me car. quick efficient and had my car ready in two days. everyone was pleasant. I somehow cut my finger and I was taken to the sink and she washed my finger and put a bandage on it, I told USAA that I got a previous estimate from another collision place but USAA recommended Calibre and said I can use any one I want so I chose Calibre and their repair was over $400 less than the other place. read more

Okay can I just say that I was BLESSED today. I recently got a new car and a rock had flown up and scratched the paint. Agggh!!! My husband had his car recently repaired at Caliper Collision and they did a amazing job! They even fixed some scratches that they didn't have to (now what companies these days does this?) They do!!!! Adrian the manager looked at my car and told me to pick up some touch up paint and they would fix it for me. So I picked up the paint and not only did they fix my scratch on my car, they installed my mud flaps! When I went to pay he wouldn't let me. So I went and got the guys some cookies at the bakery I love the Swedish Bakery in Poway. This company and their staff are GEMS! Im not sure if Loving your Collision Repair company is allowed or even a thing for that matter, but Caliber Collision popped my collision repair cherry with such a caring gentle touch that it brought back fond memories of beautiful, warm,loving timesof long ago. My first accident...ever was December 19, 2017. I was T-boned, unfortunately,by a woman that thought the need to tell me she would be "late to work" while I was taking her information. This after she forcefully threw herself (car) into me without even an introduction or even a Martini to cushion the literal metallic blow. Her nerve was quickly shot down after I advised that if she left I'll just tell the police it would be a hit a run. Without saying, but I will say, she quieted down. Anyway, after information was exchanged and my car and my body were left frazzled and torn apart both physically and mentally,I thought to myself " ...what dafuq? How do i deal? Who should I call now? It's not every day I get violated not unlike a Last Vegas escort. My car, along with myself, will be put back to my original pristine, clean ,perfect state... especially since SHE was 100% at fault." I immediately called my dealer from where I bought the car originally in Poway only to have been referred to Caliber Collision of Poway just a half mile up the hill. I called the number and was greeted by the most soothing, calming voice much needed to calm my Anxiety filled morning. Lisa answered the phone and immediately explained to me step by step what the process of fixing my car would entail. My redundancy in questions and volatile emotions were immediately squashed after words like; "...atleast you're still alive..." and "...we will take care of you..." Or "...try not to worry, it's hard, but we'll make sure to make you happy...". Honestly, if it wasn't for Lisa's first contact and calm down session I would have looked elsewhere to fix my car and a new therapist. Her initial contact is what stopped me from calling two other shops on my list. She then introduced me to Andrew whose attention to detail and understanding of my OCD, ADD ,high maintenance and ass**** personality reassured me that my car would be ready in 4 weeks. After the three weeks and my tri-weekly ,if not more,texts and emails updating me on the detailed status of my car I was pleasantly surprised of my car being ready for me to pick up...5 days ahead of schedule! When I picked it up,the work was seamless as if it was never in an accident, and detailed...it was as if I just rolled it off the Dealer lot. I am sooooooo thankful for both techs Salvador and Aldo for such detailed high Quality work ,but most importantly thankful for Lisa and Andrews help in making this whole ordeal seamless and up to my High Standards. During my unfortunate event with Caliper Collision Poway, it took them 4 times to get a simple rear bumper job done properly. It was a simple bumper fix job, no quarter panel or trunk cover were involved. I had to leave my car in their shop for two weeks and kept postponing my plan for a family road trip. Initial repair, they left patches of dirt under the clear coat. When I asked them to fix it, they said "well we can do that or you can drive it away like this." Please respect your profession. 2nd time they did a quick sand down and repaint, left clear coat with fish scale like texture and dust under it. It looked like a cheap paint job one can get from craigslist. 3rd time They called me on my way to pick it up and said that it wasn't done well enough so they needed another couple days. 4th time they finally got it right. But at this point I can not say that I am satisfied with the experience because all the stress they caused me. I would give them one star, but I added one star for my contact person Vern. He was helpful and was always there to pick up my calls. Will not go back. read more

Got into my first car accident and USAA & Caliber Collision made it a very simple process. Ray and Vern were very helpful and very professional. They got my vehicle done in a timely manner. Biggest concern I had was the paint matching. After getting my vehicle back, the paint on the quarter panel matched perfectly. I did have to bring my vehicle back to the shop to get the aftermarket fender replaced due to a manufacturer defect but Ray and Vern gladly replaced the fender with an OEM one and it only took about two business days to get it installed and painted. I have used other Caliber locations in the past and have had amazing experience. This review has to do specifically with this center and their customer service. I had joined my friend to have her car accessed and as I waited the front desk lady was always on her cell, which looks so unprofessional. Phone lines would ring 2-3 times with a bothered expression on her face as if she was awaiting for someone out back to pick up for her. I dont know how this company works or where they find unprofessionals like her. But I'm 100% positive her duties are to pick up phone lines, and if unavailable she should get assistance from her coworkers. As we still waited another lady stepped in through the door, not sure what her role was but she had to be high up there to make that girl answer calls on first rings and make herself look more productive. Other than that. I have nothing negative to say. My friends car came out looking good as new after repairs. Just a pitty how unprofessional that one individual looked. read more

The not so great reviews for this place astound me - I literally just had the most pleasant experience with this place; a family member got hit in a parking lot recently and while the damage was on the minor side, it was definitely noticeable.
