Caliber Collision - Love this sign. It's like a chart at the doctor's office but for your vehicle - Body Shops Near Me - Pomona, California

Such a great experience from beginning to end I picked up my car and it looks brand new. Thank you to the caliber team!

After running a quick errand last week, I walked out to my car in the parking lot to find it had been hit, by what looked like a BB. It had been a really bad week, I was already overwhelmed and this was the last thing I wanted to have to deal with, so I turned to our community for help! Later that night I posted a picture of the damage on a few social media pages in search of recommendations for someone local and honest that would touch this up for a reasonable price. David Cauley, the manager at Caliber Collision in Pomona immediately reached out to me letting me know if I wanted to bring it in, he would be happy to take a look at it and go over my options. I contacted him and through a small message exchange, he answered questions I had not even asked yet and offered to accommodate me if his business hours did not work out with my schedule. He had already gone above and beyond and eased my mind...I had not even met with him yet. Customer service of this "caliber" has become hard to find these days and is so refreshing! I met with David a few days ago, we both agreed that, although it's a small area, the damage is pretty significant. He thoroughly explained my options, answered all of my questions and gave me an estimate based on my expectations. I thanked him and let him know I hope to be able to bring it in soon to have it fixed and appreciated his help. Before I left, he had paint mixed up, walked over to my car, touched it up and thanked me for coming in. I get so mad at how careless people can be everytime I see the damage to my car. When I see the touch up paint, it reminds me there are some pretty awesome people too! I asked for recommendations for someone local and honest that would touch this up for a reasonable price...and that's exactly what I got! Thank you David Cauley for your outstanding customer service! I will be back as soon as possible!! read more

Once again, the staff at Caliber Collision did a fantastic job! I called to ask about getting an estimate and Vanessa was so nice and professional. When I brought my car in for the estimate, Rene answered all of my questions and gave me a detailed description of what would take place. After I got all of the insurance taken care of, we dropped it off with Jesse and during the entire process, Jesse was making sure we had an update on our vehicle. This is the second time we've had a car repaired by Caliber in Pomona and we will continue to be returning customers. read more

I have a positive relationship with these guys that goes back more than two decades. I came this time with an unusual request. Dave, the manager, was incredibly responsive-- understood my problem, got the car to a technician immediately, and in a short time I was out the door, problem solved, NO CHARGE. I was so happy I brought back a dozen doughnuts to thank them. More traditional work done in the past has always been excellent. read more

Someone keyed my car for who knows what reason, and I was recommended Caliber. As someone who hasn't owned a car before, I didn't know what to expect. I got to the shop and was able to get through the paperwork easy. I got rear-ended and looking for a great repair shop was not an easy task. Good thing I went to Caliber Collision in Towne Avenue, Pomona to take care of my RX-330. Paul Marquez was the guy who have exceeded my expectations far and beyond. He was very helpful, very accomodating and professional. A minor problem with the bumper dragging on the road. Fixed in fifteen minutes, no charge. Thank you Dave.

I have 2 cars repaired at Caliber in Pomona, and they did a fantastic job on both, so when my wife's Suburban lost a stupid trim piece from the door, and the local Chevy dealer wanted $500 to reattach it, I drove it into Caliber yesterday morning. Josh Pacheco, the service consultant walked out to the car and said, can you wait a few minutes? Short story they reattached the trim piece at no charge. Always great service. My car was involved in a 5 car traffic collision on the 71 S highway. Well worth the wait.. took 18days to get my car back and it looks as if nothing ever happened. Angel kept me posted throughout calling to tell me what is being done to my car each day! That reassured me that my car was in good hands. They fixed my alignment which was turned upside down after the accident, my right passenger doors, glove compartment, cleaned it inside and out, replaced a missing side skirt, buffed the rims, etc. I can't thank them & state farm insurance enough! They take pride in their work. I'm ecstatic to be reunited with my car. "You know your car better than anyone else. So if there is something that doesn't feel right about it, don't hesitate to bring it back in. You have an lifetime warranty with us." -Angel :D Again, thank you!!!!!! I went for an estimate eradicate they really helped me and answered all my question and there very friendly

I had to have a stolen Ford F-250 tailgate replaced. My insurance provider is USAA, and they recommended Calibre. I've used Calibre previously as well. All good experiences. My service advisor Rene was polite, punctual & professional. I'd give "4.5" stars if the system allowed, but due to the length of time it took to get my replacement completed (3/4 to 6/24) I'll give 4 stars. Ford caused most of the delay due to parts sourcing. Thumbs up to Calibre! read more

My car door handle was ripped off and the striker and backing was damaged in the incident. I went to the dealership and they told me it would cost $$$ to replace it bc I would have to replace the whole door. No other auto body shop could fit me for weeks. I called Caliber Collision and the receptionist told me to stop by for a same day estimate. I pulled up and Paul (service advisor) met me in the parking lot. He was very helpful and asked for David and Rene to come better assess the situation. They were able to fix the problem immediately and put my car back together in less than five minutes. They were beyond attentive and they worked fast to finished and did a quality job. Thanks again David, Rene, and Paul for all your help! read more

Someone messed with my car to basically stop me from driving and they had ripped out the spark plugs and wiring out of my car and I had it towed to caliber collision for them to take a look at it. I was going to have to get it towed to the dealership for them to fix the issue, but Rene Flores was helping me and was able to take a look and see that they can save me a lot of money by fixing the issue there. Rene was so friendly and helpful along the entire way. He saved me a lot of money from going to the dealership and even gave me some advice on how this could have happened to help me in the future. Rene was so helpful and communicated with me every step of the way to ensure i was aware what they were doing and took the time to call me and give me updates. They even went the extra mile to clean my car and put air in the tires! My car look almost new when i picked it up! Thank you so much Rene!! I will always come back there read more

My car was damaged with scratches and markings and i was beginning to think fixing them would be alot more costly than the damage was worth. Luckily, Manuk from Caliber was able to completely fix the damage for an incredibly reasonable price. He was very friendly and above all, an honest man. I will definitely be coming back for future repairs on my vehicle. Thanks, Manuk! read more

My 2000 4Runner was involved in a collision resulting in front end damage. The first body shop I consulted lamented how difficult it would be to find parts for such an old vehicle. Luckily I sought other estimates and discovered that Toyota still has parts for my truck IN PRODUCTION, meaning brand new OEMs were readily available. I chose Caliber out of four estimates because their price was the most competitive, they offered a lifetime warranty on their work, and promised to complete the job in five business days. The communication was stellar receiving email updates and a phone call informing me of the final price based on closer inspection. After the promised five business days my 4Runner looked better than it had prior to the accident. Josh was my contact and he was professional, informative, positive and supportive. All the employees I dealt with were pleasant and professional. I couldn't praise Caliber more for their service and work. Excellent experience! read more

I have came here twice both reason were accident related. First time was amazing front desk was kind and Robert was very thorough and contacted me on updates on my car. Second time unfortunately i was rear ended again and of course went through caliber collision. Again it was amazing and caring. Vanessa the front desk was kind and explain who will be contacting me to go there with the process on my car, that's when Israel was helping with my car and going through the process again was very thorough. It was a friendly environment all around. Communication was on point. I wish I can also include names on who actually worked on the car as my car looked amazing both times. Never had a problem after they fixed my car unless of course an accident happens I will definitely be returning. Thank you Caliber for giving me a great experience. read more

Beware do not go to this place!!!! They are scammers I got into a small fender bender someone rear ended my car simple bumper damage. Well they milked it for all they can. They claimed they replaced the trunk which they did not!! they claim they replaced the trunk hinges they did not!! They charged for a muffler which was never replaced.. My tail lights lenses came slightly off the light assembly which they missed in the inspection and water goes in the light, now they want to charge us and have us pay out of pocket even after they ripped off the other persons insurance for $3900 just to replace and paint a rear bumper and a few other small stuff only reason I came here is my insurance recommended them. They did not leave my car the way it was before. Not happy at all I shouldn't have to pay out of pocket for them not doing their job properly read more

Renee, the worker in charge of my car, completely lied about the part that was going to be replaced on my car. I did not find out about the replaced part until I went to get a smog check done. Renee and the manager also had no idea why sensors on my car were on and kept assuring me it couldn't have been due to any work they did to my car. Renee was trying to tell me it was due to a needed oil change or the brand new tires i had on my car, which I indeed did NOT have new tires and I'm also aware of what my oil sensor looks like. The worst experience here especially with the lying and rushing for me to pick my car up when it wasn't even ready yet, definitely felt taken advantage of. read more

I went to them back a few years ago due to an accident that was not my fault. They fixed my vehicle and after a few weeks I had noticed that it was making a noise that I've never heard before. Considering that I didn't know much about cars, it never occurred to me to bring it back to them. As the noise started to become continuous and louder over the next year, I began to think that maybe it might have been from what I thought they had initially fix. I had to go back to them for a completely unrelated accident that they did fix and asked that they look into the initial noise issue from a few years back. I spoke with the manager that was very helpful at the moment and he said he'd have his guy look into it and get back to me. I sent an initial email to him which he responded, but then I sent a follow-up email a week or so later with no response back. Then again a week later sent another email with no response back. I just feel like since it isn't their issue they don't bother to get back to me. read more
