I had an outstanding experience at Caliber thanks to the General Manager, Aldrin Santos. My driver-side sliding door wasn't closing properly, and even my regular mechanic couldn't fix it and referred me over to Caliber. When I showed up, Aldrin saw me right away without an appointment, took my car back immediately, and got the issue resolved in no time. He showed me exactly what the problem was and how he fixed it. He was exceptionally kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. It's rare to find that level of skill and genuine customer-first service. I am so grateful for his help and will definitely be coming back for future needs. Highly recommend! read more

I'm absolutely impressed with this Caliber Collision. They fixed my vehicle within a timely manner, and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. The receptionist was very kind and professional. She waited for me and accommodated my schedule more than once. Alex was also amazing very polite and professional drove me to pick up my rental car.. the whole staff at Caliber Collision made this process seamless. I don't recall my service advisor's name, but he was very informative and listened to me attentively.. I highly recommend them. This place and location is a perfect example of how a business should run. I'm a very happy customer . read more

Customer service sucks, they won't work with you on getting proper price quotes. Was there cause my insurance sent me to repair my catalytic converter and they won't even do the the repair in house and that's fine but the thing is that I told them that it was missing more than just the catalytic converter and the o2 sensor. What was needed as well was flange and the bolts like I had told James and all I got was "Oh I can't see that." not even bothering to try. You are giving estimates that you can't do and still give your customer that is telling you what else you need to make the estimate true a bad attitude, that's mind blowing. And then your manager Steve chooses to tell me that they are refusing to service me because I need to tell you how to do your job right is crazy. So I would 1,000% not recommend read more

Caliber collision off of town in pomona is great place to get your car repaired. The service advisor who helped me from begging to end (Rene) kept in close contact about the proses and any details. My sister recommended after she had a horrible experience with another body shop and went to caliber for wind damage. I highly recommend this facility read more

I had a collision in 2023 and AAA sent my car to Caliber and they did a wonderful job. This last few months my car developed a problem that increasingly became annoying and I feared may be dangerous to drive. I took the car to my long time garage, they worked hard to fix it, but did not stop the problem. I was so impressed with Caliber's work three years before, I went to them to see if they might have any ideas about solving my new problems. The General Manager, Aldrin Santos was very courteous. He listened to my description and test drove the car two different times. After that, he had his technicians try to solve the problem and several workers spent about 30 minutes working on it and my car problems were solved. I appreciated their hard work and especially the manager, Aldrin Santos. I would recommend Caliber for any collision repairs. Dan H. read more

I have had multiple visits for different accidents through Caliber Collision and for each separate repair on my Honda 2017 they have been extremely consistent on the results! For this particular visit, my headlight and hood were damaged, so during inspection, Rene did warn that the hood may look off becuase it'll be a brand new hood on an older, worn vehicle, but after seeing the car, they mentioned they blended the hood to the vehicle to make it match consistently! Also a shoutout to Osvaldo for being in constant communication with my family and being very thoughtful and receptive to any requests we had made. He was extremely accomodating, and did above and beyond than what was expected. He provided accurate numbers and kept us constantly informed and updated with the prices as progress moved forward. Huge thanks to the Caliber Collision for always being an advocate for the customer and their vehicle!! read more

Caliber Collision in pomona has me won over! The customer service was on point from beginning to end. They were quick to take care of me along with my additional concerns. communication was consistent and thorough. The receptionist was also very kind and warm every time I went in or called. A special shout out to Paul and Joe! They are so easy to talk to and easy to trust. They made sure to explain everything to me prior and post servicing. They even went the extra mile each time (literally) by giving me a ride home and even dropped off my Kia Soul at my house. What a great team! 10/10 recommend this place and these gentlemen. Do not go here if you have the ability to go somewhere else. We paid about 3k 6 years ago for a door ding and the work only lasted about 1.5 years before the bondo started cracking and now the door is rusting. Their work doesn't last. The ladies working admin desk laugh at clients while having them on hold. Obviously your car will look good as soon as you get it back, but their quality of work js not the best you can find. I used to have a friend that worked here, Omar, who told me they have their workers make accounts on yelp just to give them good reviews. This is on-top of them taking your cars out for joyrides to get lunch and see how fast they accelerate. read more

Went back for an issue I was having with the hood of my car and called Ossy told me to come in when I was available went in next morning he handled it great and even helped me change a headlight bulb I purchased else where with no issue. If you want to leave your car with someone that takes pride in their work and have peace of mind that they will take care of you and your car come here. I only remember Oswaldo ,Rene and Joevanny Santanas names but everyone was extremely helpful no matter who takes care of you you are going to be in good hands. I got rear ended so when I called my insurance they sent me here for my first vehicle and I always recommend to everyone even if you live closer to another location to come here. Worth the drive and they value customer satisfaction. read more

Rene gave us excellent customer service in terms of giving us an estimate on the cost of repairs and the expected timeline, as well as an update almost daily for the past week. Once the car was ready he messaged me immediately so that I could coordinate with my husband to have one of us pick up our car while the other returned the rental car, before closing the same day. The car looks like new and we're very pleased with their work! read more

Very grateful for everything the people that work at Caliber Collision did for me and my Vehicle. Were able to get me in the same day I called and finished the car two days prior to when they told me it would be finished which was perfect. My car also looks phenomenal. Compared to what had happened to the front of before I dropped it off it, looks great and basically brand new.. Also very nice and helpful when it came to talking to the insurance company, didn't have to deal with it at all for the most part. Very happy with everything and would recommend their work to anyone and everyone. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. Caliber Collision in Pomona (Claremont) completely failed to deliver the quality of service they promised--and then blatantly lied to cover it up. We brought in our nearly new vehicle after an accident, expecting professional repairs. Instead, we got delays, dishonesty, and shoddy workmanship. They claimed to have completed the repairs and billed for them, but a second reputable shop later documented that many of those repairs were either not done or done improperly. Photos show that Caliber did not fix the structural elements and frame damage. They did not replace damaged parts, installed the carpet incorrectly, left the muffler misaligned, and caused even more damage in the process. When we brought the car back multiple times to fix these ongoing issues, they accused us of being in a second accident just to dodge their warranty. That was a flat-out lie. We are seniors and felt lied to, ripped off and completely taken advantage of. Hundreds of photos and documentation proving Caliber did not do the work were taken during the second two-month repair. Caliber's actions were negligent, and unethical. Consumers deserve better--and they need to be held accountable. Please, avoid this location at all costs. read more

I was rear-ended and while on the phone with my insurance, the insurance agent recommended this company. I'm glad I listened to her, and I can't recommend Caliber Collisin enough. They were welcoming, very kind - they even gave me a holiday card and candy cane, as well as a bottle of my cars exact paint match so I could cover any future paint scratches or peels. They even recommended I check with my car company's dealership first since my vehicle has been recalled for paint issues before. Though the entry way to the building looks small, it opens up to a small lot inside. There was plenty of parking and I was able to pick up my car in less than 5 minutes. They also deep clean your vehicle which was a nice surprise. I don't want to be in accident ever again, but I'll come here if I ever am. Thanks a bunch! read more

I was told if I had any question not to hesitate to call. Very professional all the way around. read more

I had a series of unfortunate events the past couple of months. Of course my insurance didn't make things easier. But the one constant through the process was Caliber. I had one accident and my other car stolen within about 1 month of each other. Talk about stress. But the first time I met Dave, I was reassured that everything would be taken care of, and it was. Two fixed cars later and there isn't any other place I am taking my cars for collision repairs. They are responsive and work hard to get you back up and running. Thanks team for everything! The shop on Towne Ave. did not remove the dent from my number and tighten up the skirt when I took it back they said I had been rear ended and they weren't responsible for it. when it was initially repaired the skirt wasn't tightened. When I brought it back to have the skirt tightened the general manager said now you can see the dent. When I asked him to repair it he told me it wasn't the shops responsibility. I am not going back to caliber collisin and I don't recommend anyone going there. read more
