I heard about this shop from friends. Glad I came here. It was a challenge as #1 my insurance at the time was the lowest of the low and #2 I had multiple claims being handled. Not only was Danny super helpful and patient with working with these adjusters but the communication he kept with giving us updates was a big +! When the auto body repair shop that my insurance company recommended totaled my 2009 Mazda CX-9 I really wanted to keep my car, so immediately looked for an alternative. I visited a few local shops, got some reasonable repair offers, and then I chose Collision Hero. Why? I told David my story, that I wanted to keep my car, and he really listened. David worked with my insurance company's local adjuster to make the repairs needed without my car being totaled. While my car was in their shop David gave me progress reports by phone and text. Yeah, the time to finish the job went longer than expected, but only because COVID caused a delay in getting parts. Collision Hero did a really great job. See the photos below! The area they repaired looked so good I paid extra to remove a dent from the rear hatch and repaint the oxidized roof. David went the extra mile and for extra protection applied TWO clear coats to the roof! Wow. The owner lied to my auto insurance company that I had my car in their storage for 48 hours when it was only 24 hours so he could get paid more. I am as frustrated as it is between the auto insurance and Collision Hero. The owner seemed upset that I wasted his time because I ended up taking my car out of his shop and not get my car repaired there. He literally told me that I was blowing up his phone lines.
