I give it a Five Star plus rating + Henry the owner is a real caring man who sincerely cares about helping people get there car fixed. I came for a battery check engine light that came on. I immediately drove my car to Henry's Automotive. Henry said, "its your alternator." He knew because my parking brake light came on same at with my battery light. Sure enough, it was my alternator was going bad. Henry said come back tomorrow and I will get you a new alternator and get you back on the road good as new. I came back the next day. And I drove off with a new alternator and my car was back to running good as new. Recently my car wasn't eccelerating good. Henry said "Lets go for drive in your "car. We hopped in and went for a drive. Henry said, its your Cat it could be plugged up. Your Catallyic convertor is probably needs to be replaced. Henry said I will order you a new Manifold Convertor and we will get you back on the road again. My car is a older car Henry had difficulty finding my Manifold converter. Henry called my a week later and found my manifold Convertor. He said come in tomorrow. And I will take you home and pick you up in 3 hrs your car will be good as new. In 3 hrs in in my car all fixed and running perfectly. I noticed when I'm at Henry's Automotive People come back to Henry's that have moved far away. A man from Riverside comes back to Henry's. Other folks long time customers came from Palm Springs back to Henry's. I'm a auto parts delivery driver. Last 5 yrs I deliver to over 60 auto repair garages. Henry' Automotive is by far the best repair garage here in the area. I'm sure glad Henry is my mechanic. Its a beautiful blessing to have Henry as my mechanic. I am writing this on here so people don't get scammed by this establishment..regarding a recent service experience. As a returning customer, I previously invested over $900 with your company approximately a year ago for an air conditioning repair on my vehicle. Unfortunately, my vehicle's air conditioning system is once again malfunctioning, now blowing only hot air. Given my previous substantial expenditure and the relatively short time since the last repair, I brought my car in for inspection, leaving it overnight as advised. Prior to leaving my vehicle, I had a clear verbal agreement with Henry, who explicitly assured me, "I won't do any work without calling you first and agreeing on the service." This commitment was crucial for me to authorize any diagnostic or repair work. To my dismay, upon collecting my vehicle, I was presented with an invoice for $155 for..without any prior communication or authorization from my end. This directly contradicts the explicit agreement I had with Henry and my expectation of transparency. Furthermore, my interaction with an older female (VERONICA)at the counter was highly unsatisfactory. Her demeanor was notably rude, demonstrating a complete lack of customer service etiquette and professionalism, which further compounded my negative experience she continued to argue with me and raise her voice for no reason. I trusted your establishment based on my previous business, and this recent incident has severely eroded that trust. And I hope u guys don't do the same mistake I did go somewhere else. read more

Don't ever get an engine or get engine work from Henry....hes shady I got an engine from him for my vehicle and it only last 30,000 miles. And when you take it back to him and tell him there's a problem he blows you off and try to do an easy fix....and put on parts and doesn't even ask....and then doesn't want to give you a receipt. Trustworthy mechanic who does great work. A previous mechanic had installed a water hose for the power steering hose. Eventually the hose kinked & was making a terrible grating sound. I brought my vehicle in & Henry was able to diagnose & fix the problem. My vehicle was also leaking oil & he was able to rethread the oil pan, saving me over $1200 in repairs (price quoted by a competing mechanic shop down the street.) I pulled in today and asked for some air in my front tire . I drive a Mercedes and the sensor light was on. There was a guy sitting right there. I asked him if I could pay for some air? He didn't even look up, he just pointed to the office. I went in a there was about 3 people who worked there, 2 were sitting down and 1 guy was right in front of the desk. So I asked him if I could get some air. He said , I'm on my lunch break ask the guy outside. I told him that I did and he said pointed for me to go inside. Then a lady comes out and says oh he's just an employee. I said ok could I get air. She said go down the street. They were extremely rude and seemed to be irritated by me being there. I was never rude, or did we say anything further. I don't know, but Customer Service is one of the most important things that draw business and keeps customers coming back. I would NEVER, go there again. And I don't know what their problem is, but being rude and not even saying anything, was not a good way to treat any customer. I went down the street and gave the guy some money to put air in my tire until I can get it to the dealer. By the way, I am a women and the tire was down to 8 percent air. Maybe it has a nail. I got two check engine light on two separate occasions and called Henry's Automotive (and i'm thankful as it was recommended by Jiffy Lube on Garey) ; from the moment I called, brought my car in, and pick up my car upon completion, it was a breeze and soothing process. Yoli was so comforting on the phone about the check engine light and Henry and his team were so ready to help, friendly, and fair. Henry initially told me he would turn off the check engine light and see if it was a false alarm or would come back on because we suspected it might be a glitch as it could non-serious/ non-issue code. The light did come back on after ~40 miles and i took the car in. They told me i needed to replace canister purge valve and im glad i got the first issue fixed. I don't know about the Sue S. who stalled and her heat pump went out, that sounds a little fishy to me honestly. She should have known she was leaking already, heat pump just don't go out, HELLO! You should have had a leak in your car or your car overheating.
