Last week someone rear ended me on the freeway, so I needed to get my car fixed as soon as possible. I yelped Caliber Collision by my house and decided to go there. I was helped by a service advisor by the name of Robert Black and I am very satisfied with his customer service. He was very professional and informed me of all the damages that was done to my car and how Caliber Collison was going to help repair it. Being in an accident is terrifying but after speaking with Robert, he made me feel very confident and at ease to know that my vehicle was in safe hands. I would recommend Caliber Collision in Pomona to anyone who has been in an accident. Two thumbs up indeed! read more

I took my car there for body repair last September. The work was done very well and finished when they promised. The only criticism I have is with the way I was treated when I picked up my car. It appears that they won't accept a personal check from a minority. The fact that I am a minority, I was highly offended that my only option was to use my debit card. They gave me some dumb excuse that they cannot accept checks after banking hours. This is the only reason I can't give them 4 stars. read more

As i am writing this review this review is based on getting services TWICE. My first experience was great, i got hit in the front and i had to pay my deductible. I did choose this location because of how close it was to my home and i did review other reviews of this location and went ahead and took my chances. I have to say from experience that it is MINDSET that you will either have a good or bad attitude towards a establishment. I was going in to trust this place with a good attitude and got EXCELLENT results. So back to my first time here, Rene Flores was my service advisor and was and is amazing! He is honest thourough and has a sense of urgency when helping you through the process. He understands the value of your time and money. I highly recommend him and thank him for his honest work. I was able to get a rental through Caliber for just a couple days (with a deposit) as I was unprepared and had to get to and from work. Thank you Caliber for taking care of me. The work was A++ and I am PICKY! I mean i can be crazy lady when it comes to my car and i did have a few minor things i wanted detailed again but was taken care of and done by next day. Im still satisfied with work to this day. My second time there (i just got my car back 2 weeks ago] was flawless as well, Rene again took care of me and was as always a gentleman and made sure i got the right parts on my 2019 vehicle. He has 10+ years experience and will return again. Work was executed with care and my car looks great. I do have lifetime warranty so thats a huge plus because if there is in fact a issue i can return and get fixed. Its hard to find a good body shop with excellent personnel. Everyone from the receptionist (Vanessa) to the people that work there, everyone has been good to me. Highly recommend! read more

I have heard that Caliber has an excellent reputation. Recently I had the opportunity to experience that for myself. I had a minor accident and took my car there for repairs. I have a jaguar that I like a lot. Robert with my liaison. The service was excellent as were the repairs. Robert treated me as though I were his only customer. While I hope I never need their services again , if I am ever in need of body work again there is no question I will return 2 caliber. Highly recommended. read more

My dad had some alignment work done there and the truck still pulls to the right. Here's the kicker, my dad had a rear window switch bezel on and after he got work done there it was gone! So make sure to really tighten anything down you don't want missing. read more

Caliber Collision - Body Shops Near Me - Pomona, California

Rene did a fantastic job communicating the status of the project each step of the way. He let me know what to expect and went above and beyond to be available to answer questions and he even handled coordination with the insurance company. Definitely will recommend Caliber Collision to friends. And the car looks good. Thanks so much ! read more

The Auto Club referred me to Caliber Collision Center on Towne Avenue in Pomona last week. Erica, the receptionist was great. She was cheerful, courteous and professional and greeted me with a smile immediately. She called on Josh immediately, the Service Advisor, and he saw me in less than 5 minutes. Was I pleasantly surprised that he came so promptly with a big smile and a great attitude of what he could do to help me. Josh was courteous, professional and had my concerns at heart to see what he could do for me immediately. I didn't know if I needed body work or just a buffing job on my 2016 Honda Pilot. I was crushed when I saw the damage done to my car. Josh took it back to his team immediately, and they buffed everything out and my car looked new again. Was I surprised at the great job they did! I was appreciative of how they took care of me so quickly and efficiently. And this was the first time I was ever there! I rate this facility as an "A"...very spacious, clean, comfortable with a TV, and well organized. I guess I got lucky that day by going to Caliber Collison Center in Pomona. read more

Great customer service! Very polite and repairs were done very quickly! Definitely will be going back if I need any other services for my car! 10/10 recommend for this store. read more

Great Service! Great Work! Ask for Cynthia she is awesome and she will take care of you like family.

Is it possible to give a lower rating than a one star? Simply stated--this specific location is untruthful and manipulative in how they handle their clients. As a USAA member I agreed to take my car to a USAA approved shop....well nearly four months later we still do not have a working car. Thank goodness USAA is acting as my advocate and helping us to get the car completed. Caliper has been paid by USAA including the deductible from the other driver's insurance company. Fully paid the first of May---but no car yet. Car brought to them the end of April---it is now the middle of August. I've returned the car twice as when placed into reverse the automatic braking system engages. He doesn't appear to think it's an issue that is a priority, but undrivable until fixed. Rick (manager) is full of excuses--most frequently blaming whichever Subaru dealer he sent the car to now. Failure to call when promised, double speak and most recently a demeaning tone that serves to only further reflect his actual feelings towards his customers. I'm truly not sure what is worse--the being rear ended on the freeway, the lack of progress on the car, the constant run around for 3.5 months or dealing with the manager of this location. read more

I could not be happier with my experience and service at Caliber Collision. Their staff was friendly and kept us informed through the whole process, and the car came back looking brand new! I am very picky and they did an excellent job meeting my standards! They had to match paint on a very tough color and they did a better job than the factory paint in my opinion. Lucas was very helpful, friendly, and polite. They even washed and waxed my car before I picked it up. Top quality I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Service was lock-stock and barrell perfect - somehow - it was too prescriptive. They did everything perfectly. They even called my rental car and followed up to ensure it would arrive on time. The job was done well, however, the price seemed a bit high. But again, the job was very well-performed. read more

My son's wrecked his older car and I was told that the frame was ruined. Dave looked at it and said he would try his best to salvage it, and HE DID! They were very honest with their work and my sons "totaled " car is running like new! If any car needs are needed in the future, I will definitely be back! read more

This is our second time going here. This time we took our SUV into Caliber because a minor accident had left some black scratches along the front fender. We knew it shouldn't be anywhere near the amount of our insurance deductible so we opted to just take care of it ourselves. We had a good experience the first time which is obviously why we came back but we were still preparing for the usual bait and switch that we have come to expect from so many repair shops. We figured that we had just gotten lucky the last time. We were convinced that they would try to tell us that they could not be buffed out and that we would have to replace the entire fender, it would take 2 weeks for parts etc. This could not have been farther from the truth. Their service tech. Israel immediately made the assessment that there were no actual dents and this could most likely be buffed out. Then to our surprise he offered to do it right there on the spot for us, we didn't even have to leave the car there. He even spotted a small completely unrelated scratch on the same side, that had been on the car for years and he buffed that out without us even asking him to. We were in and out in a matter of minutes and it could not have been a better experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, quality service. I wish I had taken some before and after pictures! read more

This place is ridiculous and we haven't even started the repair work. The girls are not very helpful and when calling to confirm an appointment, it can't be found, which means more time wasted waiting. At this rate it'll take 6 months for repair work. read more

NOT a great experience. When original assessment was done supposed to get emailed & didn't. Called & asked for it again & STILL nothing. Finally heard back from insurance co. that they had sent payment & authorized repairs, was quoted 2 days then they called next day & pushed it to 3 days. On 3rd day near end of business, after not hearing anything all day, I called & was told my agent had gone home for the day. then was transferred to Mgr who said vehicle wasn't ready & was still in paint. 5 days for a minor bumper repair?!!! read more

Don't use them! They use FIRESTONE as their mechanic & they do shotty work & lie about it. We took our car somewhere else & our insurance had to pay to fix our car a second time PLUS rental fees bc Calibur & FIRESTONE didn't fix it correctly the first time! read more

Was told I had an appointment and when I arrived They didn't have me down. The person greeting me was very unapproachable and said they were to busy to take me, so I left. read more

I've taken my car(s) here for all my repair needs. Whether is's through insurance referrals or private, I haven't found cheaper estimates than here. I've walked in without an appointment and have been taken care of with a quick estimate. Referred friends who are equally satisfied. read more

So called Caliber because they were close to my home and seemed to get good reviews. I needed my company trucked estimated for an insurance claim. 1 I couldn't get an estimate for 2 weeks? Showed up on my scheduled appointment, the girl didn't have me on the schedule, filled out all paperwork with claim# and Contact information for my adjuster. Called a week later because both myself or my adjuster had yet to here from Caliber. Come to find out that the guy who took my information and pictures had to leave and was gone for 2 weeks and deleted all information. They said to come in the following day. But because of a heavy work schedule I couldn't get there. I spoke to a Mike/Micheal location manager. He was rude and basically hung up in my face when I tried to explain that I can't come back again even after they made the mistake. Very unprofessional and I don't recommend them. read more

Very nice job! I had a small self-inflicted dent in the rear of my Nissan Altima. The repair work was excellent, and the result looks great. Service was great, and the price was the lowest of the bids I had found. Overall I would gladly recommend this facility to anyone! read more

Caliper collision center is awesome.I've used they're Auto center a few times and every time the work has been perfect. I recently had a bad experience with another Auto body shop that I was forced to go to by the Guy that hit me insurance Co. Long story short we had to take him to small claims court. But caliper collision center is the best I would refer any of my friends and family to them for sure. The manager there is really on top of everything and you can tell he really cares about his buisness and the work being done. Everytime I go in he's always walking around involved in all the work. Making sure everything is done properly I really think he makes that buisness successful. read more

Their phone message underscores a commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Do not drive there for an estimate without an appointment. You will undoubtedly be making a second trip, unless you do as I-- took my business elsewhere. (Foothill Body Repair) They do good work. But they should revisit the customer service issue. read more

Excellent Customer Service! I highly recommend this collision center. Both Angel, the estimator and Mike, the shop manger exceeded my expectations. Not only are they helpful, informative and knowledgable in their profession but the quality work they do is 100% satisfactory. I brought my nissan cube in for repair after being involved in a hit and run. The car ran a stop sign and slammed right into my cars right side. My insurance has the worst customer service ever but Mike and Angel took that load of stress off my shoulders and dealt with them directly. They kept me updated on the progress of my repairs with just the right amount of updates. Made the entire process stress free! My car looks brand new! I left the shop with a huge smile. Can't thank them enough for their excellent and honest service. read more

I took my car in for an estimate, spoke to the manager mike. He took my car and was able to polish out what I thought would be a costly expense. It took about 20 minutes. I offered him $20.00 bucks, which he declined to take. Said it's about the service. Next time I really have some damage. I Will be taking my car there. Mike runs a great ship. read more

I got my car repaired here after a front end collision on my car. Their staff is really friendly and Rene really went above and beyond to make sure my car is fixed and I was a satisfied customer. Thanks again Rene and Jerry for all that you do! read more

I've taken my car to them twice for private-pay jobs I didn't want to submit insurance claims on. They gave me a discount on their quoted price and even took off an additional $100 when the job took less work than they anticipated. Both times they delivered very good work, together with a spotless carwash. Last time they rented me a car for a weekend and through the following Monday when the job took longer than I'd hoped, even though they had told me it would take five business days and I dropped the car off Tuesday. The only minuses for me are their hours and days of operation. read more

I truly detest the insurance process for how helpless you feel over your own vehicle, but René and his team *truly* took care of me. They went WAY above my expectations and even took the time to repair the little things about my car that I didn't think anyone would notice. This entire process has been difficult, but the singular easy part was trusting René and leaving my car at Caliber. Him and his team were fast, courteous, detailed and extremely proficient. I recommend anyone take their car here for repair; René Flores and his team will make it right. read more

I was directed to this location by my insurance company. I had $1,100 of damage done to my Suburban when someone backed into me in a grocery parking lot. It was my company vehicle, specially fitted wit my equipment, so having it out of service was a concern. I explained this to Lucas, who was handling my claim. After the inspection he pre-ordered the necessary parts and scheduled the repairs. I received e-mail updates and he was able to complete the repairs 1 day ahead of schedule, which I greatly appreciated. Great repair, and excelent support. read more
