Steve gave great communication the entire time my car was being repaired. Very professional and informative. I would definitely recommend.

**** Horrible Customer Service ***** I took time off to come here. I had an appointment to get an estimate and possibly repairs done here. The front desk person couldn't find my appointment or my name in their system. After telling me I didn't have an appointment she found me in the system and refused to see me. She told me "You just want an estimate , we are too busy for that. Maybe come back later, we might have time for you then. No one is going to help you right now. Come back later today, we might be able to see you" After showing her my appointment and trying to explain the situation, she refused to listen to me and continued with a dismissive tone. Wow, If this is how you treat customers, I am NEVER coming her again! read more

Brought my car here as recommended by my insurance company. Had a bit of front end damage to the bumper and surrounding area from hitting a rather fat raccoon. Rolando handled my service and was very good with status updates. The estimated completion date was pushed back due to pats availability, but that's been an issue many industries recently, and I understand. I picked my car up today and work was great. Paint colors match, fitment of the removed parts are perfect, and the front end looks like new again. read more

Thank you Tony Jin for having my car looking brand new and having it get back to me under the estimated time frame.

My experience with Caliber Collision in Orange, has always been outstanding! Their work is tremendous, and my vehicle looks, fantastic and "newer" after the necessary repairs were done! We are extremely satisfied with their work performance, and also with the office staff. Our insurance covered the repairs, so we didn't have any concerns with the bill. Only our deductible, but that is an insurance issue, not Caliber Collision's. Mohammad the adjuster was very knowledgeable. Great service all around! read more

They stole my new car jack and everything I had of new tools underneath my trunk and I didn't notice until a had to service my car so they got lucky now I'm really upset it's been a while I didn't notice at the beginning and now it's too late to complain n even if I did they will deny it . I also had a full tank of gas and they returned it almost empty. And who knows where they took my car but they used it over the weekend the employees so make sure u check ur miles and ur better off watching YouTube n fixing it the car ur self I only needed my grill changed and they took 1,219 ish for one small part and that part was only 70 ish . 370 they put for labor and added a lot of crazy stuff on the bill to add up and take so much extra money from my insurance. I hate this place and where ever they went they scratched the front of my car so clearly they were drinking n driving with my car n enjoyed their time with my new Honda accord hybrid 2022 in year 2023 read more

My car was involved in a collision which left driver's side a wreck. Jose Gonzalez from beginning to end was and is professional. Always updated me on repairs and when my car would be ready. The day my car was ready I couldn't pick it up, so they delivered it next day , the shop was closed but they delivered it to my house. I was so impressed with the work. The guys were professionals, friendly and answered my questions. Thank you so much for all the hard work. My car looks beautiful. read more

The whole process was very simple and fairly quick. Bob and Oscar were great. My truck is almost new so I was pretty picky about it. The quality of the work is perfect. And thst was more of a concern than price. They finished two weeks sooner than the outside estimated completion date. I highly recommend this place for your repairs. I've already recommended one of my friends. read more

I have not even brought my vehicle in yet and I am a fan! I called to get a feel for the place after my recent accident and the woman that answered the phone, Cassandra, was informative and honestly so patient with me and the list of questions I had. I have not been in an accident before and it was a little overwhelming to be honest, my insurance gave me a list of shops to choose from and I had no clue where to go. Not only did she answer my questions but she offered to get in touch with my insurance and the rental company as well to make it as smooth an experience as possible for me. I just really appreciated her, and am happy to know when I drop off my car I can feel comfortable. read more

I am very satisfied with the outcome of my car repairs. I would highly recommend to family and friends Dwayne was very helpful

My truck got t-boned in my parking garage and caliber collision brought it back to perfect condition. They did such a good job that you would never be able to tell it was in an accident. Special shout out to Edwin, he kept me in the loop about the repairs. Sent me constant updates, got the truck washed, and even filled gas before giving it back to me. Excellent customer service, thanks Edwin! read more

After accident took my car for replacement part. They bring excuses every time that I call to see if my part has been ordered. Excuses: we will call you back, that person is not working here, the part that we have received was defected, our person is busy working on another call and will call you back. After a month nobody sent me an estimate or call me. Not recommending this shop to anyone read more

Edgar was my Service Advisor and had great customer service. Very professional and kept me informed throughout my whole repair process which was two weeks. Edgar really went above and beyond for my claim and made the process extremely easy! Manager El at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming! Her attitude and vibe was amazing! Mike the General manager was also great and I can see him along with El are running a great shop. Technician group did an amazing job on my vehicle, looked brand new at the end of repairs! Unfortunately,My car was hit at a parking lot while I was gone :( I was sent to Crash champions on Glassell street but received horrible service and was basically discriminated ... I spoke to my insurance and asked to work with a different shop, I requested Caliber Collision. I didn't go wrong with choosing Caliber located on Poplar street ... I received excellent service in all aspects , from the minute I called to schedule my appointment in the beginning, to the last step when I received my car ... I even received a follow up call from them asking if everything was good with my car! very attentive customer service , honest and most importantly they genuinely care for their customers! Every staff strives and offers great service including Chad ( manager )... Chad delivered excellent customer service and answered all my questions promptly... he demonstrated honesty and dedication ! Frankly , I'm very happy that I chose Caliber Collision ! 100% recommended!!! read more

My little 2004 PT cruiser needed a paint job really bad. Plus the right front fender had damage. My son and daughter had used caliper before and said they were fantastic with their pricing and incredibly perfect with their repairs and painting. My car isn't worth very much but when I found out how much they were going to charge for everything I said go for it!!! Very fair in their pricing and everybody there is so nice and so accommodating. Their work was beautiful and I got it back in a very timely manner couldn't have asked for better workmanship or attention. Thank you so much. read more

I'm SO glad I chose this place to work on my car! The best service, daily updates via. text, speed, QUALITY, resources, individuals, and atmosphere. After I got in my accident I was concerned where I would take my car to get repaired. My car is 10 years old and I was afraid anyone would have a hard time finding the necessary parts to restore my vehicle. I was nervous about so many things going wrong, but, everything went right. I knew that I was in good hands after I received a phone call from the front desk associate, Rachael. She totally soothed my worries. They kept me updated via text on the progress they where making on my car and had my vehicle finished exactly when they said they where. Mt Geico claims adjuster was very helpful and attentive. The best part is my car looks way better after the repairs Caliber Collision made then before I went into my accident! Caliber Collision really did go above and beyond with their customer service and quality of work. I'm so excited to be back in my better looking Subaru! read more

USAA referred me to have my brand new car repaired here after someone hit me. I've never been in an accident but I've heard of Caliber before, I see them all over the place. But wow, they really took care of me. When I walked in for my appointment, the friendly woman sitting in the front knew exactly who I was and was ready with all my paperwork. Joe was my service advisor, he was so professional. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. He called me every day. The car was done a day earlier than they planned, which was awesome! They took my rental back for me and my car looks better than before the accident! The manager, James, showed me out to my car when I picked it up and went over what they did. They even buffed out some little scratches on my car. I hope I never get in an accident again but if I do, I know where I'm taking it! Thank you Caliber! read more

My car was involved in t-bone accident, in which the other driver ran a red light. My car took 30 days to fix, part of the repair involved having my windshield replaced. Now the wiper arm does not stay on the windshield. I tried to to set an appointment with the shop but they only accept appointments on Tuesday and Wednesday with their GM. Shop is not willing to willing to do anything to have this looked at unless it's on their terms. So much for "guaranteed work." read more

My guy Edgar took careof me this the place to go if u need repair for ur accident trust u in good hands make sure u ask for Edgar b

I had my car recently fixed here and Edwin and his team were AMAZING. He provided me with regular updates and always made me feel comfortable despite the situation. Sometimes I believe I badgered him with questions as my repairs were pretty extensive, but he was always very kind and understanding. I am also super impressed that my car looked as good as I when I first got it at the dealership. Edwin and team went over and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was safe and also was as clean as it was meant to be. Edwin also will answer any questions you have, no matter how insignificant they may seem, which was very reassuring after being in an accident. He always kept things positive and as someone who knows very little about cars, he was very easygoing and just a natural people person. If you want good service, look no further. read more

Best experience ever. They were done with the car 10 days early. Great customer service. I want to thank Edwin Castro, Michael Vu and Albert M. I wasn't able to pick up my car and they made it very easy for me to still get my car on that day. Albert M drove my car himself and delivered it to me at my place. He was also able to drop off my rental for me. The car was very clean. They cleaned the inside of the car with sanitizer and disinfectant. Greatly recommended. Thanks for the good service. I had damage to the right side of my car and meet with Jim Woods, Service Advisor. I did not know what to expect, but hoped I wasn't taken advantage. In one word: EXCELLENCE. I was in an accident in my brand new 2018 Subaru WRX with only 2,300 miles on it. Front end damage and a large dent in the roof. James, the manager at the Orange location made sure that my car was restored to its original condition, like new. Rachel and Destiny along with Joe kept me informed all along the way. Caliber also returned my rental car for me when I picked up the WRX. I absolutely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone that loves their car. Very professional and a lifetime warranty on their work. BY FAR THE BEST WORK I'VE EVER SEEN FROM A REPAIR SHOP! I was hesitant about using Caliber Collision since I wanted to use a repair shop where I personally knew somebody, but I took my chances and WOW am I glad! The main mechanic working on our car was Jonathan. I can honestly say I heard an update from him by phone or email every day. His outstanding customer service turned our horrible experience in the car accident into a stress free experience. He was able to get the car done 2 weeks before the estimated finish date and it looks brand new and drives GREAT. Rachel was also a huge help in helping me coordinate pick-up, etc. Everyone at this repair shop is just so friendly and honest that it makes you so comfortable in trusting them. I highly recommend anyone to this shop. Don't even bother thinking twice! If i could give more than 5 stars I would! read more
