Super rude front desk lady. Very unprofessional and everything was mixed up. Something that should've taken 20 min turned into a 45 min ordeal. The people actually working on the car were great but whoever they've hired at the front desk at this branch is just awful... if I ever have to use them again I'll definitely be trying a different location... read more

I needed a side panel near the rear wheel well repaired. The estimate was comparable to others and the customer service was top tier. I spoke to Tony Jin and told him that I absolutely needed the car back in a week and a half because I was using the car to take my daughter to college up north and I was concerned that it would not be ready soon enough. Tony recognized that it was a priority and kept in constant contact about the cars status regarding parts and work. The car was completed in less than a week and the job done looks magnificent. Thank you Tony and Chad (GM) for a real professional experience. read more

Do not come here unless you want to get ripped off !! I don't recommend you go here unless you know all about insurance coverage repairs and have advanced knowledge on shop procedures. They delay the repairs, they confuse one car with another one and never update you on the status of your vehicle so u LOSE TIME, RENTAL ALLOWANCE AND IT ALL EQUALS LOSS OF MONEY! Shop will try to hide the extra charges as if u did something wrong when the fact is that it was all their mistake in so many things So if your vehicle isn't picked up bc they didn't tell u it was ready, or if they confused it with someone else's car, they will hide their errors & jab you with illogical money making storage charges that are totally illegal when it was no delay on your part. Even if your insurance company recommends this place, you need to look out for yourself because you're going to be the one stuck with the delays, over charges, lies and chaos. !!!! My nephew... a very nice guy had all the above issue, we were ready to go to small claims court but because of his work schedule, wasn't able to & could not afford to lose more money. ~~~BE PREPARED... DOCUMENT! ~~~ If they cheat you or try to overcharge you document your stuff from day one and be ready to double the $$ penalties against them through simple Small Claims court. The manager/owner, Mr. Vu, just wants to eat the money, and doesn't care what's going on in the shop. His assistant Cassandra appears to just follow the scam. NOTE: Even if your insurance company recommends this place, you need to look out for yourself because you're going to be the one stuck with the delays, cash losses/over charges, lies and chaos. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Fake unworthy reply from Caliber Collision shop personal Reply from business, asking for location of shop where issues occurred. My experience with Caliber Collision was great. The wait was kind of long when I dropped off the car but it was fixed on time. Getting the rental and dropping it off was fairly easy. I was hoping to get my car fixed on time before leaving for three weeks and Tony was able to fix it on time. Tony would keep in contact with me about my car through out these past few weeks which helped me felt less stress about the situation. When I got the car back it felt good to have it back and it felt kind brand new again. Due to them cleaning the inside and outside. I told my family and friends that I dare my roommate hits my car again so I can get it feeling cleaned again. (Preferably not now but when it's dirty again) read more

Be very wary of these people. We were in an accident and our car was sent to them. They provided an estimate to the insurance company only to be told by the insurance company that they had more that they could bill on the estimate. So what did they do? They upped the estimate. Not only is this unethical and it's insurance fraud. When we decided to pick up our car, they had taken apart the front to be able to do the estimate. We told them that the tow truck would be there that day and asked if they could put all the parts in the trunk. Not only did they just stuff all the parts in the trunk all the screws. All the nuts and bolts were just thrown in the trunk. Not bagged up not labeled, but thrown in the trunk. See the picture I've attache read more

The front driver's side of my car was smashed up thanks to some druggie loser turning his busted van wide out of a parking spot and taking part of my bumper with him. Insurance gave me a list of places. A family member had recommended Caliber to me in the past, so I chose this location because I work in the area. Things could not have gone better. My rental was waiting for me at the shop, I dropped off my car, got a call to come back in and pick it up 6 days later, the rental employee was able to do my inspection and return right there in the parking lot, and my ride looked as good as new. Caliber does great work! read more

Caliber Collision - My Vehicle after repairs !!! Like the damages never happened!! - Body Shops Near Me - Orange, California

This is a little delayed due to family illnesses but better late than never. I wanted to share how amazing my experience was with Service Advisor Justine Briseno. The accident that occurred on 10/22/24 was my first accident, not my fault (I was parked in my car) and I had so many questions and was scared. Justine was professional, kind and sincere. Justine provided all possibilities, was so patient with her explanations and I really felt like she was advocating for me. Justine showed compassion and treated me like family. I wish I could say the same for my AAA Claims Advisor but thankfully Justine was a great support/advocate to get the job done. Justine kept to her word and actually finished my car a week before estimated date. My car was backed into by a van and the damage was only done to the front right side however Justine had the body shop workers buff out my left front light where no damage was done for free. Justine did not need to have anything done on the front left side of my vehicle however she went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. I truly felt like Justine treated me the same ways she would have treated family that she loves. When all the repairs were done, my car (2016 Camry) looked like a brand new car inside and out. I wanted to cry happy tears and just hug Justine for the amazing job and customer service she provided. I pray my family, friends and I never get into another accident however life happens and if we do I know exactly where I would go to Caliber Collision in Orange, CA and only want to work with Justine Briseno. Anyone that needs a car body shop, I will always refer them to Justine. Justine Briseno is a blessing to me and also to Caliber Collision. Thank you Justine Briseno for all that you do and keep shining for Caliber Collison and in life. I would refer anyone to Caliber Collision in Orange, CA. Lauren B read more

My car was in a accident few weeks ago. My Wawanesa insurance recommended me to Caliber Collision. I just picked up my car today. I don't believe it is my car" ‍ The inside, was very cleaned ‍ The shop does great job, especially Jiovani, he was taking care for my car, from the beginning to the shop, to the day I picked up my car, he did everything was great, plus great and great friendly service. Received my Infiniti back Friday(8/5/2022) I leave their shop, I pull into the gas station for gas. I do a second pass through my vehicle, and find two issues. The big issue being the door shell they replaced and install, they didn't install correctly and isn't aligned correctly so it rubs against the receiving end. Second, my right fog light doesn't work. EVERYTHING worked before it was brought in for some repairs to the side of the vehicle. Nothing major. They also had my car since March, I finally recived the vehicle in August. 5 months. The time was waiting on parts from Infiniti read more

My experience with Caliber Collision in Anaheim off Popular Street was completely tainted by the manager Casandra. The first time I called this location was to schedule an appointment to drop off my vehicle. I asked for a time estimate on how long the vehicle will need to be in the shop. While Cassandra was speaking she hung up in mid conversation. I waited for her to call me back but didn't receive any incoming calls so I called back. Cassandra picked up where she left off and said that she wouldn't be able to give me a time frame. She then asked me if I can drop off my vehicle. I told her no, not until I know roughly how long my vehicle will need to sit at their shop. Cassandra repeated that she is not able to give me a time estimate but says all the work is financially covered by insurance. I was not concerned about the finances and never asked her about it, I asked her to provide me a time estimate. I asked her if I could just stop by so the mechanic or someone who would be able to provide me a time estimate can take a look at my vehicle and let me know roughly how long I will be without my vehicle. Cassandra said that she didn't want me to drive all the way over there and that she will have the mechanic look at the estimate the insurance company provided and will follow up with me via email. She ended the call after that. A few days go by with no news, so I called and informed her I wanted to schedule an appointment for a time estimate. Cassandra immediately placed me on hold for 6 minutes to pull up the calendar. When she returned she let me know of their availability, I then informed her of who I was and I was calling to get an update. She informed me that Jim took a look at the estimate and said it would be 2 weeks at best. I then confirmed my appointment time for the earliest they have available. I asked her when she was informed by Jim of the timeframe. She said that when I called her initially, she spoke with Jim after we got off the phone and he was able to take a look at everything that day. I asked her why she did not reach out to me like she said she would since I was waiting to hear back from her to schedule an appointment. She didn't have much to say so I asked her why she placed me on hold for 6 minutes when the first time I called her she never placed me on hold and pulled up the calendar within 30 seconds. Cassandra cuts me off and says "I'm going to stop you right there" she goes on to say that some days the computers are slow and she can't control that. She said that they have me scheduled to come in on Monday at 8am and ended the call. Cassandra's tone from the first phone call to the last was very rude and abrasive. The mechanic Michael, was helpful. He quoted me 2 days of labor and it took 2 days. I appreciated his assistance in working with the insurance company and explaining the process on Caliber's end. The work itself took the time I was quoted. They even shuttled me home when I dropped off my vehicle. However, I was completely turned off by Cassandra's customer service. Since Cassandra did not reach back out to me with the time estimate from Jim, this whole process was delayed a full week. My experience could've been completely different if she listened to my concern and tried to help. I felt as if I was a transaction she was NOT trying to complete. read more

The person that helped a lot through the process was "Asam Reynoso". It's always hard to find someone that can take care of your truck. I'm beyond thankful it was all worth it loved the turn out. My dad was thrilled seeing his truck the paint job and how they fixed the damages. The truck looked like new. I really loved the fact that they kept us informed and let us know the status of everything that was happening . He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they're stuff. I I highly recommend this place. read more

Very good service. The staff was great and my vehicle received quality repairs. Would use them again

Honeslty if I could give zero stars I would. My car was returned with the back end wheel alignment off and steering wheel obviously not straight. Now my car needs a wheel calibration. The Steering wheel was not calibrated after almost 10,000 of body work. That is an obvious procedure to perform after structural damage to the car. I even had to bring the car back to the shop for the back end wheel alignment. How was that not seen before returning my car? If the car was properly examined, your mechanics would have known to calibrate the wheel and would have not given me a car with the back end not properly aligned. Now I'm paying out of pocket costs because your company did not inspect my car properly. My car was not returned in its original state. That is what your company is known for and I feel extremely cheated and let down. It was returned to me with damage that was not fixed and it is extremely frustrating. The excuse i get is your company will have to jump through hoops with insurance, Im getting the run around. I called corporate office to get a call from a manager who wants to continue cutting me off to give me the same answers his employees have. You have left me in such an uncomfortable and uneasy position i am so disappointed with this company. read more

As someone who's used caliber collision a few times(I've had horrible luck with my car), this is by far the best experience I've ever had! My car was in there for about a month which is understandable with all the delays going on right now, but Edgar made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. He continuously called to keep me informed and answered any questions I had. Edgar was very kind and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and ensured it was done accurately and beautifully!
