I had such a bad experience with the service and work at the Berkeley caliber collision on Claremont Ave that I almost swore off caliber collision. That makes me much more likely to actually come back and have those things addressed later. Then I picked up the car and discovered they had CLEANED IT. Not a courtesy wipe-down. My car was gross. They vacuumed it, cleaned the carpets, got grime off the steering wheel, washed the exterior, and somehow made it smell like a vehicle owned by a responsible adult.
