Attached is what's needed. I was charged like $200 and was floored. Esp now that I'm due for my next routine maintenance and other places are quoting me $35 for a rotation. Maybe these guys are fine for actual repairs and serious mechanic work, but I don't appreciate being taken advantage of, which is quite common in this industry against women, which is sad.

It's something I could do on my own time but I just don't live in a place that allows for mechanic work (apartment complex) or access to all the tools. I recall Raj was way nicer and professional about it rather than trying to sound like a used car salesman and sleaze their way into bringing my car to the shop (I would have to ask a friend to bring the spare parts to be swapped since they don't fit in my car, at which point would be difficult to decline the job). I arrived before they opened on a Monday morning, so I was first in line. The woman and man (Yao?) who greeted me were very friendly and helpful. They explained what they would do and how long it would take, about 40 minutes. They started immediately, and they were done with the welding in about 20 minutes. Another gentleman then showed me the work and explained everything. I was out the door within 40 minutes. $350. I really appreciated the whole experience at Yao's.
