Holy Smokes, what a smooth experience from start to finish! This was one of two shops recommended by my insurance (I stopped by the other shop as well and decided to pass on them after visiting Caliber). I was welcomed as soon as I entered, and as the agent was taking my information and realized my accident had happened just a few hours earlier, he stopped all questions to make sure I was ok first and foremost (the other shop seemed to care about the other driver more than a potential customer, weird). I was offered popcorn and coffee/tea. I made an appointment online to bring my car back the next morning. They drove me to the car rental (or provide Lyft if needed). I was assigned an agent who was with me every step of the way and provided constant helpful updates on the progress. Once my car was ready I left my rental with them and they return it for you... No back and forth. This was just a great experience while dealing with the unfortunate circumstances of a car accident. I highly recommend Caliber if you need body work! read more

Got into a car accident involving an elk, my insurance recommended me here. Everyone was kind, though there were many issues. For one, I had to contact my advisor to get updates on my car, otherwise I would receive no update on my car, not knowing what was happening. Second, the damage of my car was on the left side of my fender and bumber, pushed everything towards the right, and the bottom 'spoiler' from my front bumper also was scratched from the antlers. Yet that part was not changed, spoke to them as when I got home that part was dangling (after the bumber being fixed). Took it back, they re put it, but did not paint it. As they stated that I had not made them aware of this damage. Despite this damage because less than half an inch away from where the elk hit me. They submitted it to the insurance, and fixed it, but that meant I had no car again for 3/4 days. In total, I was without a car for about 2 weeks because of them not doing things correctly the first time, making me go back twice. On top of all this, I got my car back yesterday, and on top of my fender, there is a trim piece that is broken, which it was not broken when I went into the shop. Thus it was broken from removal, when they took the car apart to fix it. Yet they didn't put a new trim piece. Aside from this, my car was completely dirty from the inside. I understand that it is going to be a bit dirty, but it seems that they had the window open, or doors open when sanding a car, or my car. Despite my damage being on the front part. I was involved in an accident. The insurance agency offered several options and I selected Caliber. I was introduced to Daniel, my technician. After inspecting my car he reviewed the repairs needed. He stated my car would probably be ready the next day (Friday) or that Monday. Daniel called early Friday morning stating my car would be ready by noon on Friday. All I can say is WOW! My beloved car was in a nasty wreck and the team at Caliber on 11th went above and beyond at every chance they got. From my very first call, Lee was kind, patient and hilarious, making this very difficult time a much easier experience. He was communicative and went out of his way to get the process rolling ASAP, even though my insurance company had not contacted them yet. Next, I was assigned to Eric, my service advisor, and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism, industry knowledge and thorough attention to both my vehicle's and my own needs. He took the time to walk me through all of the expected repairs, answer all of my questions (no matter how many times I called or emailed) and communicate my vehicle's progress. He was super communicative, letting me know when he would be OOO and made sure I had backup contact information. I had a mixed experience. Due to their neglect I was never able to fix my car here. The employee who did my intake and estimate wrote down my number wrong so they never actually followed up with me after to schedule a time to take the car in. I called later and was in a time crunch to fix the car because I'm renting it out, and their front staff told me it wouldn't be an issue. And then my guy calls me and admits to the number mistype, and doesn't seem apologetic at all. He then told me I'd have to wait a few days until the part came in for the repair, which I thought they'd already have the part bc it had been awhile since the intake I did. At this point I'm looking at a major inconvenience to be imposed on my renter to bring it in when I had been told it was not gonna be a problem so I was upset. The guy was very sexist towards me and felt the need to tone and language police me before trying to figure out the problem. "You're being unprofessional." I felt unfairly judged. I'll just say as a woman who's worked in customer service I'd never tell a man to change his tone or watch his language because I wouldn't feel safe to do so. And I'm fairly confident this guy wouldn't have felt he could speak to a man like that. I do want to commend front desk staff member Lee. He seems extremely pleasant, empathetic and highly professional, ironically. So I won't be taking my business there. read more

I worked with Eric from day 1 & he is just the nicest guy, making me feel very taken care of. I did not stress one bit when I brought my car to this location. Prior to that, yes, because someone hit my car & I'm like, ugh, here we gooooo...but I was able to drop off my car, & it got repaired in a few days! From Monday to Friday! When dropping off my car, Eric even called Enterprise to come pick me up in their van to bring me to the rental office about 2 miles away. And they came within 10 minutes! Throughout the next few days, I got text updates (which I didn't need but fully appreciate). Caliber Collisions truly made it easy for me...in the middle of my work day, I was on a time crunch, & I was able to leave my rental car with them so they could return it FOR ME, & I was able to quickly drive off with my newly repaired car. Here I was thinking returning the rental would be a mini ordeal, but not so! Also, thank you manager Alan for signing me off at the very end, making sure I was happy with the repair. To start with, the team here is great - Eric, Lee, etc. and they did a great job. The issue here is that they recommended Enterprise rent a car on Broadway. Those guys were terrible all around. Seriously, you guys are amazing. Those clowns are bringing you down. You need to find another rental car place to work with - they aren't professional and they cheat people. I don't care if it's family or high school friends that make you work with them because they are hurting you and that's not cool for them to treat friends and family this way. Read all the one-star reviews they have. You guys are way too good for them. Please use somewhere else or just open your own rental place - I bet you'd do a great job with it. read more

My insurance referred me to this repair shop that was a few blocks away from where I stay. All I can say is I was greeted by super cool workers here. I was greeted by a guy name Daniel , super cool and he went over everything I need to know as far as damage cost, and the lead time of the repair completion. He ordered me a ride to the car rental and by the time I finished signing the paperwork's, Enterprise was ready to take me . The kindness of these folks left my heart feeling full! My catalytic converter was stolen and the place my insurance was associated with was almost 7 miles away. The scraps from the robbery were dragging when I drove and I was nervous to make the trek over there. These guys were right around the corner from me and when I asked them if I could pay them to somehow suspend the pipe for my drive they very kindly offered to do it for free. It was all taken care of in 15 minutes. After feeling all sorts of emotions with this situation it was so nice to have this experience with such good people. To my surprise , not only was the work the shop performed was of A+++ top notch quality but they went above and beyond and polished my headlamps for free and included a courtesy interior vacuuming and car wash.
