After someone hit my car (without leaving a note) a week and a half before a scheduled, cross-country move, I called to see what could be done within such a limited time frame to address any safety issues and a noise caused my wheel-well scraping my tire. Unlike other auto body shops, Ahmad did not require me to drive all the way in to receive a preliminary quote for relatively superficial damage. He looked at the photos I sent and suggested a quick and cost-effective interim fix. It's hard to find a mechanic or body shop that you trust 100%, but Ahmad (the owner) is one of those. I live in the neighborhood and came here to fix an unhinged driver door and extensive back bumper damage from an accident. Ahmad was empathetic, patient with all my questions, and went above & beyond to explain how the insurance process works + a rough estimate of how much the job might cost. He was also super communicative throughout - easily reached by email before and during the job. The work was done great too, although this is probably one of the easier jobs a body shop can have. I recently purchased a car with some "minor" bumper damage. Even though the damage was minor, I was still nervous about the cost. I had a minor fender bender and I didn't want to go through insurance to get it fixed. I went to several autobody shops to get estimates and this one was by far the best deal. About half the price of other estimates that I was given. They did a very fast job and just three days and the car looks great. WOW. Just...wow. I was lucky enough to be referred to Diamond Auto Center for the outcome of a rather stressful accident. I had extensive body damage to the rear of the vehicle. A friend of mine referred me, saying that their price was better than the many other shops she had surveyed - and the people were nicer too! I went to pick up my car today and was completely floored. My car looks almost as good as it did the day I took it off the lot over 11 years ago!! The damage was repaired perfectly. In addition, they had gone ahead and taken care of some additional, prior scratches and dings. To top it off, they vacuumed and cleaned the interior of the car and the trunk, and even organized the camping equipment I had in the trunk! These guys are ANGELS!!! As everyone else says, I can't say anything else but that I'm 100% satisfied. I did some work on my suspension and got a horrible steering wobble. Brought it to them and told them what I did. Not only did they align my car, but they also inspected my control arms (the only other thing that could have been effecting my wobble). The fact that they were willing to even inspect other parts of my car outside of my alignment was huge.
