Needed some out of pocket work done on my Lexus IS250 as some parts had worn out over the years. To my surprise , not only was the work the shop performed was of A+++ top notch quality but they went above and beyond and polished my headlamps for free and included a courtesy interior vacuuming and car wash. The entire staff was courtesy and treated me like family. In particular, service advisor Phillip and General Manager Ali . Although I don't anticipate needing any collision/body work soon, I would definitely recommend Caliber at 11th Street-Oakland Great quality work and even awesome courtesy staff. Hard to find that combination these days. Thanks Ali and Phillip , I will recommend you to all my family and friends. read more

The team was fantastic, especially Eric and Esther. While other shops were saying they couldn't even look at our car for another two months, they got me in the same day I called and finished the job within 1.5 weeks, even through a holiday weekend! Quick, professional, responsive, and very easy to work with. Our Mach E came out looking brand new! Thanks for taking such good care of us and our car! read more

Dropped off my vehicle for repair last week and Daniel was very communicative with the process. The staff is also super friendly. They are so helpful and make everything a smooth transition for you. read more

I am SO impressed with Caliber Collision, and in particular with this location. Alan, Joy and Lee made the process so smooth, thorough and efficient!! I am very grateful to them. The entire team is on point, with everything from communication to customer service. They are very knowledgeable and definitely go the extra mile. This is my third time needing their services, and they most definitely impress every single time!! Thank you 11st Street Caliber Collision!! read more

DANIEL! I scream because he made my scary and nervous experience the total opposite of what I was expecting. AMAZING AND SMOOTH! Being a girl, it's already intimidating going into an auto body shop. Daniel is super detailed and responsive. He kept me in the loop throughout the days my car was getting fixed. I highly recommend this place! read more

Another vehicle backed into mine. Caliber's service representative provided excellent service, keeping me fully informed and ensuring the needed repairs were done completely and to a high standard. Other team members also provided strong support. The work was completed on time and repairs were top quality. I would strongly recommend Caliber to anyone who needs such services. read more

From the time I brought my car into the establishment until I drove off the premises, the customer service was impeccable. Alan was amazing and truly took care of my car. He was extremely kind, he explained the entire process of what they would do and the estimated time it would take. The not only completed my car sooner than expected, they did a wonderful job in repairing my bumper, fixing my door, and they had my car looking so clean, I thought I had a brand new car. I am grateful for Alan and the team. Oh, and the sanitation was amazing!!!! Everyone wore masks, hand sanitizer were everywhere, and the had separated places for clean and used pens. They sanitized my car before I was able to get in and drive off. My entire experience was great, they even let me know that they will return my rental. I have nothing but positive things to say. Again Alan was amazing, the staff was amazing and I'm grateful. read more

I was in a fairly minor collision this year. From start to finish, my experience with Caliber Collision was positive. Because I have Progressive Insurance, I worked with Eric, who was knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. The mechanics discovered that the damage was more extensive than they initially thought and coordinated a revised estimate directly with Progressive, and I was kept in the loop the whole time. The repairs were completed quickly, and my car looks great. Hopefully I don't get into another collision, but if I do, I'll come back here. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. This place is beyond shady in how they operate overall. They Tried to force me to sign documents to guarantee I would have my repairs done with their company. They Didn't want to do a full estimate. They Wrote up a false initial estimate and verbally admitted that they did not do a complete review of the car before writing the initial estimate. They Lied to my insurance saying I signed off on repairs when I did not. Then Lied again and said repairs were completed when no repairs were done at all! Then falsely tried to charge me for the tow service that was already paid for by my insurance company. read more

My car was recently stolen and recovered. My insurance company sent me to Caliber to have in inspected. Very friendly and professional staff. Demariea (sp?) and Esther were particularly helpful. They went above and beyond. read more

Caliber Collision and Demariea were a tremendous help in getting my car fixed. My bumper was damaged after being hit on 580. The other drivers insurance was handling the claim, and consistently got my information wrong no matter how many times I tried to correct it. They gave Caliber the other parties car information, a phone number in Texas (I live in Oakland, and the other party lived in Livermore), and an email that didn't belong to anyone involved. After numerous attempts, Demariea took it upon himself to call them 3 times to finally get the correct information needed. I honestly stopped communicating with the insurance company and only spoke to Caliber from then on. Because of supply chain issues, the new bumper arrived 2 weeks late. Demariea called me at the end of every week with an update and to make sure that I knew I was not forgotten. Before work started, he walked me through the possible scenarios that might come up that could result in out of pocket costs. None of those happened, but I greatly appreciated knowing beforehand the worse case scenario. When the bumper did arrive, they fixed the car several days earlier than expected, washed and ready to drive off. It was a much longer process to fix my bumper than I expected, but I'm positive that if it were another shop that was handling it and wasn't as on top of things as Demariea and crew, it would have taken much longer. I'd advise anyone looking for a reliable and transparent shop to take their car to Caliber. read more

This place is Amazing !! Phillip and the staff are the best because they take beyond good care of you and your car , they treat you like family ! . They pay attention to detail and update you right away on the vehicle repairs , until it's done . Phillip and the staff are simply the best ! You and your car are in the best care this place DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! read more

Nothing but good things to say about Shawn and hi team at Caliber Collision in Santa Clara. Car accidents are stressful and dealing with insurance companies add to the stress. Shawn walked me thru the whole process before the work started on my car and throughout the process. Even after I picked up my car Shawn helped with an issue that came up. Customer service like his hardly exists anymore. I appreciate everything he has done for me! read more

Big ups to Luis and team at Caliber for their stellar work! Accidents suck (especially hit-and-runs), and when my car got side-swiped in Downtown Oakland several weeks ago, the process for getting the repairs done couldn't have gone smoother. The assessment was quick and fair. And they even arranged a reservation for a rental car at Enterprise on Broadway, including free pick up. I opted for communication via text, and Caliber was on top of it with the notifications. I never felt like I was in the dark. Stellar work on the accident damage, and they even washed and waxed my car. Thank you, Luis, for going above and beyond and getting me back on the road again. I can't recommend Caliber enough! read more

I've been to Caliber Collision on 11th St. twice now and have found the level of service to be extraordinary. Getting an appointment both times was easy and Du Mauriea Banks, the advisor I worked with, was incredibly helpful in walking me through my options and guiding me to the best one. On the second occasion, my front bumper cover had been knocked off, but was relatively undamaged. Du Mauriea and General Manager Alan Nguyen had a technician look at it and they determined it could safely be popped back on while I waited. Fifteen minutes later I had my car and they had even polished the windshield. Du Mauriea could easily have convinced me to get a new part and run it through insurance, which would have resulted in a big payday for Caliber. Buy he and Alan were good enough to help me to a solution that earned Caliber nothing but my trust and admiration. I can't say I hope to be back at Caliber anytime soon, but if the need arises, I wouldn't go anyplace else. Truly an awesome experience! read more

I took my car here after having a bad experience at Turbo Auto in Oakland after the returned my car to me unfinished. I'm happy I took my car here because I got such good service and was thrilled with the work. I think customer service really sets places apart and the technician who was assigned to my case was named Luis. He was great and keeping me informed throughout the process and gave me updates and calls. It's always a pain to deal with insurance during a repair, but he made it really easy. My car returned to me repaired, washed and they fixed the problem the last place repeatedly failed to fix. If I ever need car stuff again I will go here! Thank you for being awesome :) read more

I had a great experience. Louise is exceptional and prompt on calling me when my car was done. Thank you very much my car look so much better now!! read more

This is the second time in the last 2 years that I've used the services of Caliber. The first time I was rear ended in a hit and run collision, and Caliber skillfully repaired the damage to my complete satisfaction. More recently, I worked with Wilbert Argo at the 11th Street location. I'd cracked the front bumper on my 2007 Mercedes, which I'd purchased earlier this year. Unknown to me, the bumper was an after-market piece for which no replacement could be found. Will was able to locate a comparable piece and worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered. I picked up the car yesterday, and isn't no exaggeration to say the car looks better than ever. I'm extremely satisfied, and won't hesitate to recommend Willbert and the Caliber team to anyone who needs collision repair. Thanks, guys!! read more

This shop does excellent work and the service is super. My car was sideswiped while parked in front of my house and because it was an older car with naturally faded paint, I really did not expect the repair to be all that good. But Caliber Collision did an outstanding job and the car looks like it has never been hit. Also the service advisor Dumariea who was in charge of my account was very friendly and communication was terrific. I definitely recommend this business. read more

Great experience with Will at this location. Will provides great customer support, prompt communications about the status of the repair and zero wait during our appointments. They fixed our car in just a few days and it looks great! Will even sanitized our car interiors before we left after the repair! Good job! read more

My car was stolen last month February and when I got it back there was significant damage done to it, I called Caliber Collision and asked for Franklin who has helped me the last 3 times that's I've had to bring my car into the shop. As always, he was willing to help me and I as quick with having me bring my car into the shop. He did really good with keeping me updated with every step that my car was in and when I had questions we responded in a timely manner!! I appreciate his willingness to change out my new plates during the time my car was in the shop it made my transition so much easier! Thank you Franklin and the rest of the caliber collision team! Your guys are the best but I hope to not have to see you anytime soon again! LOL read more

Don't go here especially if you're referred by your insurance company. This place is really bad at conducting business and is extremely overpriced even for small jobs. Let's just say this is the kind of shop you seriously want to stay away from, unless you like overpaying and getting hustled. Caliber Collision, you guys need to be upfront with a quote when you're given information before you waste a potential customer's time. Trying to nickel and dime potential customers and claim/add extra unnecessary work that is not needed is super shady. So instead of surprising a potential customer with absurd high costs and still have the audacity to say it "could be more" usually means it will cost more than what you quote. Also based on the other reviewers where one described her new tire being slashed - come on? I'm so glad I didn't have this joke of a shop touch my car. I'm very confident they would have caused even more damage and then try to make more profit. Total joke and shady business. read more

After my car was vandalized I took it to Caliber where Dumauriea (and the whole team) took great care of me. Always friendly, polite, and courteous parts take some time these days (that's true everywhere) but the moment the parts were in my car was fixed up and sent back to me and in better shape than before it had been vandalized (they pulled an extra dent that went above and beyond what I expected). It sucks when your car is victimized but Caliber got me back on the road as fast as they could; they've earned my future business. read more

No one ever wants to get their car repaired, but the folks at Caliber made the experience as pleasant as it could have been. Dumariea Banks was a fantastic service representative, and I will definitely return if something else happens to my car. Highly recommend. read more

Made my appointment for 10am today, they had put me down for 8am. I have sleep issues and that isn't a work day for me. I would never agree to this time. They also wanted to worryingly patch plastic rather than replace it. Like, no. That's a bad idea. Going elsewhere. They wanted me to come in tomorrow and let them keep my only car over the weekend. Nobody is reimbursing me did Lyft rides you cabbages. I'm not just your money ticket. read more

I got my car serviced at Caliber and Phillip provided me with excellent service. Will definitely return in the future. Great job Phillip!

The process of having my car repaired was 'painless' at Caliber Collision. I was impressed from the moment I drove up with the appearance of the shop, and even more so with the friendly greeting from the staff. Phillip Wong took great care to explain the process and provided an estimate in just a few minutes. They even arranged my rental from Enterprise. When I picked up my car, it looked 'good as new', with a fresh wash and wax job. 'Professional expertise' about sums it up. I totally recommend Caliber Collision. read more

A couple months ago, I had an unfortunate need for repair and decided to go with caliber collision at this location for proximity close to my work. Eric was the first person I spoke to on the phone and in person he was as respectful and helpful as he was on the phone so first impression was extremely positive. Daniel was the inspector that I had worked with and words cannot describe how organized and on top of things he is on getting your car fixed. It was unfortunate that parts for my repair were backorder for weeks but you know what daniel didn't do? He didn't just leave me in the dark wondering when I was going to get my repair done, not that. Weekly he would call and let me know updates and apologized religiously that the parts were not in yet and he kept it up until I was able to bring it in. This place will forever have my business for my future car repairs and I do wish good things to come to these two gentlemen and with their positive attitudes and helpfulness I will always come here first and recommend people come here due to my positive experience here. Thank you again superstars Eric and Daniel. read more

I go past this business everyday on my way to work. I noticed it was always clean on the outside then I needed my mud flaps installed and just inquired about the price and date to get them installed. Everyone from the receptionist to the estimator were friendly. Totally unexpected was the manager Alan said they could install them immediately which the tech Lon did and Alan talked to me about the Bay Area since I am new to the area. I will definitely do business here again. read more

Richard Perez and the staff are very professional and courteous. They seamlessly handled all of the interaction with the insurance company. The work was completed on time. Great customer service. Shout out to Philip, who was extremely responsive and sought to give me the best experience possible. The team even surprised me by fixing something that wasn't included in the service, which actually brought (happy) tears to my eyes. (They scrubbed off spray paint because my car had been vandalized.) Thanks so much Caliber Collision!!! read more

The only reason I'm giving it a 4 is because they haven't completed the work. When it is done I will come back and do my post again but I had to go there for them to tell me what it would cost for my car to get fix after a hit and run. The gentleman who took care of me was so nice that I had to thank him for it. I have been to car shops before and they have mad me feel like the dumb lady who needs to hurry up and just let us do our job. But these guys seem very respectful of everyone who was there. Thanks for making my repairs seem like you cared and not making me feel like your ready to rip me off. read more

Caliber Collision on 11th Street treated my car very well. I had two people hit my mazda miata in a week. AAA insurance recommended Caliber so I went there. Luis was my rep - he was awesome. I would recommend Caliber for your body work. There are a few Caliber locations, but I'm guessing they are all good. Thanks Luis! read more

Took in for insurance repair job. Mr. Wong runs a clean and efficient shop. Drove in and office door right there. I did not have to cross into the shop area, a great safety feature!!! Staff were friendly, efficient, upbeat, and the office was pleasant as well, no noise or smells from shop area, a real plus!! I was seen in less than 10 minutes on first visit; checking the car in went smoothly. Mr. Wong was EXCEPTIONAL in explaining what needed to be done and EXCEPTIONAL in keeping me informed of the progress of the work. Car rec'd in STELLAR shape! Work done, FLAWLESS and in a very timely manner!!! I HIGHLY recommend this shop for its professionalism, efficiency, upbeat atmosphere, and EXCELLENT WORK!
