Jerly and Joseph are amazing. Came in with my Honda minivan for bodywork and they were very friendly, responsive, and reasonable in their rate. 5 days in the shop and the car looks new. Thank you - highly recommend them for all your body work needs. read more

Call ahead to make sure they're open as the Google hours aren't accurate. Had to replace the passenger side mirror and they were great about referring me over to Oakland Auto Parts to purchase the replacement. They replaced the broken part in less than 30 minutes! Would highly recommend for great customer service and affordable repairs! read more

So friendly & helpful! My side mirror popped out and they fixed it within 5 min at no cost. will definitely be coming back for future automobile issues! read more

I came here about a year ago for my Lexus which I got bumped into on the rear and then made me hit the car upfront. I was worried it was going to be a total loss but Jose, Jerly and the boys fixed it right up within a matter of weeks. To this day, it's running perfectly and looks like when I first bought it. Then a couple weeks ago, I drove my other car, an older Nissan Versa, and it was storming really hard. I hit a puddle hard and it made my front bumper fall off halfway. I knew exactly where to go for this. I came back into VIP auto collision and again, Jose, Jerly and the boys did their magic and fixed it on the spot! They even made other little repairs I didn't ask for. They felt bad for my situation and didn't even charge me. The car looks perfect and I couldn't be more happy with the service. VIP auto collision repair is the best body repair shop in the Bay and I would 100% recommend to everybody for their car body repairs! read more

A great experience! Jerly was so helpful in navigating a very frustrating situation with my car being hit. Great communication and setting up everything I needed. Would def recommend to others! read more

I can't say enough good things about this shop. Their workmanship is flawless--every repair has been completed with precision, care, and a level of craftsmanship that's hard to come by these days. But what truly sets them apart is their customer service--hands down the best in the business. They've gone out of their way for me multiple times, not just to get the job done, but to make sure I felt cared for and supported during stressful situations. They don't treat you like a transaction--they treat you like family. Clear communication, follow-through, kindness, and integrity are embedded in every interaction. If you want exceptional repairs AND genuine people who care, look no further. This shop earns every star and then some. read more

These guys were great. Had a stripped bolt on my Bronco that holds my roof rack in place. Small job, but they squeezed me in at a fair price. Got it done the next day. I had been putting it off for a long time, should have just come here right away. They made it easy! We need to all support local small business like this. read more

I highly recommend this spot: I received speedy service when my license plate was falling off. The rep I met with was kind and I was back on the road in minutes. An incredible experience and I would go back to this spot for my future needs. Many thanks! read more

I am happy and elated to write a review for folks at Vip Auto Collision Repair. They did a fantastic job on my CT200. It actually looks brand new with a shine and sparkle of a new car. I met Jerly when I had a flat tire on Highway IS 580. Without hesitation he helped me change my spare. He also told me that his employer could do a masterful job with all the dents, scrapes and scratches on my car. I did some price comparisons and VIP was unbeatable. They completed the job over the weekend, and Monday I was on the road again, looking fantastic. I am a happy customer and very pleased with the quality of their work. So, my recommendation is Vip Auto Collision Repair. Thank you kindly to all the nice folks and for the masterful skill and talent to repair my car. read more

Great shop, great service. No credit cards taken to ensure all the money goes to this local shop.

Charlie at Vip Auto Collision Repair was very helpful with my car after a break-in, helping clean it up, do some basic repairs and also recommended a car wash nearby to vacuum and clean up. He made a harrowing experience tolerable. However, do not park in the street near them, apparently it's a target for thieves due to the restaurants nearby. read more

No one likes dealing with car issues, but VIP made it as quick and painless as possible. Prices were competitive and they were by far the fastest place I called. Work was stellar and they even vacuumed my disgusting car. Thank you!! read more

Had a dent and scratches to my fender as well as a whole I'm my rear bumper. Jose and team did an amazing job and quick! They completed the job within two days! The dealership (and others) quoted me $15k- $18k to fix, and Jose and team completed for $1800. Everything is the same color and my car looks good as new! I would highly recommend this shop First of all the people were super friendly, and they were able to make a quick diagnosis of what I needed. Believe it or not, they fixed my car the same day for a very fair price, and they even gave me a ride home while they worked on my car. I trust this shop and if I need to have repairs done in the future, I will definitely come back here. read more

My car parts were stolen while it was with these guys! They took no responsibility for it and claimed nothing had happened. If you value your car, don't come here. On top of that, they never communicate properly. They told me it would only take a week to fix my car. But when I went to pick it up, they kept telling me to come back later. This happened 5 or 6 times. In the end, it took almost 2 months to fix my car even though they said it would only take 7 days read more

The gentlemen in the office and outside of the office were very helpful with the repairs that needed to be done. They made it very affordable to do the repairs . Jose the owner showed a lot of hospitality and professionalism, I was accommodated very well. I drove off very satisfied after my repairs were completed...Highly recommended :) read more

These guys were great. I rear-ended someone & crunched my whole front end, was afraid it was going to cost a fortune, but they replaced it & used some after-market parts to keep the price down, so I got a whole new front end for $3400 which was better than I'd feared. Plus they got me in same day & turned it around really quickly, and treated me well, so I'm a fan. read more

Used them when I needed to make a quick repair on a car after hitting a pole in the gas station. I was able to swing by and get the quote quickly. I shopped around a bit and it was the best quote I got. I was able to easily pick up my car only a couple days later. The team was able to accommodate me needing it soon for an upcoming trip. And they even gave the car back clean. No complaints! Would recommend read more

Friendly with high quality service, totally recommend for all your car repair needs! Brought my car here at the last minute for help with a broken tail light. My neighbor recommended VIP Auto Collision after I had gone to two different auto repair places. VIP Auto quoted me 1/3 of the price of the others and completed the job in two days. I was amazed and so grateful for the top notch work! They are really nice and professional people who will keep you in the loop at all times. They took care of touching up the car in places I didn't even ask for. Highly recommend this local business! read more

VIP Auto Collision Repair is excellent! I'm thrilled with their Auto repair work. I highly recommend them! In the span of 1 month, my new car was hit by a flying object from a trash-collecting truck on the Bay Bridge. A friend recommended VIP and told me to ask for Jose. I did. A perfect Gentleman, and a super nice guy. He's a true professional. I was able to drop by for an estimate on the same day of the accident. It worked out with my insurance. Within the month my son's car was also hit. I called up Jose and he effortlessly fixed my son's car. Nothing but smooth sailing. Jose and his team did a flawless job on both cars. (Beautiful) I'm grateful to the VIP team for their skill, professionalism, and service. Thank you again, Karen B-C read more

These guys are the absolute best. I don't normally leave reviews but they took such great care of me and my car during a rough situation after my parked car was hit by another vehicle and I had to spread the word. It came back to me better than before and they pushed hard to ensure the insurance company covered everything they were supposed to. They consistently called to update me about what was going on and made the entire ordeal a whole lot less stressful. I will always take my car here from now on. read more

I had a great experience at VIP Auto Collision Repair. I was referred to them by my auto mechanic (Bay Bridge Bimmers & Minis). I had several small chips and one large scratch in the paint on my super cute Mini and VIP fixed everything. The paint matched perfectly and my car looks great. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I needed my car back on a particular date and they were able to deliver. I really felt that the VIP team takes a lot of pride in their work. Pricing-wise, I think they are competitive and definitely worth the money. I had some body work done previously at Concord Mini dealership, which I felt was much more expensive. VIP is super conveniently located near 19th Street BART and Whole Foods Oakland. You can even walk around Lake Merritt from there. Check it out! read more

Best place ever! Armando is the kindest most reasonable guy! It's intimidating going into a body shop as a woman and coming in, I felt like I was talking to my uncle about how to fix my car. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks armando! read more

On September 27th, I was involved in a car accident on the street where I work. It is within minutes of VIP Auto Collision Repair and I am so grateful for that! Arturo and his team were nothing short of amazing throughout a rough experience. Always kind and willing to help however possible. There was a small mixup with one thing but they more than made up for it. They let me store my vehicle there while insurance was sorting out some stuff, which made things so much easier for me. The repairs ended up beautiful and my car is feeling better now than before the accident. They also completely washed the inside of my car (which was quite dirty!) so I really, really appreciate them for all of their patience and hard work! THANK YOU ARTURO! read more
