They did an outstanding job fixing my bumper. I have no complaints abt that. However, they took my car hostage for 3weeks just for fixing a very small damage on it. Initially, they promised to give my car back in 5days. Then a day before i was scheduled to pick it up, they added a week more to it. Then added 2more days after that. Extraordinary Customer Service! I brought my car to Caliber Collision after being rear ended. They not only did an outstanding job fixing my car, they went above and beyond after finding that my valuable 3 piece necklace was missing when I picked up my vehicle. I forgot to remove the necklace from my cup holder prior to dropping it off at Caliber. As soon as I told Anthony that it had gone missing, he and David teamed up to find it. I used the location in Decatur,GA on ponce deleon and I was happy to have repair rep Bernardo, his customer service was excellent, he kept me up to date which my vehicle progress and when to pick it up. Do not take your vehicle to this place. At first, they are very responsive and when you are checking in they have you sign this waiver of parts delay. Do not sign or initial this area. They then use that as an excuse for vehicle delays. They religiously text you with updates that are all a bunch of crap. Example your vehicle is in paint. This goes on for two weeks. NO way can a vehicle be in paint for 2 weeks they would go broke. Then when you get someone live, you need to go back for this they say now it a bumper. It is a complete circle jerk. I transferred my car to Service King in Murrieta. They were AMAZING! Don't take your car here if you have AAA. Their rep, Mark is rude and lies. I took my car to be fixed through AAA. Mark told me he would email me the estimate on Friday - didn't happen; then Monday morning - didn't happen. I told him I needed to see it before bringing my car in. He said, "I get it," but really didn't care And upon questioning, sarcastically said he was sorry. Then he told me the next day that he took my car apart and there was additional damage - but he told the AAA claim adjuster that he never took the car apart. He originally told me it would take 4 weeks to fix my car; the asst. manager told me more likely 6-8 weeks. This man is not to be trusted. read more

Brought my car here thinking it's caliber and they are pretty well now and everything is going to be smooth... I was completely wrong brought the car in because I had a fender bender so only thing those damage was bumper scratches and light. It was a literally minor damage to my car, I brought the car back three separate times for them to finally get it right and it still wasn't a clean job there was clear white coat paint on the inside of my car. Once I told my adjuster about the problem he goes "yeah I'm sorry they really dropped the ball on this one" lol, what?!!! What do you mean drop the ball it's my vehicle---Shame- sad. Worthless. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience with caliber will never be coming here again and definitely do not appreciate my insurance recommending me to this place. Might as well go in a hole in the wall body shop it was literally the same experience. And of course they reply back with a comment to make it look all professional Lool! I left my car due to a collision and the car has been sitting there for more than 2 weeks and they did not give me any updates at all. Actually they did noting. I would have to constantly check if what's going on and all they did was wait till the insurance replied back to them. I totally regret trusting Caliber and leaving my car there. My service advisor Zach assured that he will give me a callback or an update but actually he never did. I would always had to call to see what's going on and nothing was done. Now I'm paying out of the pocket for the rental cars and I felt like they were delaying the process on purpose. Zach was never there, out of the office or on lunch break when I called and when I was able to reach out there was nothing going on for my car since the day I dropped off my car. Never leave your car here. I had a great experience for Caliber years ago and that's why I trusted here and left my car. But it was a total mistake. Also He did nothing to reach out to the insurance. He had no Idea what was going on and he waited and waited until someone gave an answer back to him which was me that connected him with my claims adjuster. He never tried an attempt to call someone. Eventually I called back and shared the contact information. If I didn't call, my car should've been there for an extra month. Now I'm feeling that they want the customers to pay more and more till they're broke. They don't care about customers at all. read more

Where can I start with these guys?! The staff at Caliber Collision in Murrieta are nothing short or extraordinary! Caliber Collision is a staple name for a reason. I've had my vehicle rear-ended twice in the last 11 months, as well as been backed into, and I've taken it back to this location each time. I've dealt with several individuals there, but Emilio, Julio, Nick & Julian have absolutely made my repair experiences flawless. They are reliable, friendly, and although sometimes repairs take longer than expected due to insurance issues, etc., they are always sure to keep me as informed as possible without me ever having to call for an update. The techs do fantastic work and I've been so happy with the repairs every time. My car is always returned to me fully washed and detailed, smelling like it did the day I bought it. This last time, Emilio went as far as deliver my vehicle to my home and pickup my rental to avoid me having to shuffle my kids carseats around there at the shop. Got referred by our insurance, they tokd us to go straight there and the "service" guy gave attitude that we didnt make an appointment even though it was arranged by our insurance company. Total jerk, we took our business elsewhere. Therefore he totaled my vehicle (twice). A part was available for my vehicle, the next day it was "out of company guidelines" to use that very part. If I could have given this place fewer than one star, I would have!! I was rear-ended in my Audi and this place was "recommended" by the insured's carrier (Farmers). I say "recommended" because they basically said that if I wanted to have my car repaired somewhere else, I wouldn't be able to get a rental car at the time of drop-off. In other words, I didn't feel like I had much of a choice, if I wanted to get around during the time that they expected me to wait. Anyway, that's a whole other story... Walked into Caliber and told them that we were ready to have our car worked on (Farmers had set it all up before I arrived). We asked them if they use Audi parts, to which they replied, "We can't write it up for that. We have to write it for the least expensive way to get it fixed." YES, THOSE WERE HER EXACT WORDS! She continued to say, "The fact is, you're not even the insured, so the their insurance company doesn't care about taking care of you. They want it fixed in the least expensive way possible, which includes after-market and sometimes used parts. If they can get it fixed with a part made in Taiwan for less, that's how they have to write it."... "Of course, you're always welcome to pay the difference out of pocket to use genuine Audi parts." Not happy at all with this company. They were at least honest enough to tell me that the couldn't match my stock paint. So we agreed it would be best for me to pickup my car and bring it to another shop. Well evidently they reported to my insurance that my car was rusty and they wont work on rusty cars knowing that insurance wont cover rusty cars. Basically they LIED to my insurance company. My car is rust free and garage kept. At first I was impressed with their honesty but from what I learned today, they are liars. BE AWARE!!!! Do not trust this company!!! I was in a minor accident and my insurance company referred Caliber to me since I wouldn't have to wait for an adjuster to contact me before starting repairs. I got an estimate from another auto body shop and knew that my car would be out about a week and cost about $1,500. I dropped my car off late afternoon Monday and was quoted that it may take until the following Monday. Lo and behold, my car was done early! Plus, the quote was cheaper than the other repair shop. Beyond that, Caliber does a great job of keeping you updated. They post a new picture of your car's progress each day online. Gives you a good idea of how much work is happening everyday. My car door got a shiny new paint job and they gave me paint for me to touch up those nicks you get on the bumper when people "love tap" you parallel parking. They even buffed that area out to make it easy for me to do at home. read more

Just had my 2005 Dodge Dakota (fender bender) repaired from Caliber Collision in Murrieta, Ca. This was NOT an insurance job. Had to pay out of my own pocket. BEWARE that Caliber Collision will treat your repair not as well as those that have insurance. You are placed at the bottom. Makes sense, since they can bilk the insurance companies. I know this now, as this was explained by one of their employees. Their attention to detail is horrendous! They delivered my truck to me, and after they left I found out that my windshield washer light was on. They replaced the tank, and did not fill it; so I filled it and the light was still on. Bolts that hold my bumper were hand tightened, and the list goes on and on. Never again will they get my business. BEWARE!! read more

I have to say that my great experience with Caliber Collision last month came as a surprise. I had very bad service from another location years ago, and I never did use the franchise again. Lisa, the manager at this particular CC made my experience great from the moment I called her, through the final review of my repaired vehicle. She completed the estimate quickly, communicated with my insurance company continuously, and made sure that I was aware of and agreed to any changes in the repair plan. She even assisted with my rental car AND, when my rental cat was broken into - she offered to fix the glass at cost, which saved me $200.00.
