My family recently visited a drive-in theater near Morro Bay and had a great time. Unfortunately, while leaving the parking area, I scraped the two passenger side doors and caused significant damage! My insurance asked me to get a few estimates for a minor collision to my car,...... i was searching online I found Caliber Bodyshop and a few other ones i don't care to mention.... As i walked into the lobby i was greeted by Gea (Not sure if i spelled her name right, sorry if it's wrong) she was very nice and helpful as i explained my issue with my car....... She then sent out Steve Marth to assist me and right off the bat he treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable and i knew this was the place i would take my car when the insurance gave the ok...... I came in and spoke to Steve which is the estimator & Camilo the manager and they were very eager to help me, and knew I had a young child and on welfare and could not afford a lot of money on the piece of glass i needed to replace in my 2012 Honda Civic so he was more than accommodating when it came to waving the shipping fee, and giving me the lowest price that I had ever heard in all of the estimates that I called around in the Antelope Valley. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of collision repair work done on their vehicles. Also, the front desk receptionists are amazing and able to meet your every need. I came in with cash not knowing that they do not accept cash and they allowed my mom to pay via credit card over the phone. They went above and beyond. If I could give a 100 star rating I would. I recently took my SUV to CC to get a repair done on a hit and run damage. Since I didn't have the unscrupulous person's info, my insurance did not cover the expenses. Keith came out and assessed the damage and thoroughly explained the repair process. He was very professional and courteous. He was able to give me a generous estimate based on my situation. Then, I was surprised to get a call from CC stating the vehicle was ready. This was a pleasant surprise as the estimated completion time was three days later. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the actual cost was below the estimated price. So I was very pleased. My prized possession 2004 Z06 Corvette was vandalized while down in L.A. Allstate recommended Caliber. So I took it there. It needed fiberglass work on the rear fender. I was very worried about anyone touching my car. I've kept it in near factory new condition since buying it new in 2004. Steve was understanding from the start and made me feel very comfortable. Kept us informed on a daily basis the status of the repair. Repair process was great. I can't really tell where the damage was and I doubt anyone else could if they did not know. The staff is not experianced, I work in the auto industry, at dealerships and in fixed operations and this facility is just an HMO for the repair industry. My mother just stopped by to see if she needed a replacement driver side mirror on her ford escape. The owner looked over the mirror and found that only a small bracket was missing. He fixed the mirror and his crew cleaned all the adhesive from the tape she had holding it together. when asked how much, my mother was told there would be NO CHARGE.
