I brought our car to Caliber Collision Irvine on a Monday morning at the recommendation of my Mazda dealer in Mission Viejo. We had gone to a wedding this weekend. The car was valet parked, and as we were driving home we realized the passenger rear-view mirror was dangling. I arrived at Caliber Collision Irvine without an appointment. As I entered the office I noticed signage that our insurance company, as well as other major reputable insurance companies, used Caliber Collision Irvine. That, combined with my referral from my Mazda dealer, gave me great confidence that I was in good hands. My entire experience was positive from start to finish. They were totally solution oriented, and didn't hit me with a line about how big or complicated the problem was, how much time it would take to fix and how expensive it would be. While the receptionist was helping another customer, the Office Manager, Brenda, came up to me and asked if I had been helped yet. She then set me up with Beth, a Service Manager. Beth looked at the situation, cheerfully assured me that they could take care of the problem while I waited, and took my car to be fixed. While waiting I was repeatedly offered, coffee, soft drinks, popcorn. Also, I used the restroom, and found that it was well maintained, neat and clean. From beginning to end, Caliber Collision provided an outstanding service. Twenty years ago I was involved in a car accident. My insurance company at the time recommended a slimy repair shop which overcharged my insurance company, and did slow, shoddy work with bondo which lasted only a couple of months. Up to now, that had been my impression of collision repair businesses. So I wasn't expecting to be taken care of, like I was at Caliber. Thanks to my service advisor Mauricio Vega, everything was so easy. My Toyota Sienna was rear side impacted by a motorist backing out, in a parking lot. We reported it to their insurance company, which recommended Caliber as their preferred collision center in my area. From the moment I arrived, everything was taken care of. Within minutes, my car was estimated and I was given a ride to Enterprise. Mauricio was nice enough to give me a call the next morning to let me know my car was completed...much quicker than expected! When I arrived, the car looked brand new! The paint was perfectly matched, and entire car waxed. On top of that, the inside of the car was detailed and vacuumed! I am extremely grateful for Mauricio's courtesy, professionalism and positive attitude, as well as priority in making sure I had a positive experience overall. This place is a fail on so many levels. Allstate recommended this crappy auto repair shop because they are a "preferred location"...quite possibly as in "people prefer not to use them". So I took my BMW in so a rep could take pictures and email the estimate to Allstate. At my appointment I waited around for what seemed like forever listening to a couple grill an employee about how their car looked like crap, the repair was half assed and they refused to sign anything or even take their car. Unfortunately for me this was the same employee that was supposed to be helping me and was working alone. After the complaint was over this guy came and took a bunch of pictures of my car, and said he would email me my estimate on Monday. Well today is Thursday and I've been calling everyday asking for my estimate. I've requested phone calls back, a manager, anyone that can help. Finally my fiancé called them and they promised an estimate in ten minutes. An hour later guess what; still no estimate. I called Allstate and told them what a joke this repair shop has been, advised them that I'm taking my car to an actual repair shop that has some sense of customer service that will do more than allow my paperwork to sit for a week without anything being done. She explained all the paperwork and what I was signing. Zdenko made the whole process of repairing my vehicle easy on me! He provided timely updates on my car's progress and an accurate completion time. He worked with my insurance to provide the best service and necessary repairs to my car with minimal hassle for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated Zdenko worked hard to ensure I was going to be 100% satisfied and completely happy with my experience at Caliber. The quality of the repair is great! My car looks brand new, a thousand times better from the way I gave it to them. The paint matches the entire car and doesn't even look like I was in an accident. I had an unfortunate accident over a month ago to my 2012 Porsche Panamera and was completely devastated. Since it was my first accident w/ this vehicle, I had no idea where to go or whom to go to for repairs. Luckily, I was referred to the Caliber Collision. They set me up with Ernie as my advisor and I couldn't be happier with the way things played out. We kept in touch via email throughout the whole process. The previous shop had my car for 2 months with no progress, for just a damaged front bumper, but Tony and the team had it fixed in a little over 2 weeks. This team is top notch. I scheduled an appointment for a fender bender repair. Matt examined the damage and told me how long it would take to complete the repairs. Also, they would work directly with my insurance company so I did not have to fill out any extra paperwork. Since it would take several days, they called Enterprise and asked them to pick me up so I could get a rental car. Over the next few days, Matt regularly contacted me to let me know the status of the repair. I appreciated knowing that no unexpected issues had arisen which might extend the completion date. Went my first time to Caliber Collision two months ago and the people were very helpful especially two of them which are Rosie and Mauricio who are very friendly and called me a couple times to let me know my car was getting repaired very nice. I brought my car here in April 2023 because it was scratched up. Jenny looked at it and said it can be buffed out. I waited in the waiting room for about 45 minutes.
