My car scratched by unknown driver at parking lot, Fix Auto gave me honest cost estimate and super efficient service. I appreciate that.

In short, ask for Adrian! My husband's car got hit by a teenager driving a Tesla last month while he was stopped at a red light. We decided to go through Tesla Insurance instead of our own insurance for the damage repair so we wouldn't have to deal with needing to pay our deductible upfront and waiting for Tesla to reimburse us, which someone had warned me could take weeks / months. Tesla Insurance referred us to Fix Auto Tustin for our car repair. Adrian was the team member responsible for our repair process. He advised me that it would take Tesla about 1-2 weeks, sometimes longer, before they approve a repair estimate for the auto shop to have the green light to bring the repair process. After repair starts, it would be at least another week for the bumper repair to cure. I was worried because we would be out of the country for 3 weeks for an upcoming trip, during which the car repair would be completed and wouldn't be in town to pick up the car when ready (auto shop said they can't keep our car in shop for that long after repair is done). Adrian was incredible! He offered to drive our car home when ready and drop off the car key through our door mail-drop slot. Because I wouldn't get regular mobile reception while abroad, he even was kind enough to share his iPhone # so I could keep in communication through iMessage. He just messaged me this morning and shared photos of my husband's car being in our driveway and the key being dropped into our mail-drop slot! How wonderful to have someone like Adrian go out of his way to take care of the customers! Thank you, Adrian! Ask for Adrian!!! read more

I was completely satisfied with the entire repair process from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, especially since the work was handled through my insurance, and they made what could have been a stressful situation feel effortless. My vehicle was repaired beautifully and was ready exactly when they estimated it would be. Everyone I interacted with was great--professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. I'd especially like to give a shoutout Adrian for going above and beyond and making sure I was taken care of every step of the way. They kept me consistently informed with regular updates, so I always knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle. The communication was excellent, the timeline was accurate, and the overall experience was seamless and stress-free. I really appreciated the care, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service from the whole team. read more

Daniel was my main point of contact for the entire process, and he made sure the path was always illuminated. He treated my vehicle like it was his own, and the repairs were flawless. Also wanted to mention the really nice front desk person with the cool red hair. She was super friendly during all my visits, and was very attentive to all my questions. WARNING: AVOID AUTO FIX TUSTIN AT ALL COSTS! This shop is incredibly unprofessional and caused more problems than they fixed. I brought my car in with a simple left side light issue. During drop-off, two different unqualified individuals took pictures of ALL the error messages on my display, even though the only problem was the left light. They quoted 1-2 days for the repair. Fast forward TWO WEEKS, I finally get my car back, and the moment I drive off, a RIGHT SIDE LIGHT ERROR appears on my display! This was a problem my car did not have when I dropped it off. They admitted they likely messed up the wiring during the initial repair. They then took my car for another TEN DAYS, and after all that time, they gave it back to me still not fixed! To add insult to injury, they claimed they had no picture of the original left side error (despite taking multiple photos initially) and wanted me to pay for the damage they caused! The person I dealt with, Johnny, who acted as a "technician," clearly lacked knowledge. There was no manager or responsible person available to speak with. They even pulled me away from the shop floor to talk, presumably so other customers wouldn't hear about their incompetence. This shop is a disaster. They messed up my car, failed to fix it, tried to make me pay for their mistakes, and even suggested I file another insurance claim - likely trying to double-charge customer and insurance. DO NOT GO TO AUTO FIX TUSTIN! They are unprofessional, will damage your car, and provide terrible service. I wish I could give them zero stars. read more

No one wants to ever have to be in this situation, but when things happen, it's good to know that places like Fix are still out here doing stand up work. Adrian and the rest of the staff were super helpful from the first call. We were hit on a Thursday evening at 5pm and by the next morning we were in a rental and they had begun their investigation. Their process was quick and easy and I couldn't recommend them more read more

I had a terrible experience with Fix Auto in Tustin. I brought my car in expecting repairs but ended up with additional damage instead! When they returned my car, it was in worse condition than when I first dropped it off, with new issues that I now have to fix out of my own pocket. Instead of making things right, I was left needing to buy parts just to get it back to the state it was in before they even touched it. I'm extremely disappointed and grateful that I didn't have them complete any work on my vehicle--save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere! read more

From the call to set up my appointment to the day we picked up our car, the process with smooth and seamless, making the situation a lot less stressful than it could have been. My bumper was repaired to perfection - I was worried the paint blending would be noticeable and an eyesore but it is fantastic. And a pleasant surprise was the detail and cleaning they did of the interior of my car. I was not expecting that. I am very happy with the work and everyone at the shop; shout out to Adrian for keeping in touch with me almost daily, letting me know the progression of my vehicle's repair process. I'd definitely recommend Fix Auto Tustin. read more

Fix Auto Tustin truly made my day! I brought in my 2022 Lexus ES300h for repairs on the rocker panel under the rear passenger-side door. Since this part of the car is made from plastic, it's especially prone to damage when bumped or scraped -- so always drive carefully and try to avoid contact with curbs or other objects. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Ashley at the front desk was friendly and professional, and the manager, Art, took the time to walk me through every detail of the repair process. To my surprise, the repairs were completed the same day -- and they even cleaned all four of my tires so they looked brand new! Highly recommend Fix Auto Tustin for their top-notch service and attention to detail. read more

Johnny and his team can take some time to get an appointment with but once you get in, everything is so professional and efficient that you wonder if there is a catch. I thought it was too good to be true so I went and got another quote but ended up at Fix Auto Tustin still because they were just so on top of everything. When dropping off the car, Johnny and the team made it almost seem too easy. He communicated with me using my preferred route of communication which was email and even showed me all the parts he ordered from Tesla. Finally, they finished the job so fast that I wasn't even available to pick it up and needed someone to help me do the pick up. Johnny then made sure it was easy for them to pick it up. When my friends went to pick it up, Johnny was prepared and explained to them everything that was done. This included a paintless dent removal per my request for one small section which needed to be outsourced. I was really concerned about repairing part of the plastic bumper rather than replacing it outright and the repair looks perfect. Overall, my car is near perfect and was done in record time after drop-off. Part of the reason it was so fast they broke down the damaged section the same day I dropped off and all the parts they needed were in stock at Tesla's local parts distribution. read more

I can not rave enough about Fix Auto Tustin! Adrian is AMAZING! I dropped off my car to fix the bumper on Tuesday morning and it was estimated to be completed by Friday. Johnny is incredible. This has been such a smooth process with very clear communication. I'm so thankful to have found this spot and for their diligence with their services. One of the reasons I picked this spot was because they were the closest Tesla certified repair shop, which can be quite difficult to find. I'd recommend fix auto Tustin to all. read more

State Farm insurance highly recommended them so went based on their word bc why not. 1. Went to grab my stuff out a creep guy started at me while I was bent over cleaning out my car. Super creepy perv vibes. When I finally got my car back 3 weeks later, it had stains, small dings Nad scratches on my tint and grease all over my back seat, side doors that were damgaed in accident, seat belts, and scratches up the doors bc they took the back seat out, flipped it, and put it back in my car and shit the doors. It cause 2, 1 inch scratched on both back doors. And my husband took it in to have them "detail it", still dirty and smelled like a wet dog rolled around in my car. Have to pay extra to getting re-cleaned. Will be sending the cleaning bill to insurance. read more

So the wife got into a fender bender, ugh..... State Farm pointed us over to Fix Auto Tustin once more (we had been here long ago when I was rear ended in the Honda) and we anticipated good service, we were NOT disappointed at all - now the one downside - it took awhile to get done - BUT hear me out - Communication was great, the delay was caused by part sourcing from the manufacturer and they kept on top of it - overall work done (and yes we checked her head to toe) was outstanding. Hood fixed, Hood latch, front bumper, front grill, few issues with the air conditioning, all addressed in as timely a fashion as possible and boy was the wife relieved when she got her Jeep back. Thank you Fix Auto! read more

From the minute I walked I was greeted with a warm hello how can I help you. And the. They called Jonathan who would going to be giving me my estimate, he came out quickly and we did his quote. I just picked up my car, Tesla Model 3 from Fix Auto Tustin and very satisfied with their overall services. Someone hit my car while it was parked in a parking lot. Tesla dealer repair shops had a month long wait. So I brought my car here since they are Tesla approved body shop. Estimate was quick. It took about 1 1/2 - 2 weeks for them to get the parts they needed. When I dropped my car off for the repair, they gave me an estimated completion date which was 8 - 9 business days. They texted me every few days with updates while my car was in their hands. This was a big plus. It might be small gestures but I appreciated a lot. Most of all, my car was ready right on time and they did a great making it looked like nothing every happened. Thank you, Johnny and the team. I highly recommend them! read more
