I'm very pleased with the service provided at ROEM on my brand new car, which was hit in a parking lot 3 days after I bought it. There was very minor damage to the paint but my car has a matte factory paint so a few shops said they wouldn't be able to match the paint. Nothing but impressed with this auto body/collision center. Really friendly staff and they ordered my part over the phone without any issues and called me when it arrived. I was able to bring the car in and wait for about 20 minutes while they actually installed the new mirror replace my old mirror. She took a look at my car and gave me an estimate of what it would cost based off just first glance stuff. She then got on the phone and did a virtual assessment with my insurance and they both had very similar estimates, which accounts to that Alyssa knows what she's doing (she probably knows more than the insurance estimator to be honest). My Tesla model 3 was damaged around the charging port, the left back panel and left side of the back bumper. It was a huge upset because not only was there cosmetic damage the electrical part around the charging port was also effected. I wanted to find a collision center near by me that was highly experienced with Tesla electrical and body repair so after doing tons of research I found ROEM. On my first visit to start the damage evaluation, Sarah, the receptionist, was always so kind, helpful and professional and that continued on until the day I picked up my car. Gary, the Repair Process Manager, has over 20 decades of experience and has made my experience so easy and smooth. He is very knowledgeable in guiding you through the process of getting your car repaired and he has been highly reliable from the first visit to the very end. He explained that because I was hit around a very sensitive area of the car his specialists will be very thorough in making sure all the wiring will be tested to make sure everything was working great. I also noticed they had immense amount of Tesla vehicles of every model in their garage being worked on. There were more in their outdoor parking area so other Tesla owners truly seem to believe that ROEM is the Tesla repair king around the area. I did see a lot of before and after photos on ROEM's yelp page but seeing the amount of Teslas in their care proved to me that this team means business. After meeting the team members I felt at ease and very confident that they were the right choice. Honestly, every time I went there all the team members were super pleasant ,nice and dedicated in their work. Initially, I had to wait about a month for my parts to come in but when I was doing my research I called around a bunch of other collision centers and they all also said it would take about a month to get in all the pieces before they could start working on the car so expect that it's going to be a wait everywhere. It was well worth the wait because ROEM is a well oiled machine and they did an amazing job! My car looks and works like the day I picked it up from the tesla dealers. The body repair work is flawless. They had to remove the whole entire side paneling and weld a new piece on. The ROEM crew are masters at what they do. My car was cleaned, waxed to perfection and my tires were dressed. I really appreciated that extra touch. I waited a few weeks before posting this review because I feel like electrical repair is tricky to review right off the bat. Following a very, very minor accident where only a piece of molding was displaced I took my Tesla Model Y to Roem in Costa Mesa for a cost estimate for repair. When the estimater saw the problem he reacted very quickly saying let me pull the car into a service bay and have a tech look at it. The tech put the existing dispaced moulding back in place around the left front wheel well. I and my wife thanked Gary and he sent us on our way. He could have easily insisted that they order a new moulding and we would have to return when it came in and thne charged us for installation and disposal. I arrived with my two month old son and was impressed with the nice waiting room and courtesy of the front service attendant. 5-star craftsmanship and an AMAZING customer service. I was involved in a crash where the other driver admitted fault, and the repair process was handled by the other driver's insurance company. The car had a 3 panel damage, which included needing to replace the rear bumper and the quarter panel. Throughout the repair process, the shop sent me pictures and was in constant communication regarding the status of the repair process. Farmers insurance used every tactic to try to cut corners and minimize their repair expenses, including attempting to get the shop to utilize used parts for repairs. But Raul from ROEM was having none of the their shenanigans. He fought on my behalf and got them to authorize installing a BRAND NEW FACTORY PARTS, and leaving my car in a condition even better than prior to the accident. It's also the little things the shop did to minimize stress on my end, and make the repair process as smooth as possible. They repaired another area of the vehicle with noticeable scratches left from a hit-and-run incident, FREE OF CHARGE. They also completely detailed my car inside and out, even organized the clutter and the mess that I left in the trunk of my car. The shop was also on top of communicating with the rental car company, so I wouldn't need to ask for rides to get to and from Enterprise rental car. They had arranged everything so that I would get picked up from the shop to Enterprise with minimal wait when picking up my rental car, and for Enterprise to pick up the rental vehicle directly from the shop when returning it. ROEM is a relatively a new shop, in the reputation building stage, so they will go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Hands down the best auto repair shop I've ever experienced. A buddy of mine is a lovable but nearly blind idiot and backed into my car, slamming off the front bumper of my 2018 Corolla. I found ROEM via yelp and put in a request for a quote, after which I got a call from them within 45 minutes; within another 45, Raul was at my house and helping to gather pictures and info to get the repair process started! (He also coordinated a pickup via a tow-truck making the process stress free for me) Once my car was in the shop, Raul pulled out all (and I mean ALL!) the stops with my insurance, performing some sort of wizardry resulting in me paying *LESS THAN $100* to get my bumper and lights completely replaced! Seriously, the team at ROEM is absolutely killing it and they've absolutely gained my loyalty in the future. read more

They helped with a dent, but when I had another issue they really dropped the ball. I had side mirror damage to my Model 3 and was quoted over $700 from them with over $200 going to mechanical work they said was needed. I called another shop and they told me that it's not and finally I got the best advice to book service through the app and got the best rate at $485 and they are doing mobile service at my house for it. They also confirmed that the mechanical work they are charging for is most likely not needed and done on a case by case basis, but even if it is their price was lower. After questioning the mechanical work I got the run around and they stopped responding to me, very unprofessional and the best advice I got through this experience is use the service function in the app and only use a body shop when explicitly told and referred. Glad it saved me from overpaying for work that most likely isn't needed. read more
