They do a good job on repairs, finding OEM parts, and fixed me car really fast for the two times it had to go in. I would suggest the Irvine location though, as this Tustin would did leave scratches that weren't there on the car paint for two cars that I had brought in for two cases before I decided to try the Irvine one instead. They keep insisting that "we use microfiber towels, those scratches arent from us". When we clearly took a picture of the car before and after and noticed scratches that weren't there. Not sure what they be doing, but on the first car we didn't notice it until after we left the lot, scratches on the sun roof that weren't there before and we just left it. On the other car they left scratches on my rear area, and insisted that it wasn't them. The manager then later approved a free buffer taking fault, but man, TWO times/cases my car paint was scratched from them. Like dawg. The repairs were good, easy to work with it, and fast but coulda done a little better job with this. Irvine location didn't leave any scratches after repairs to my car though, but did give me back my car very dirty. Overall, I think they do a great job on repairs but be careful for them scratching your paint. read more

The team at Caliber in Tustin is wonderful! I've now had the chance to work with Tony Morin on two different cars (unfortunately, we had 2 cars hit back-to-back, neither our fault, ugh!!). As you can imagine, it was such a bummer to have to deal with repairs again -- but Tony made the process so much easier. What stands out most is his genuine concern -- his very first question is always, "Is everyone okay?" That really means a lot. I was in and out very fast the paper work was not onerous which for an old guy with shaky hands is a huge bonus. Also Nancy at the front desk is amazing! She went above and beyond. Landon my customer service rep was terrific too. I was pleasantly surprised to be quite truthful because I had been hit from behind so you go in with a tainted mood to begin with so having this overall pleasant experience mitigated the pain of having to take time out of my day to get this done. After an awful experience at the McFadden location, I brought my car this Caliber and the difference was huge. From the start, Matthew, the general manager, was awesome. He really listened, understood my situation, and made sure everything was professionally handled the right way. You can tell he knows how to run his shop and lead his team. As my Minivan was rear ended the other party's insurance assumed all responsibility, and I had it taken in for repair at Caliber, which was assigned by AAA. I had great experiences with Caliber in Santa Ana, but as this location is much closer, it was the obvious choice. Stephanie has been super responsive and called right away when more damage was found... the initial repair time seemed long, but the technicians really pulled through and had everything completed in the originally calculated time. Value wise, I'd have been as happy if the cost was on me as the quality of work is impeccable. Highly recommended! 10/10. read more

Five stars for an auto body shop? Seriously? Yes, and very happy to provide a great review. Quality of repair? Outstanding. Actually the car looks better than before the accident. Value? If value means quality work...they didnan outstanding job...and the insurance company authorized the price then, yes, that it was a good value. Timeliness? Getting the repairs done right the first time means that they don't rush through it and do a sloppy job. But, they don't dawdle around either. There was a particular part that was delayed and that it's totally not their fault. They are at the mercy of their suppliers so they pushed the dealer to get the part and they told me at 3 in the afternoon that the part would be in the next day. I figure I'll get the car back the next day or the day after. The next morning I get a message at 7:59 am telling me not only did the part show up, but they already put it on, and the car was ready to pick up. Amazing! Service? My rep, Stephanie, is the goddess of customer service, always keeping me informed and up to date on my car's status. She did not make unrealistic promises, rather she would truthfully explain the status of the repair, parts delivery information and if they were a bit backed up. I don't know what to say about this place. I think they do a work however I can't give them 5 star for the service advisor,Tony Morin. I found him rude, he didn't even greet us nor he said anything nice as one should do especially when someone is already depress about their car being damaged. I don't know if this is how his personality is or may be a lack of training from Caliber to their staff. I think in such roles the person should be very very polite and give comfort to make sure the customer feels that they are in good hands. We unfortunately got our newer car rear ended. We were pretty upset about this whole situation. We got in touch with Landon F. over st this location. He handled the whole situation for us from start to finish. I thought the whole process would be pretty anxiety inducing but Landon helped us with everything from the insurance, to the rental car, to keeping us up to date every step of the way. Landon gave me a call when the car was done and when we went to pick it up it looked like the car was never in an accident. The front desk people to the guys working on the car were all great. I'm very appreciative. Insurance covered the cost but their prices seemed very reasonable to me for the work done. If I need services again I'll be coming back to this location. read more

I was kept in formed from the time I dropped my car off until I picked it up Gibson was very thorough on the estimated time the repairs that were needed, and the rental car that waited for me. He was very helpful throughout this process. Mariam was very helpful as well. She had all my paperwork ready to go when I drop my vehicle off and when I picked it up. I called today just to ask for advice on what to do about a friend's damaged car who only had liability insurance (his own damages won't be covered by his insurance) and Landon was so kind enough to spend the time to speak with me and give me suggestions on how to help my friend in this sticky situation. I had to come back twice because of a part being back ordered but Gibson and the lady at front were great with communication throughout the whole process. Someone hit my car and their insurance paid for the damages to my bumper at Caliber Collision. I came in for a scheduled estimate, then received a call back to schedule when to drop my car off. I ended up being satisfied with the customer service and the repair to my car! Each staff member I came across wore masks, kept a distance and had smooth communication with me. I liked that I was constantly updated via phone calls and text messages. The text messages updated me on if they were on track for the estimated completion date which it was! My car was also washed upon return! Enterprise car rental is literally right next door so it was a breeze to pick up and return a rental car while mine was being fixed. I was very pleased with the whole process. My car looks great and was done one week earlier that the estimated completion date. I was updated on all progress through the process by text from start to finish. I also appreciated that they had my car done earlier than the completed time for the day that the car was done since I had previous commitments and would not have been able to pick it up and would have had to wait 3 more days to get my car back since it was done on a Fri.
