A Semi truck decided to marry my Honda Accord on the 710 Fwy several weeks back...its lug nuts hooked into my rear tire well and dragged me a bit before I was able to release and pull over. Awful experience here. My BMW was pushed back for 4 and half months, with zero phone call updates from the shop. I constantly had to follow up to check the status of the repairs, which I was told would be done in a week, then some new hurdle would come up and it would delayed another 30 days. The work itself was acceptable, but to be without a vehicle and dealing with an out of pocket rental with no end in sight was very frustrating. Caliber knows this, and understands their role to take care of the emotional issues related to car accidents, insurance, and repair shops as well as technical and procedural ones. My car was in Moe's hands, and his communication and follow-up was exceptional. To start, my insurance company recommended a different shop for repair appraisal, but I wanted one that had experience with my new car, a Ford Bronco. So I asked that my car get appraised for repair by Caliber Collision which was recommended by Ford. But turns out not all Caliber Collision shops can do that specific work, and so Caliber moved my car from where it was towed, to Caliber Collision in Glendale. Jose Martinez helped me fix my Prius after a head on collision by giving me a estimate and holding my vehicle free of charge while insurance sorted out who was at fault. He got me back on the road quickly, and my car looks better than ever. 3 months later I heard something funny coming from my wheel well. I made another appointment with Jose, and he kindly took a look without charging me. After he took the tire off, it turned out just to be a twig lodged in my wheel. Even though it was totally unrelated to the work he did in my car 3 months earlier, he still cleaned out the wheel well for me and got me back in the road free of charge I would give 10 stars if I could read more
