I had came here as recommended through my insurance to only regret my decision. At first, things seemed promising - Guillermo, the service advisor, promised that the damages done on my side mirror would be perfectly fixed and would be a quick, simple repair. I was told it would be a week to repair minor damages (long for dents and scratches), but okay. Two days later, I was told the car was ready to pick up (so faster than a week). I had returned the rental and came back to the shop believing that all was fix, to only see that it was not. There was a huge visible scratch still on the mirror and small dents on the edges that weren't fixed, so clearly, Guillermo didn't even bother to fully check if it was done properly before calling to say the car was ready for pick up. On top of that, I was receiving notifications from my car app that my side mirror was no longer functioning properly for blind spot monitoring... Upon pointing out the unfinished work, I had to go through the rental again and wait for my car to be fixed again (time well spent there). It ended up being a full week, like the original advised finished date. When coming back, the dents and scratches were now gone, but you can see white paint/glue sticky out of the edges... this place clearly doesn't do things meticulously. When I pointed it out, he smiled at me, but I saw him saying things to the other staff and his face was annoyed as he went to find things to remove it. It's funny that you're annoyed for not doing your job properly and having a customer having to point out the work is unfinished. On top of that, the blind spot malfunctioning was still not properly fixed, that he had to take it back and show me images that the team has now updated it, which it when the malfunction finally went away (so therefore proves that the shop didn't do so before). I would not recommend this shop. Take your business elsewhere if you want fully proper fixes to your car the first time. read more

Went in expecting the worse, since my vehicle hsd been run into by a bin delivery truck. Minor scratches but I was more concerned that there could be internal damage cause by the run in. I went to 4different auto body shop to get estimate on how much I have to pay out of pocket. I had the misfortune of getting in an accident, but was able to get my car towed to them immediately despite not having an appointment for a few days. My wife was in a hit-and-run on the 110 (thankfully, she's fine). But the other awful driver fled the scene, leaving our car with serious scratches and bumps on the driver's side and left passenger side door. Our insurance referred us to Caliber to make the repairs. When I dropped off our car, Guillermo guided us through the process very clearly in terms of what his team was going to fix. Although there was some initial sticker shock at the cost of repairs, I realized that the confusion was with our insurance, not Caliber. So even though Guillermo initially predicted it could take close to 2 weeks to get our car back, we actually got it back in 1 week...and it looks great! I would give this company zero stars if I could. After having a piece of wood shatter my windshield and ding my hood while driving on the freeway, Geico arranged to have recently purchased 2015 white convertible beetle fixed at Caliber Collision. Mind you, my car has had zero previous auto body damage. It was practically brand new. Only had 29k miles. She was spotless. Everything went smoothly until I picked up my car. I IMMEDIATELY noticed there was something dreadfully wrong with my car. Guillermo said "It must've been that way before we got to it," basically gaslighting me like my eyes were playing tricks on me. I'm a woman so you know how this made me feel. He wanted to get me out of there quick without even caring about my concerns. FAST FORWARD .... Geico just approved to have my ENTIRE hood replaced. $6500 dollars worth of ADDITIONAL damage done to my car. Caliber destroyed my hood, didn't even fix the original tiny ding, and then had the audacity to give me an aftermarket windshield. They also refused to give the new auto body shop pictures of the "during" process of fixing my car. Guilty AF. Eli's auto body shop was shocked at their sloppy unprofessional work but not surprised. Apparently Caliber had quite the reputation. I pay the highest car insurance coverage to help preserve my now classic vehicle. They don't make beetles anymore. I came in to get an estimate on the repair cost for the antenna cover on my car being lifted off the roof by a car wash, leading to a leak inside my car. I was told by another auto body shop that it would be a couple thousand due to them needing to take the headliner on the inside of the car off even though the leak only occurred once and there was no water damage. Guillermo Ramierez was tremendously helpful and had a technician look at it briefly. They saw the front clips on the cover were broken. They also took the rear dome light off to check for water damage and saw it looked good. Guillermo said it was a quick fix and they could just glue the antenna cover's front back down onto the roof. I asked how much it would cost, and he told me it was complimentary since it was such a quick fix. He warned me against using automatic car washes in the future. I've trusted Caliber Collision in the past, and I'm glad I went to them again this time. I'm incredibly grateful for Guillermo's help, especially since I'm between jobs and money is tight right now.
