The repair itself is flawless, panel gaps, paint match, everything lines up like it came off the line that way. On a G-Wagon that's not a given; plenty of shops will happily take a swing at one and hand you back something that's almost right. This isn't that. But the part that really made the difference was the insurance side. Dealing with the at-fault carrier is normally a part-time job you didn't apply for, endless calls, lowball estimates, supplements that go nowhere. Alex handled all of it. He knew exactly what to push back on and how to document it, and I basically just got updates instead of headaches. Zero fighting on my end. He also does diminished value reports, which I didn't even know was a thing I should be asking about. A car like this loses real money on paper just from having an accident on the record, and he walked me through recovering that. If you've been hit and nobody's mentioned diminished value to you, ask him about it. Bonus: the man knows the local food scene better than most people who write about it for a living. Ask him where to eat while you're waiting, I got better recommendations there than from any app. Highly recommend. Ask for Alex.

He knew Corvettes, was easy to talk to, and even though they weren't the cheapest, I felt good about giving them the job. There were a few issues with the first round of work, but Gary handled it the right way. He met with me and his painter, went over all the areas I had concerns about, and made sure everything got corrected without charging me anything extra. To be fair, the carbon fiber parts I brought in were in pretty rough shape to begin with, so it wasn't exactly an easy job. The final result came out really good, especially the color match. My Corvette is yellow, which can be tough to match, and honestly I don't think I've had another shop get the yellow this close before. I was really impressed with how it turned out. Things didn't go perfectly the first time, but Gary stood behind the work and made sure I was happy in the end. That says a lot to me. I would definitely feel comfortable bringing another car or part here again.

As anyone who has damaged a car they care about can understand, I felt terrible about it for several days. Driving without a side mirror was also surprisingly uncomfortable and made me feel unsafe. Over the weekend, I searched Yelp for several body shops and decided to visit a few of them on Monday. The first shop I went to gave me an estimate that honestly shocked me. Then I decided to drive a little farther and try GAD. I noticed that GAD had an almost unbelievable 5.0-star rating, and now I completely understand why. Arthur, the owner, personally came out to speak with me. From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, straightforward, and genuinely honest. It has been a long time since I have met a business owner who made such a sincere impression on me. He checked the parts and pricing on his computer right in front of me and gave me an estimate that was far more reasonable than I expected. Even better, the car was repaired perfectly in just one day. But what impressed me most was what happened beyond the repair itself. Arthur and his team didn't simply fix the damaged mirror. Without my even asking, they checked other small details around the car, cleaned everything beautifully, and returned my Mercedes looking almost like a new car again. That kind of care and pride in one's work is very rare these days. Going to GAD turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. I went there looking for someone to repair my car, but I honestly feel as though I also made a good friend. Some people may look at a perfect 5.0 rating and wonder if it can really be true. After my experience, I can say that GAD has earned it. If you ever have a problem with your car, I strongly recommend visiting GAD before making a decision anywhere else. Fair pricing, excellent workmanship, outstanding service, honesty, and genuine respect for customers -- this is what a great body shop should be. Arthur, thank you again for taking such good care of both my car and me. I truly appreciate it.

After quite an extensive search, I found this place with tons of pictures of EV work done including Mach-E, Tesla, and a few others. So I brought my Taycan here. Even though it was a minor cosmetic damage, their service from start to finish was super painless and easy to work with. The scheduling coordinator (Catherine) reached out to me soon as I designated them as my desired shop from the insurance company's database. The initial assessment (Robert/Vartan) were professional accompanied by explanation of the process and estimated repair time. All throughout the repair process, I received multiple updates both from the scheduling coordinator and the automated system. In the end, the car was done ahead of schedule. The paint matching was spot on from what I can tell. Todd was amazing throughout the entire process of my repair!…read moreWe have a very tight garage and scratched up the entire rear door on the concrete pole, causing some massive damage. I hit up numerous auto body shops and got various quotes. Todd gave one of the most reasonable estimates right off the bat. This was all via yelp photos and videos. When I was deciding between a couple of places that also had great reviews and similar initial estimates, I decided to bring the car in to some shops so they could give me firm numbers on what the cost would be. It is hard to evaluate the extent of the damage just from the photos. As expected, the initial photos I sent didn't do the damage justice and the quotes I had received on yelp were all increased. One place DOUBLED their initial quote. However, Todd's quote only increased to a few hundred more plus he was the ONLY one to fully explain why the change and exactly what work was required to repair each bit of damage. I take pride in my ability to read a person and Todd gave me good vibes right off the bat, that were solidified as we talked more during the drop off/inspection. As a woman going into an auto body shop it's easy to be dismissed as someone who knows nothing about cars and would have zero idea if they were being ripped off or taken advantage of. I did not worry about this at all with Todd! He was not playing any games, and he made it super clear he is just someone who genuinely loves cars and treats his work on them like an artist would a painting. The car came back as good as new (truly haven't seen it look this good since I bought it 4 years ago). The…read morefirst estimate left out one of the two damaged parts entirely, and the bumper part that was listed was the wrong material and color for my vehicle. After I flagged this with my insurance adjuster, the shop issued a revised estimate, but the replacement parts were still wrong: a black bumper instead of my vehicle's original bronze one, and a red tow hook that does not match my Jeep at all. When I came to pick up my vehicle before authorizing any repairs, I was told I owed $138 for the estimate, though I don't recall being given a written estimate or signing an authorization for that specific charge when I dropped the vehicle off. My insurance adjuster ended up covering the fee so I could get my Jeep back. I was glad to get my vehicle back without repairs I didn't approve, but between the repeated part errors and the surprise charge, this was a frustrating experience.
