Extremely happy with the service today... discovered a bumper issue, not a dent, just looked as if it was becoming unattached. Called, got an appointment, and voila, the service tech made the problem disappear. It's better than ever... Thank you sooo much. Fast, efficient and quality work. Couldn't be happier... friendly and professional staff. read more

Absolutely phenomenal service from Calibur Collision! Vicky helped me out but I could tell that the entire team is just wonderful and knowledgeable about what they do. I got my car back in more than immaculate condition. Thank you! read more

We cannot recommend this caliber enough. The service was just fantastic. We worked with Nahum for rear end damage on our Jeep. Nahum and caliber took care of the repairs just fine. Where they excelled was customer service. They drove us to and from the rental car place. They updated us all the way. They did professional work and made sure that thier client was looked after. After getting the car back I headed back to the office. On the way the dashboard started glitching. The car then shut completely off while I was in lanes. I had AAA bring me back to caliber. When I told then what happened they fell over themselves to make sure I got a rental and got back to work. They figured out what the issue was. Not only did they fix the issue and appologize profusely but they offered to pay for my AAA tow, put in a tank of gas, detail the car, throw in extra detail jobs for later and generally make sure I was taken care of. I get that things happen. It is how they deal with it that shows a business's true colors. Caliber and specifically Nahum made me feel like I was important to them. They had some of the best customer service that I have ever had. The work was done well and I am quite satisfied. We will use this location for our auto body needs. read more

I'm a frequent customer of Caliber Collision and like to spend my money with people I can trust. I'm big on supporting my local family and love the customer service that is provided. One thing about them is they always educate the customer on proper analyst of their car's problems and help them meet their end goals. I'm always extremely excited with the work that is done, especially when things are out of the box. I'm the customer that usually gives them the run around to make oil and vinegar mix when we know it's basically impossible. Thank you as always for providing top level service to me and appreciate the constant communication and excellence provided thus far! read more

We have been going to Bodycrafters, Auto Body Crafters, and Caliber Collision for over two decades, and close to three decades. We have given this site a ton of business ourselves, and with all of the referrals, even more. George and Gary, and everyone there are wonderful and the work is always superb. Sadly, Gary wasn't there when I went in for my estimate. Nahum did my estimate. He was okay, but not too helpful. I asked him if I could use his pictures, as mine were probably not as good and his and he said "they are for my own personal use here." I started to take pics while I was there, in addition to what I had, and he walked away. I asked him to help me point out the areas again. I asked him to e-mail me the quote. He left out the beginning part of my e-mail when he read it to me. I write clearly and I clarified what it was. He later called and said that he had e-mailed me the quote and to call him if I did not get it. I waited and waited and then contacted him several hours later. He read my e-mail wrong, again, with only one "n". He insisted that the e-mail went through and to check my junk mail. I had done that and there was no e-mail. I said I would check it again. I felt like I was bothering him in getting a quote. He did not offer to send it again. I called back and the nice lady asked him to send it. I was pretty stressed out at that point. Guess what, I got it within minutes... I should not have to beg for an estimate. Also, leaving out 818 from an e-mail (yes, that starts off my e-mail), and then an "n" from donna concerns me. An estimator needs to be detail oriented. Also, the customer service from him just isn't there like it is with Gary. The estimate is an incomplete estimate, and I am concerned that the place that will cover the cost of the damage will pay the amount listed and I will be out of pocket. The estimate states it is customer pay and I explained that was not the case. I never had to go through any of this with Gary or George. read more

I've been a customer of this shop - formerly Autobody Crafters - for 21 years. Gary has looked after me and he has always delivered top-notch customer service and results. I have been so happy with the work that I've recommended this shop to many people over the years. Last Wednesday I returned for a quote for repairs to my car after an argument with a concrete pillar in an underground parking lot. I also wanted to get some additional refurbishment work to my 2004 BMW because of wear and tear. I was surprised to see that the shop had be acquired by Caliber Collision. My inspection was done by a woman named Crystal who said she'd get the quote to me by the end of the day or first thing the following morning (Thursday). I told Crystal about my long and happy history with Autobody Crafters and how I always relied on Gary's handling of my repairs. Crystal said that many of Gary's longtime customers had returned to Caliber but, although Gary had remained with the company after the transition, he was now on "indefinite leave". Despite my disappointment that Gary would not be supervising my repairs I was willing to give Caliber a chance and hopeful that I'd receive a similar level of service. By Friday I'd still received nothing from Crystal and called her back only to get excuses and a new promise to get a quote "as soon as I can". Today is Tuesday. Crystal has had Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, the weekend and Monday to get my quote done and still nothing. When I called this morning I was told that Crystal had stepped out. After explaining my frustration at length to the receptionist I was told that Crystal was now back and she asked if I would like to speak to her. After a full minute of being on hold (during which time I'm sure the receptionist had filled Crystal in on my complaint) Crystal addressed me as if she was unaware of who was calling or the reason for my call. She made the same excuses she had made on Friday. I don't care how good the actual work is at this place, I'm not risking my car to a place where the manager doesn't do what she says and just makes excuses. Just a simple call or an email to let me know there was going to be a delay would have made all the difference. But to wait for me to make two calls and STILL not deliver is unacceptable. I feel like if anything ever went wrong with a repair that I'd get nothing but excuses from this employee. I have written a formal complaint to Caliber's head office and have suggested in the strongest possible terms that they bring Gary back to save this branch of their business. I'm moving on and I'm sad that the long relationship with this formerly reliable company has come to an end. Gary is sorely missed. read more

Crystal is just amazing. My son passed away and I had the awful task of having the minor dents and scratches fixed so we could resell it. Time was of the essence since we have to make car payments if the car stayed in the shop longer. Crystal made sure that the repairs were done on time so I didn't have to make car payments and the car looked practically brand new. She basically just took away the added burden of what was already a difficult time. Thank you! read more

Caliber Collision - My son's car looked practically brand new! - Body Shops Near Me - Glendale, California

On more than one occasion I've trusted Caliber with my car and their service is absolutely outstanding! They're quick and efficient with estimates, meticulous in their repairs, and they are friendly + honest to boot. When working with my auto insurance they ensured a smooth and easy experience, and when they had my car in the shop they maintained communication throughout the repair process; I was always aware of their progress and had an accurate timeline of when my repairs would be completed. Excellent! My car recently sustained minor damage when someone backed into it, and given how great Caliber has been in the past, going there again was a no-brainer. Once again, they did not disappoint. I brought in my car for a repair estimate and met with Nahum Martinez. He saw the damage was very minor and popped my slightly displaced bumper back into place immediately. Awesome! Then he offered to straighten out my bent license plate, replace the license plate frame, and buff out a scratch free of charge. Thanks, Nahum - my car looks good as new! In a world where most businesses will nickel and dime you, Caliber truly goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They're the kind of team who will return your car to you washed + shining, or buff your clouded headlights just because. It feels good to leave your car in the hands of people you trust. Needless to say, they've got a loyal customer in me. read more

The service at Caliber Collision was fantastic. Victoria was both cheerful and professional and made the whole experience a breeze. The service from the front office staff was top-notch. The email auto-reminders informed me of the repair progress continually. It was a very seamless process. They provided a ride to and from the car rental place too. read more

Honestly amazing. Someone hit my car while it was parked on the street and messed up one of my mirrors. After going through my insurance, I picked a (different) collision repair company who took three days to get back to me about providing an estimate, and then told me they were booked through March. I called Caliber shortly after and not only did they make an appointment for me the next day, but a tech inspected my car immediately and had the problem fixed within ten minutes. They also didn't charge me a thing. Super professional, super nice, got me in and out faster than I could've dreamed. Thank you so much! read more

This week I was in need of some body work on the front of my car due to an accident. I checked out the highest rated on Nextdoor.com and began calling around. I went in for an estimate at two facilities. To my surprise Caliber Collision on Louise in Glendale came in $1080 less than one of the highest rated on the ND list. Not only were they less expensive. I took my car in on Tuesday, they ordered the parts immediately, received the parts the next day and my car was completely, beautifully finished by Thursday. Just two days, where the other place couldn't begin working on my car until one week later. The customer service at Caliber Collision was superb! I want to give a shout out to Vicki, Harry, Ryan and Anthony who were all outstanding. read more

I've been going here for the past 4 years for car body repair and they always do an awesome job. It seems like nothing happened to your car. However it's special this time as they didn't charge me a dime for services rendered. Made my day really. I'll pay it forward. read more

I found Caliber Collision when I needed my driver side mirror replaced after my car was hit and run. The representative that helped me was great! I believe his name was Nahum. He was able to get me a quote in a matter of minutes without having to take my car in, which saved me tons of time! I sent him the information he required along with pictures and within an hour I had a detailed estimate that broke down exactly where all my money was going! Highly recommend them, their customer service is exemplary! read more

I came to Caliber based on reviews after someone slammed into the back of my 2013 Ford Focus, destroying the bumper and denting the hatchback. Caliber made the whole process--from dealing with the other driver's insurance to offering to stay late so I could pick up my car after work--totally painless. Crystal called periodically to update me on progress, which was super helpful; I knew my car was being taken care of without having to check in with them. The work they did on my car is amazing. It looks brand new, the pain is perfect. I could not be happier. They even went out of their way to help me with a small battery issue that had likely nothing to do with the repairs I had needed. Basically, if your car is f**d and you need it fixed, you should feel extremely comfortable with trusting this company. I'll use them again in the future if I need to. read more

Nahum was incredibly informative, responsive, and friendly. The car was done a day early and looks great! They stayed open a little late to accommodate my schedule the day I picked up the car. Very much appreciated! I also like the text updates. read more

Picked up my car few weeks back. Not only am I pleased with how my car turned out, but I was very impressed by the people working there. I was a little skeptical when I saw how young the people there were but they were great. Vicky was friendly and always had a smile on her face. Nahun kept me in the loop through the whole process and car was ready on time. Recommend this place. read more

Just got my car back and YAY! My car was the victim of a brutal hit-and-run sideswipe AND a crash by a red light runner. The team did an amazing job with the initial estimate, keeping me updated on the entire process and getting me my car back early. Crystal offered great customer service and was super positive as I mourned my tragic car. Plus Nahum (the wonderful guy who did my intake) was super straight forward on the repairs, what could be fixed, what wouldn't be covered and was very patient and polite answering my redundant questions. Overall a super positive experience considering how I got here and my car looks wondeful. Thanks! read more

They've changed names (used to be auto body crafters), but the quality and customer service remains top notch. I've had several cars repaired by them - ranging from relatively minor bumper damage to more significant body work, and they've always been great. Without me asking, they touched up the front bumper when I brought the car in for quarter panel work. It's the little things that will have me coming back. read more

Definitely deserves a 5 star rating!! Came in for an estimate for my Lexus RX 350 f sport after a hit and run. Naum helped me a lot and explained each step that needed to be done. He was also very transparent with the pricing and billing, as well ad taking care of the insurance claiming process. He also gave me updates every now and then regarding the progress of the car. Vicky and Crystal were also super friendly and accommodating. The waiting room has plenty of snacks, coffee, and water for the customers. My car was finished a week early and was very satisfied with the end results. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. read more
