I was initially in a small fender bender accident back in September which left my bumper misaligned. I dropped my car off at Caliber Collision at the behest of my insurance company, USAA. I received my car back and my bumper APPEARED to be fixed. Within a week the bumper was misaligned again and it looked exactly as it did after the initial accident. I dropped off my car back at Caliber Collision at the end of October. I got my car back and again it looked like my bumper was fixed. Within a week the bumper was YET AGAIN misaligned looking EXACTLY as it did when I initially dropped my car off. They have charged my insurance over $1800 for my car to look exactly the same. Looks to me like FRAUD and doing subpar work to collect the insurance money. I have reported them to my insurance company and will be following up. I STRONGLY recommend not using this location until they are fully investigated. They are doing bare minimum work while charging top dollar for repairs. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS I will be reporting this shop to the Better Business Bureau to look into them for potential FRAUD and insurance scams read more

I went to the caliber collision in glendale on Louise after my door got hit while parked (which the other driver's insurance didn't pay for ). caliber couldn't of been better. they gave me an initial estimate of over $6000, which was changed to a little over $500 when they offered to keep my old door panel (which wasn't damaged a lot at all) but get me a new door to replace the wrecked one. so the talked themselves out of about $1000, which a lot of shops wouldn't do. I was kept up to date as to the status of the car. Anthony was very kind and professional. they keep you updated on your car with texts on your phone. I was given a date it would be done, which was moved up 5 days. so I saved money and it was done early. highly recommend them. read more

When I lived in Hollywood, I went to a different caliber collision location. They were awesome. I wasn't sure if all caliber collisions were as good.... I called this morning because my car window came out of the track. The repair shop of the block for me was gonna charge me $60 just to see what was wrong. Caliber said hey come in we'll check it out. I asked how much and they said we're happy to do a complementary. they said based on what the issue is will let you know a price before we do any work. So I drove over there at 7:30 in the morning... Because caliber is open before almost any other car repair place I gave them my car in about 15 minutes later they told me my car was ready. The issue was some clips and rather than charging me. They told me to have a nice day. As someone who's lost a lot of work due to the recent fires, I was extremely stressed about this unexpected repair and without having to explain myself the fact that they were able to make this fix for me as if it was no sweat off their back means so much right now. Caliber will continue to be my go to for all car repairs. Aside from the fact that they guarantee their work, the fact that they treat customers like real people and don't turn an inconvenience of a small broken clip into an overwhelming unexpected cost has my loyalty from here on out. read more

I've always had trouble with body work to my vehicles until I found this place, Caliber Collision. People keep hitting my car and Caliber Collision Glendale keeps fixing it. They really do great work. Perfection. I can't even tell there was damage once they're finished. I won't go anywhere else. Moe Tinoco always helps me and he is great. We're on a first name basis now LOL. I recently had two minor accidents within a day of each other. Once a claim was filed, I brought my car to Moe. I was hoping the scrapes could be rubbed out. Moe was able to have his guys rub out the scrapes saving me the huge inconvenience of leaving my car for repairs. I got my car fixed here during the Stay at Home order. It did not take too long for them to get my car fixed. I am truly amazed by their customer service. I received the quote the same day I inquired. When I decided to get my car done here, their response was quick and I got to drop off my car at the same day. The quality of the work done is EXCELLENT. I regret taking my car to another body shop before when I could've had it done here! The past body shop did not do a good job on the same area but Caliber Collision was able to fix that as well. When I came in on my appointment they helped me right away; they explain to me the process of fixing my car, estimate when my car will be done, and billing process. Had a great experience here from start to finish. My wife put a nice gash in our new car :) and after checking out a couple different spots around Glendale, Caliber seemed to have the most professional approach. Vicky was who I dealt with from start to finish and she was honest, knowledgeable and very smiley, which I really appreciate these days. It was an 'I could tell she enjoyed her job' kinda thing. Bravo to Vicky, she was great. The repair took a full day less than they anticipated initially and it also came in just under the initial quote they gave me. -- Another big difference between the other shops- Vicky actually wrote up a full printed breakdown upon the initial inspection, quickly too- instead of what the other places did, which was have a mechanic step away from his duties, check out the damage, and throw out an estimate. Anyway, obviously I wouldn't be giving a glowing review if the repair didn't match the service, so. It was a flawless repair. Paint matches perfectly. Might look better than it did before the gash- and Caliber gave a full detail job to the car! Rims polished, exterior is waxed, interior detailed and spotless- the windshield is as clean as i've ever seen a window be. Wasn't expecting that. We cannot recommend this caliber enough. The service was just fantastic. We worked with Nahum for rear end damage on our Jeep. Nahum and caliber took care of the repairs just fine. Where they excelled was customer service. They drove us to and from the rental car place. They updated us all the way. They did professional work and made sure that thier client was looked after. After getting the car back I headed back to the office. On the way the dashboard started glitching. The car then shut completely off while I was in lanes. I had AAA bring me back to caliber. When I told then what happened they fell over themselves to make sure I got a rental and got back to work. They figured out what the issue was. Not only did they fix the issue and appologize profusely but they offered to pay for my AAA tow, put in a tank of gas, detail the car, throw in extra detail jobs for later and generally make sure I was taken care of. I get that things happen. It is how they deal with it that shows a business's true colors. Caliber and specifically Nahum made me feel like I was important to them. They had some of the best customer service that I have ever had. The work was done well and I am quite satisfied. We will use this location for our auto body needs. read more
