I went to them twice in a 3 month time frame. For 2 separate accidents. Yes, u read that right, because Glendale drivers drive crazy. They take my insurance, AAA, and both times I was happy with the service and the work. I like working with Rocio. read more

I hit into a little accident about 1/2 hr before I got to Caliber. Vicki helped me out by simply taking the tube and using a cloth to see that there was actually no damage. I have been in the shop for major issues and everyone has always been great. read more

I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision! The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Rocio kept me informed and completed the repairs much faster than I expected. The repairs were flawless and they even repaired some extra paint damage as a courtesy. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were truly impressive. Caliber Collision did an amazing job with my Prius! The damage to the side of my car is undetectable. It looks even better than before it happened. They were friendly, helpful, great timing, and communicated everything well. My key fab had just died before I dropped off and they even replaced the battery. I would highly recommend, they went above and beyond both in their work and customer service. read more

I was initially in a small fender bender accident back in September which left my bumper misaligned. I dropped my car off at Caliber Collision at the behest of my insurance company, USAA. I received my car back and my bumper APPEARED to be fixed. Within a week the bumper was misaligned again and it looked exactly as it did after the initial accident. I dropped off my car back at Caliber Collision at the end of October. I got my car back and again it looked like my bumper was fixed. Within a week the bumper was YET AGAIN misaligned looking EXACTLY as it did when I initially dropped my car off. They have charged my insurance over $1800 for my car to look exactly the same. Looks to me like FRAUD and doing subpar work to collect the insurance money. I have reported them to my insurance company and will be following up. I STRONGLY recommend not using this location until they are fully investigated. They are doing bare minimum work while charging top dollar for repairs. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS I will be reporting this shop to the Better Business Bureau to look into them for potential FRAUD and insurance scams read more

I've gone to Caliber Collisions in the past, but I could not be more impressed with the quality of work and customer service of this location. From the first interaction with Anna at the front desk, to the last handshake with my Service Advisor, Shaunt, they were friendly, professional, and attentive. They kept me updated, made sure I understood what was being done, and provided a clear timeline. Additionally, the repair on my car was outstanding. They even re-created the decals on my 2012 Challenger --with a special (approved) creative touch, and overall just went above and beyond. I highly recommend this location, and specifically Shaunt and his team, to anyone in the area in need of collision repair. read more

I went to the caliber collision in glendale on Louise after my door got hit while parked (which the other driver's insurance didn't pay for ). caliber couldn't of been better. they gave me an initial estimate of over $6000, which was changed to a little over $500 when they offered to keep my old door panel (which wasn't damaged a lot at all) but get me a new door to replace the wrecked one. so the talked themselves out of about $1000, which a lot of shops wouldn't do. I was kept up to date as to the status of the car. Anthony was very kind and professional. they keep you updated on your car with texts on your phone. I was given a date it would be done, which was moved up 5 days. so I saved money and it was done early. highly recommend them. read more

I got my car fixed here during the Stay at Home order. It did not take too long for them to get my car fixed. I am truly amazed by their customer service. I received the quote the same day I inquired. When I decided to get my car done here, their response was quick and I got to drop off my car at the same day. The quality of the work done is EXCELLENT. I regret taking my car to another body shop before when I could've had it done here! The past body shop did not do a good job on the same area but Caliber Collision was able to fix that as well. Now my car is all good! They also did offer a shuttle service and give constant updates through text about the status of the repair. I highly recommend this Body Shop because of their fast and friendly service and most importantly, the quality of their work. read more

This shop was recommended to me through my insurance. I am so glad I went with them. I was able to get a rental car right at the shop when I left my car for repair, customer service was excellent, the car was ready after 3 days even though I expected it to take at least a week and it looked brand new. read more

Sometimes life gets a little hard, and yet kind competent, helpful people make it better. Huge shout out to Juan and Margot at the San Fernando Road office. I know they don't get paid extra to be patient, kind and flexible. Normally I would opt for a small business to ensure personalized service - but employees like Juan and Margot make this Caliber on San Fernando Rd. feel like the best of both worlds. read more

When I lived in Hollywood, I went to a different caliber collision location. They were awesome. I wasn't sure if all caliber collisions were as good.... I called this morning because my car window came out of the track. The repair shop of the block for me was gonna charge me $60 just to see what was wrong. Caliber said hey come in we'll check it out. I asked how much and they said we're happy to do a complementary. they said based on what the issue is will let you know a price before we do any work. So I drove over there at 7:30 in the morning... Because caliber is open before almost any other car repair place I gave them my car in about 15 minutes later they told me my car was ready. The issue was some clips and rather than charging me. They told me to have a nice day. As someone who's lost a lot of work due to the recent fires, I was extremely stressed about this unexpected repair and without having to explain myself the fact that they were able to make this fix for me as if it was no sweat off their back means so much right now. Caliber will continue to be my go to for all car repairs. Aside from the fact that they guarantee their work, the fact that they treat customers like real people and don't turn an inconvenience of a small broken clip into an overwhelming unexpected cost has my loyalty from here on out. read more

I've always had trouble with body work to my vehicles until I found this place, Caliber Collision. People keep hitting my car and Caliber Collision Glendale keeps fixing it. They really do great work. Perfection. I can't even tell there was damage once they're finished. I won't go anywhere else. Moe Tinoco always helps me and he is great. We're on a first name basis now LOL. I recently had two minor accidents within a day of each other. Once a claim was filed, I brought my car to Moe. I was hoping the scrapes could be rubbed out. Moe was able to have his guys rub out the scrapes saving me the huge inconvenience of leaving my car for repairs. I'm thankful to God and Moe for saving me much aggravation and as always, my car looks perfect again. Thanks Moe. You're the best. I hope I don't see you for a while but if something happens you're my go to. read more

Wow, truly outstanding service from all the staff (Vicky especially). Vicky answered the phone after one ring, very kind, very professional and knows her stuff! She let me come in on short notice and I was in a rush but the team really delivered. I was greeted promptly when I came in, offered refreshments and coffee and got to sit in a cozy waiting room. The service here is above and beyond any other shop I have ever been to. I was in and out quickly and on with my day. The team definitely has the customer's best interest in mind and it shows. They really care about their guests. Staff is incredible, service amazing and you really can't put a price on such wonderful service or such a pleasant experience. Hopefully I don't have to be back soon but if something else comes up, this will forever be my first choice! read more

Everyone here was awesome! Buffed out some scratches on the house and gave me an absolute steal on new paint for my door. 10/10 recommend.

Went to get a quote for the undershield replacement for my car. Anthony was kind enough to take off the dangling piece for free and gave me good advice on not doing unneeded repairs. I was in and out of the shop pretty fast and the service was great. Will definitely be going back for anything else that my car ever needs. read more

A motorcyclist ripped my front bumper off and they fixed it perfectly for so cheap I didn't even need to use my insurance! 5 stars

The best auto shop in the hood!! Before coming here made appointment over the phone it was easy and fast. When I came in on my appointment they helped me right away; they explain to me the process of fixing my car, estimate when my car will be done, and billing process. I really like that they are very thorough on everything. Also, they always update me on my car. When I picked up my car it looks brand new and smells brand new. It so amazing they washed my car and vacuumed the interior. It's not like a regular car wash seems like I got a detailed car wash. Service is top notch! Thanks Nahum Martinez and the entire team. I highly suggest this collision/ auto shop. read more

She explained everything to me and let me know that my car had a lifetime warranty on the repairs. What more can you ask for. The customer service at Caliber is top notch. I will definitely recommend Vicky and her team to all my family and friends. I just want to give my sincerest thanks to Caliber for taking excellent care of us and our car. I want to give a huge thank you to the team at Caliber Collision!!! My insurance company USAA gave me a list of repair centers and I chose Caliber Collision because I had a feeling they were the one (even though my father in law was telling me to take it elsewhere after I got the estimate quote). Anyway, I still went through with them. At first they quoted me 5-8 business days for the repair to be fixed. And holy cow! They did it in 3 business days! The repair looks like the damage was never there! I am so glad I chose Caliber Collision! The team is friendly! Fast! And efficient! I recommend to anyone that needs work done too! read more

Had a great experience here from start to finish. My wife put a nice gash in our new car :) and after checking out a couple different spots around Glendale, Caliber seemed to have the most professional approach. Vicky was who I dealt with from start to finish and she was honest, knowledgeable and very smiley, which I really appreciate these days. It was an 'I could tell she enjoyed her job' kinda thing. Bravo to Vicky, she was great. The repair took a full day less than they anticipated initially and it also came in just under the initial quote they gave me. -- Another big difference between the other shops- Vicky actually wrote up a full printed breakdown upon the initial inspection, quickly too- instead of what the other places did, which was have a mechanic step away from his duties, check out the damage, and throw out an estimate. Anyway, obviously I wouldn't be giving a glowing review if the repair didn't match the service, so. It was a flawless repair. Paint matches perfectly. Might look better than it did before the gash- and Caliber gave a full detail job to the car! Rims polished, exterior is waxed, interior detailed and spotless- the windshield is as clean as i've ever seen a window be. Wasn't expecting that. All in all- as enjoyable as having car damage repaired as one could possibly hope for. Would definitely recommend this location (Louise St, Glendale) to anyone and everyone. Thanks Caliber read more
