In July 2017, I took my 2012 Chevy Camaro 2012 to Caliber. When i picked up the car 3 days later the sprayed paint had dirt. Picked up later and clear coat burned in and the gap between rear bumper and fender existed. When i picked up the car told that all the brackets and rivets were correct. In Aug 2018, brought the car back to address gap at rear bumper. Made appt for them to review what can be done. In Oct 2018, brought car in and when i picked up the car on 3rd day a screw was in my back tire and car was left for them to fix. On the fourth day, reviewed the bumper, clear coat was burned in again and gap in rear bumper still exists and after 4 days in Oct, nothing was accomplished. Currently I have car and waiting on body shop to receive information on rear bumper. Last digits in insurance claim #0595 read more

I was hesitant to chose this place when my insurance recommended it, but due to its convenient location I accept it. The entire experience was WONDERFUL! from the moment I was greeted at the door to the end everyone there was friendly, respectful, and efficient. I was kept informed about the job done in my car during the entire process so I knew what to expect and when to expect it. The work was done to my satisfaction and there were no surprises. They had a very good communication with my insurance so the process was smooth and fast. I highly recommend this shop as I was very satisfied with every thing. read more

Caliber Collision did a wonderful job on my car. They were also very friendly and organized. I only spent about 30 minutes checking my car in with them & getting a rental. After they were completed, my car was delivered to my house & they picked up the rental I had been driving. The experience could not have gone more smoothly. read more

I had a great experience with this company, the manager Jose Castro guided me thru every single step of the process. My car is a blizzard pearl and a hard color to match but they did a great job matching the paint. It looks like nothing happened to my car. Thanks Caliber collision of Gardena. read more

My car was parked and occurred minor bumper damage by someone attempting to park. I was referred by my insurance company to have the work done at Caliber. I felt that the price was extremely high for the superficial damaged that was done. No parts were needed but, still expensive. The day I received the call that my car was ready I was very disappointed. My car was only 2 weeks old at the time, but they left wax in the seams of the bumper. I also noticed over-spray. I understand that no one is perfect, but what furiated me is that they acted like they didn't see anything wrong. Daniel Bush said "there is nothing wrong" yet when i summoned the paint dept manager Alex, he acknowledged there was a problem. I left my vehicle to be picked up the following day. I still noticed a imperfection in the work and all they could say is that I have a good eye. I then said I'm spending perfect money so I need a perfect job. They then fixed the problem. I will not visit Caliber Collision and I will not recommend this location to anyone. read more

I don't usually write reviews on places. If I get bad service I just won't go back, But this place has got to me. the customer service was bad, I never got a phone call when they said they'll call me. I was rear-ended on the 405 and got sandwiched between 2 cars I took my car to Caliber as a recommendation through a friend. They gave me an estimate of the repairs and time frame in which it would be completed. (8 days) they had my car for 3 weeks and when I picked up my vehicle none of the body lines on the front and rear of the vehicle lined up. (after about 5,500) Now I'm a ASE certified master technician (16 years) I took the car to my shop and put it on a lift. Upon further inspection I found that the parts installed were different from what was on my receipt. The receipt said that they installed OEM parts from the factory, instead they installed cheap after market parts. (front bumper, rear bumper, hood, trunk, front grille) The reinforce bumper is not installed properly and looks like they didn't replace that either. I asked for the print out of the frame specification before and after and they didn't have it. How do I know that they even performed it? I got a bumper for a V-6 model but i have a 4 cylinder car. emblems were crooked (front and rear). there is a lot more but I'm getting a headache just thinking about it. But they told me to bring it back and they will fix it correctly...we'll see! I am going to give them a chance to fix my vehicle correctly or I am going to the Bureau of Automotive Repair as they now over see body shops as well as Automotive Repiar I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that I know. If you have taken your vehicle here for a collision I would get a second opinion of the work that was performed to your vehicle. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I got my 2005 Camry fixed here in 2011 and the work was okay but they would not fix an interior issue that happened from the damage to my rear bumper (StateFarm also sucks too for this). But my car smelled like new until I left it at Caliber to be repaired. When I got my car back I had to ask them what was that smell? It smelled like an old ash try that had been sitting in the sun for a long period of time. Before I going to this place my car had only been used for a liitle over a year after I originally purchased it so it still had the new car smell and all of the interior was gently used. The radio had a cloudy film over it and I had to ask them why was my system so tarnished looking. They didn't even have enough sense to clean the interior before delivering the car to me. I believe this repair shop took my stereo sytem and replaced it with a used one from a person's Camry that smoked because now my radio looks completely worn in on the CD/Scan buttons and I didn't use the buttons enough to wear them down. When I turn the volume down it goes up instead of down and that didn't happen before my car was left at Caliber. I have to turn my volume down with the controls on the steering wheel to turn the volume down. The old cigarette smell is coming from the Stereo/CD player. I'm so irate with this company but I have no proof that they took my stereo system and replaced it with a used crappy one. They kept my car longer than they said and my husband had to do suprise visits to get my car repaired. For the damage on my car it shouldn't have taken more than 30 days, but now I know why it took so long, it gave them more time to take my newer components for God knows what and leave me with the used cigarette smell b.s. they put in my car. If I could rate them with a NEGATIVE 10 stars I would. I wouldn't recommend this repair shop to anyone be very careful if you are taking a newer car into them you may leave without parts to your car. read more

My brother scratched my bumper on the drivers side. His insurance (Farmer's) referred me to Caliber. The staff was very courteous on the phone when I called the day before to set it up. Then, when I got there the next day, the staff was great! They made the process VERY easy (including calling for the rental car company to pick me up) I worked with Ana Najera and she was great. She even emailed me with the progress. An added bonus: they finished my car in two days! So awesome! I would refer my friends here for sure. read more

First review on Yelp... I've gotta say if I could give a negative star I would, this place has the worst customer service!! The other yelpers aren't lying!! They don't return calls they don't follow up... They made me feel like I had to beg them to do business with me.. Now that's ridiculous! This place is a joke they need to get it together I would never come back here again.. They started off by telling me to bring in my vehicle when I did they told me to come back when I had my Check available (through my car insurance) when I did a week later they said they would look into ordering the parts etc etc and would call me back they never did! And the following day I called them and was told guess what? That they would call me back! Terrible terrible the girl had an attitude too ( Nathalie) this place needs a new supervisor to look into their customer service dept!!!! read more

Caliber collision center in Gardena ca has problems if they could not fix my sprinter van they should have told me to take it somewhere else. The last 3 weeks I am told everyday it will be ready now today it is another major problem manager Gary and Dan do not call you have to call them and then you still do not get an answer! read more

A+ service! The front bumper of my car got hit so my car needed repair. I was referred to Caliber Collision by the insurance company of the person who hit my car. Despite my hectic schedule, having to change appointments multiple times, the Caliber Collision team was always very courteous and helpful. After I dropped off my car, I received text messages 2x a day letting me know the status of my repairs. I really liked this convenience as it is hard for me to take calls during work hours. When it was time to pick up my car, the rep who was in charge of my car repair, Frank, quickly came out to show me the repairs. To my delight, not only did they take care of the scratches on the front of my bumper but the sides as well! Frank went above and beyond my expectations. I also noticed that my car was washed and vacuumed as well. My car looks GREAT! THANK YOU Caliber Collision for superb service! I highly recommend. *Also, I want to mention that the young man at the front desk was very pleasant. read more

4.5 stars. I had my Prius rear bumper repaired here. Although it took multiple attempts to repair it properly, they were always willing to try to make it right. I will hand it to their service and desire to have a happy customer. Ultimately, they ended up getting me a new bumper to get it done right. They also did a superb job cleaning my car, presumably to make up for my troubles. read more

I was side swiped by another driver and my passenger side front fender and bumper looked awful. My adjuster Henry M was amazing, his customer service was awesome and made me feel at ease. Absolutely the WORST car service I've ever encountered. They have delayed my pick up time 5 times and never once called to let me know my car wouldn't be ready by the time they said (I had to call them). I finally got my car back and the repainted bumper was scratched and chipped, the trunk didn't close and the radio wasn't connected properly so i couldn't hear anything but static. After bringing my car back to the shop to fix those problems they have once again delayed my pick up time twice without notifying me. I was supposed to my pick up my car today and after calling to make sure it was in fact ready to be picked up, the call was forwarded to a random girls cell phone number that was definitely not the auto body shop. I've called corporate twice and they also don't seem to care/know what they're doing either. Bottom line, do yourself a favor and absolutely DO NOT take your car here. read more

From the person who took my initial call to the one who brought me my vehicle, everyone at Caliber Collision was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. I had major damage to my vehicle, and they worked with my insurance to order the necessary parts ahead of time such that my car was repaired within three working days. They also detailed my SUV which was a pleasant surprise. If I ever need an auto body shop again I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

At Caliber Collision they treated me & every customer there with tons of respect. Lily first courteously greeted me and helped me out throughout all my visits at the center. She was extremely helpful & explained everything efficiently and with perfect detail. Geovanni gave the best advice for what to do after my accident and gladly answered all my questions. He was so understanding to my situation and to my surprise, got me a discounted price. I was expecting to pay a huge bill at the end but Geo helped me out a ton and I am extremely grateful. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to come back here if needed. read more

From the front desk to my personal communications with Ana, Caliber was professional, friendly and swift. I was concerned about them matching the uncommon color of my vehicle. Not only did they match it perfectly but they were finished with the repairs a day earlier than expected. There was no trace of the dent. The Service Adviors, Aaron, was equally professional. He came to make sure I was satisifed. My car was returned to me looking great and smelling great. Who would think after having someone ram into my car that I could say dealing with the repairs was a pleasant experience?!! But it truly was - pleasant. read more

Came here to get my new car which was dented slightly repaired. It took about a week even though they originally said about 3 days, but it didn't pass inspection- so that = quality in my opinion. I'd rather it be done right than rushed just to fulfill a quoted date. Happy camper. read more

After my auto accident about a month ago, my insurance company referred me to Caliber Collision in the city of Gardena to get my car repaired. The front fender on the drivers side was damaged pretty badly and would need to be replaced. Jose Castro was the customer service representative who took care of getting my car repaired. By the time it was returned to me, it looked practically brand new. Jose assured me that his #1 goal was to provide the best customer service possible and he definitely did that and more. I would definitely refer my friend who may need auto body repairs to this business. Thanks to the Caliber Collision team..... read more

All I can say is "Wow!" Normally the process of getting a car repaired after a fender bender is a nightmare, Ana and the team at the caliber facility in Gardena were exceptional. They were prompt in communicating my estimate to the insurance company and followed up by calling me directly to schedule an appointment for repair. The best part is that they were accurate with their time estimate and I was back in my car within a couple of days. Working in the service industry, I value all of the components that this facility provided and I would definitely recommend them to any of my family or friends. TI was involved in an accident o 9/18/21 sustaining severe front end damage. Travelers Insurance sent me to Caliper Collision Gardena for repairs. I had car returned on 11/17/21. On 12/17/21I heard a rumbling from the right front of my car. Then the right wheel fell off my car. I contacted Caliper and Deave the head mechanic, while offering to send a tow truck immediately went into CYA mode. Caliper is a good 40 miles from my house and I chose to have it repaired in the SF VALLEY. The repairs totalledsome $1,200.00.I was referred to Anna the general manager who assured me everything would be taken care of. It's been damn near 90 days and nothing has been done. When I requested reimbursement for my repairs and deductible Anna assured me she was on it, requesting I send her the photos again. Still nothing. Moral of this story: Go to Caliper Collison Gardena ,get put in a life threatening situation, ( I could have been on the freeway) and schedule a trip to small claims court. Just keeping it read more

I brought my truck to them after AAA claims rep recommended them and Luis told me they had to talk with the different claims representatives since multiple claims and would call me by the end of the week. Several weeks and no call so I had to make all the necessary calls to get everything going. So Luis said I could now drop my truck off. I scheduled to drop off the next morning. When I arrive to drop off, Luis isn't even in the office and no appointment even made. They still take my truck and I rent a car and after 9 days, Luis finally calls me and says they have not done anything on my truck and tells me an adjuster said my windshield wasn't covered and AAA is going to call me. AAA Already told me it was covered in the claim before but I call AAA again and they didn't have any information about windshield being excluded. So I have been paying for a rental car for 9 days while they have not done a single thing to fix my truck. read more

I called shop on Saturday and the guy answered phone was so rude (he said there was only him but website told us they open Saturday until 12pm. My soon to be ex husband and I used this facility when his car was damaged during two different accidents. Loved their service. I recently used this service about 50 days ago when my car was rear ended by a hit and run driver.... last week my car sustained major car damage in an accident... I wanted a 2nd opinion from another dealership but was having a hard time having my request granted. When I spoke to Jose Becarra this morning I was informed that the passenger door was taken off. When I called about having the car taken to another facility I was told the car was dismantled... this is total bullshit!!!! I truly believe that Jose and the representative spoke to each other therefore they denied my car... I had to get my insurance agent involved, State Farm Claims suck a** too, they were not helpful! I've requested for my car to be put back together so that it can be looked at another shop. I will NEVER bring my car back to this facility nor would I recommend this facility if I could give it zero stars I would. read more

Due to a run of bad luck (accident and other damage) we've used the good services of Caliber Collision on Rosecrans a couple of times in the past year (2013 -- 2014), and they've been consistently professional. Fast quality work, appraisals that meet high standards for integrity and accuracy, and great people skills to give a distraught customer confidence that whatever is wrong can be made right. Many thanks to our Service Advisor, Jose Becerra, and to the rest of the staff. Hopefully we won't need a body shop again, soon, but if we do this is the place we'll come. read more
